Hate to be the party pooper but there still isn't a license to mine issued yet. So many variables involved here - not least that the JV agreement with Octea holds - makes this far from the compelling case many get rampy about.
Yes, that is of course the other option. Personally, I think I will be taking the majority early as I want to free up a bit more for elsewhere but will certainly leave some in for the longer term.
Alternatively, hold NWF for longer than five minutes and wait until it takes the mine into production. I think you’ll be pleased that you did! GLA
As many as I can at this rate, only going one way IMO. Not often you get this opportunity on aim
Agree Bunco, that's the only way I see it. But as I said earlier NWF shares would need to open below A$0.13 for people not to make a profit at todays buy in price which is nearly a 50% drop from the level they got suspended at and a 45% drop from the theoretical ex rights price. Even if they do open lower, as you say it certainly shouldn't be long before they are back up. Bear in mind the recent A$7m placing was at a price of A$0.20 so wouldn't expect the price to stay lower than that for long! In my mind this is still a great opportunity to make a decent profit in a short amount of time and the potential rewards far outweigh the risks. As always, all my own opinion, dyor.
I think its irrelevant at this stage whether you vote or not due to the percentages that have already voted 'for'.
anyone holding here with X-O? I havent receive a voting paper - and with the 27th fast approaching not sure what to do with my shares....
Could it be mms off loading their holdings?
My view is that it is just the unknown around the nwf share price at the point we get our nwf shares. I think this uncertainty has taken away the guarantee of a quick buck on the day of transfer that people initially thought was there. I'm not bothered if I have to hold for a while to get a good return, which is why I have been topped up earlier today. As a few have said once this deal is done nwf share will only go one way.
Hi all Mind games here
Can anyone advise what is going on here? The closer we get the further this drops. Is it just mind games by MM or do they know something that everyone on this board does Not??
Current live price is 5.55p to buy. People giving their shares away at the minute!
You can now buy at 5.55p. The NWF share price would need to fall to below A$0.13 for you not to make any money from the takeover which seems incredibly unlikely.
AIM has a tendency to do that! I once owned this share at 2.35 ... ! Those were the days!
I will admit it did give me slight heart palpitations!
could be ISA/SIPP transfers?
Very odd, no RNS as far as I can see, maybe an error?
on ASX (https://www.asx.com.au/asx/share-price-research/company/NWF) - NWF shares still stand at AUD 24.5c ...as suspension is still in place .... Should only drop to AUD20c from a high of AUD28c when the deal was announced ... Just a few days to go ... ! The prize is 1 BILLION worth of diamonds for an outlay of 30 million ... not bad, say I ... -- BB --
This will bounce now placing confirmed, all boxes being ticked here so only a matter of time. You watch the buys flood in leading up to month end :)
https://www.asx.com.au/asx/share-price-research/company/NWF I think some posted before but this confirms shortfall is covered as of release yesterday
Nice LOL
Well according to IG NWF is currently at 18.25
