I think it's worth pointing out that after NWF come out of suspension UK holders with AJBell won't be able to buy NWF stock unless their it's a substantial sum. They will however be able to dispose as and when they like. So selling your golden tickets is a one time thing for most small private investors. I'm not sure what the rules are like with IG. Either way I suspect holders here will be able to sell for 0.20+ in the months ahead but agree with the poster below that it may take a couple weeks or months before fair value is attained. If this chat page is to be removed where are other NWF holders planning to post comments in the future?
Have been watching for a while & was waiting to pounce if there was a last minute sell-off & drop, but no joy so I missed this one! Very best of luck to all & hope even those recently spiked come out of it with a tidy profit! :-)
best price I got in last 10 mins was 5.75 with IG, waited and waited till last 30 seconds when it suddenly jumped to 7.25. Waiting game now but I can see a return after all these years ! GL all.
Agree hardy78. Also, I think it could be a positive for us that so much of the A$30mil raised was taken by the underwriters, I would have thought they are smart enough to wait a little bit on a much higher return, rather than trying to skim a quick 10%... Although I could be wrong.
And that’s it! Final price I was being offered was 5.15, but that’s completely irrelevant now. Hopefully we will all see a good return via NWF, good luck everyone!
All things considered, it’s unlikely (possible, though unlikely) that NWF will drop as far as the open offer price of 0.15. I’d say the placing price to II’s of 0.20 is more likely. On the positive side, ASX is less prone to big swings in SP and those buying at 0.15 were existing investors, so they might be less likely to sell immediately. GLA
I'm expecting a price between $0.15 and $0.18 to begin with once the NWF shares come out of suspension hopefully then rising to somewhere close to the theoretical ex rights price within a couple of weeks. Some patience might be required to see a decent return.
I am now nursing a small loss, and just waiting to see what happens. Please correct me if I am wrong (I hope I am), but the subscription for NWF shares at 0.15 was under-subscribed, meaning their shareholders didn't all take the opportunity to buy discounted shares. This was then underwritten so all fine regarding the deal. But surely, as soon as the NWF suspension is lifted the NWF share price will fall to 0.15AUD, as tends to happen after a placing? By my calculations one stellar share is therefore worth 6.3p? At a rate of 1.85 GBP/AUD. Still better than today, but still a loss for those who got spiked (me included)

Coming up to the last hour or so for people that want in prior to suspension. Suspect we might see a few buys into close although I guess this is fairly irrelevant now.
Easily done, but always look to average down where you can. I have done a few times now with STEL and also sold some on the highs which all helps the average. hopefully we remain steady and can all enjoy a nice payday in a month or so
Well if we get anywhere near the theoretical ex rights price stated in the takeover offer then we should all be in for a nice payday.
Sadly I'm invested here at 7 something! Bough on the first spike back in Feb! If i get 7.5 i'd be happy!
Surely anyone buying a spreadbet will just get closed out at a loss
Anything over 600 worth and IG.com wants 7.35p so looking very good today :)
Let me guess, you're not invested aquazi? Haha Still 5.8 to buy
I can still trade on X-O. I think it will end the day down at 5.00
Can still buy with IG.com Buy 5.80 Sell 5.11 Last day, let's see what happens. I am going to say we finish at 6.25p

I wonder what will happen to the sp. I am guessing those who wanted out are out and those wanting in may well jump in last minute tomorrow. I would be surprised if many sell but this is AIM so who knows
tick up imminent
last few trades sells and it increases - looks like mm's want to balance their books with stock holding before the switchover to NWF
NWF sp will hold above .20c a quick 30-40% by 4th May admission to ASX. Last chance here to buy.
