ffs, 87% out? the stuff that goes on in these listed companies is disgraceful. how can anyone make any sound investment decisions when they've got clowns running the show. no doubt jm et al are somewhere on a beach sipping ****tails laughing their tits off.
The whole thing stinks IMO. Shareholders are supposed to be a priority but they never are. Management get paid to do their job via a salary and their job is to get the mine built and secure funding, why should they get 8% options?
Options of 8% is ridiculous, do we get a vote on that or can they just do it? That's the real insult here, they get paid a good salary for doing their job and let's face it obtaining financing when Nickel is on a tear and in short supply, with many companies no doubt panicking on where the supply is coming from is really not that impressive

The first hole intersected massive & disseminated copper sulphide mineralisation
C/O shrprfets.... There is borrow so don’t hold back. The market cap was £28 million at a 0.305p share price when this piece first appeared. The shares are now 0.285p but this could go all the way.
Vast Resources (VAST) is one of those AIM penny dreadfuls that always burns cash and never delivers. Its management are ninth rate but you say so what? Why pick on this company when there are so many like that. Four reasons:
1. This company will never generate cash especially as there seems to be some uncertainty over ots control of its assets in Zimbabwe. As such the valuation is crackers.
2. Vast is reliant on death spiral funding arriving and has been saying for a long while that the cheque is in the post. The Company signing binding documentation is Atlas Capital Markets Limited”. A search of Companies house shows a very small company with a balance sheet consisting of just £10,000 in cash. The phone number of Atlas Capital Markets on their website is disconnected. If the cash does not arrive and the endless delays do not suggest that it is certain to arrive, Vast is utterly screwed.
3. If the cash does arrive this is a classic death spiral, a rolling maul of selling. Some providers of such finance, Riverfort for example work the facility so as NOT to screw the share price. But when you are dealing with folk who can’t even get their phone connected the nature of the facility is bound to be one that screws the share price big time.
4.I am reliably informed that the company is paying £1000 a month to at least one fellow, by the name of Lee Morris, to post ramptastic comment on the LSE Bulletin Board. Good companies simply do not behave in such a manner and such desperate steps to support the share price are at best unethical and certainly unsustainable. This is a massive red flag.

Well, just 1.5 days left trading before the sp price prediction comp ends and we raised a lot of money for charity. AP's entry was 1.44p as we know, mine 0.29p. Why did I go so low? Well being invested for 4 years and then experiencing AP's antics led me to believe things wouldn't go to plan and it also led me to believe they would struggle for funding, AP has left all the chat groups with his tail between his legs. Yes just where has all the money gone? £700k in salaries to loss making directors, that we know. Which hotel did AP stay in for all those weeks in Zim, a standard cheap one to save the company money or a luxury 5 star? 500k raised for trucks... Gone, but where? Wasted on a deposit? No strategic planning. How much did he waste exploring the concession in Zim that he had no license or agreement for which we are now not even getting? And the usual rampers on here hardly ever post no more, is this because their broker svs securities got shut down? No more dodgy placings to forward sell. How do they sleep at night? Surely if there was no dubious intent they would still be on here singing vast's praises day after day after day. But alas, no. Still, the circus show continues and the carrot gets dangled. So many large shareholders ramping this stating 2p by next year blah blah blah have left the building having sold out in the High 0. 40's. Good luck to those still holding
And the sp goes down ??
