It doesn't seem like a great Aussie stitch up to you because it's not.
The one single over riding question above all others which those who proclaim Fraser orchestrsted this whole affair can not give an explanation for, is why someone would deliberately force a a share down to such a lowly figure, resulting in a one off payment instead of said payment instead being paid on an annual basis in the form of a dividend for the next potential one hundred years. Not to mention the adulation and kudos that would be bestowed on him in keeping Sirius successfully independent.
Hi Realsicilian i think all these companies/brokers are all a like iphoned Javis lse last week ,spoke two people one said they would send a form out i waited a few days and let the weekend go bye so i tried phoneing them today four times i was cut off ,Fifth time got through after two differant people this chap josh said no forms could be sent then something about it costing £20 each for me and my wife and we would have to put money on our account by 25th and it will be to late after 5pm that day i feel ive been let down by javis as well they are surpose to help old people and hard of hearing i think they all playing games here.i have not dealt with all of this before.
"ive been trying to work out from the director buys what it means for BoD. at 5.5p it seems to be a £3m+ loss for chairman Scrimshaw on shares he’s bought"
-------
What's his cut of the 19 million blood money.
i guess the issue is that your gamble on a no and hope for rescue might take everyone down with you. im holding & hoping because any last minute upside is material for me. wipe out a disaster.
why do you think the board would feel they need to recommend this if a rescue was possible ? ive been trying to work out from the director buys what it means for BoD. at 5.5p it seems to be a £3m+ loss for chairman Scrimshaw on shares he’s bought in the market. someone help me out if I have that wrong !! doesnt really seem like a grand aussie stitch up that some like to claim.
i think if its a no vote then were out of time and admin follows straight after. Best chance of a better offer is in the run up to the vote. im still hoping and to be honest hoping 5.5p is worst case fall back. I agree its not great overall
Ambience thanks for that .17 march 2016, stock tube, c/f Talking about 27 billion pound investment when up and running and when it comes to the second stage the goverment garantee will step in ,what a lying bloke he is , weve been hoodwinked by the lot of them jpm AAl leechers no vote here
A bigger scandal than PPI in the making but everyone will be dead when the chickens come home to roost
Some one should write a book about what the FCA is for sweet FA.Never put your trust there mate.A collection of failures stripped of any real talent by very lucrative job offers from the market.Look at so called part home equity sales to the elderly

Over thirteen million tonnes of off takes seems good enough verification for me.
'Also take a look at this video and see just after 3 minutes where Chris Fraser talks about the company prequalifying for the government guarantee. No wonder investors were taken in.'
Another reason, for a full investigation, non white washed of course.
'Some one must write a book about this lot and it should be on every business school shelf'
No, someone must kick the ar s e of the FCA, and investigate the whole rotten goings on!
GK will be sitting pretty somewhere, he played it well, shorted it when it mattered.
More important with a 1000 drop in the dow and AAL below 20 00 support level will they back out.15% or more value of AAL gone and they are spending 500m with 2.5bill to follow more than 10% of there company value on a mine that will take years to show a profit in an as yet unproved market at the forcaste volume output?.If I was AAL sh I know what I would do.AAL is speculative no loyalty sh there why won't they lock in 5.5 now odey must be biting his nails as well as cf strange bedfellows. Some one must write a book about this lot and it should be on every business school shelf
Re: Gias Kidney,
Scotman, is the man to ask about him :O)
....and what of Galas kidney?
Looks like David Lenigas has been recruited to promote AAl/SM's ? What other connection does he have other than being an Aussie :O)
Looks like David Lenigas has been recruited to promote AAl/SM's ? What other connection does he other than being an Aussie :O)
No, to me it looks like AAL are now desperate for a Yes vote.
What we do not know is what AAL will do in the event of a No vote, and what other entities ie a Consortium might do.?
Taste. I have met Myo and PAA on several occasions and would be very surprised if they where SXX men, more like they are liking there wounds.
If this goes into next week with no other bidders emerging then many of us (myself included ) shall surely have been deluded and kidding ourselves. If it's as revolutionary to the fertiliser industry as we've been saying and on the back of which we've ploughed our money at least one other interested party simply has to show itself.

This has always had the potential to be a niche product for certain crops on certain soils
Sirius have paid for trials and results have dutifully been produced.
Lots of spin and very little independent verification.
Not sure if that’s aimed at me but I have posted same on both FB pages and ShareSoc. A genuine p****d off long term (10 years+) investor
Whilst recognizing strongly held feelings, it is interesting to see identical complex sentences appearing on multiple SXX chat boards. If reposting from elsewhere might I humbly suggest that as some already do, all posters disclose where else they have already posted? Adds clarity and reduces suspicion of cut and paste AA agents (unless they are of course).
The whole project has suffered from 100% hype !

Anyone know where this offer of £19 million for staff came from?
Thanks!
Maybe; I seem to remember his constant claims of global conspiracies against sxx rather than acknowledging BoD not delivering the plan having bitten off more than they could chew.
Seems as though all record of him has disappeared and PAAA.
