Have you heard any news about Sirius? Unfortunately, not the best performing share in my portfolio!
nesty, thanks for bringing to my attention, see this as a bottom drawer share now, but could see a really good return in 1 to 2 years Sirius Real Estate notes the recent press speculation and can confirm that, in conjunction with a potential financial partner, it is in preliminary discussions with regard to the potential acquisition of a German property portfolio. These discussions are at an early stage and a further announcement will be made as and when appropriate.
Hopefully a a glimse of many good things to come in 2010 with this company.
Granted its all gone a bit quiet over here since the most recent spike. But can any of you conspiracy theoriest out there shed any light on todays trades - 3 trades of about 23 shares??
Complete novice here, but have been watching this share for some time- I would like to dip my toes in but I have a question (and as daft as it is) I hope someone will point me in the right direction, I am confused as to exactley what the final price you pay is ? is it in Euros or is it in £s - I quote the following transaction as an example. 12-Oct-09 15:13:41 0.36 12,500 Buy* 0.35 0.36 45.00 (So basically is this transaction in Euros or £s) Would like a serious answer as i do know that sometimes Novice persons get a rough deal on some boards with daft answers - Thanks
thanks for your thoughts yesterday, think I will leave both for now as the only place I can free funds from is PXS, and I have started to look at HZM and VYKE too so need to wait for funds to hopefully appear then make decisions! Certainly some money to be made but nothing that I could bank on making me more than my tomatoes, :) well done for getting in VYKE
what do you guys think of WET vs MTA? IF I could get funds it would probably be one or the other, or more ECV.......lots of choices atm
is there anyone not in pxs ???
Looking forward to your view on Speymill Plc - SYG and also SDIC. Thankyou for all your time and effort in helping others.
I felt it was worth a small investment also, like to see it double over the next 6M. My "fund" is fixed and small but have mixed it up with oil, pharma/ pharma support, health (good old PXS :)) and IT/ tech so hope I have a mixed minimal risk bag. I will know in 1 -6 months :) GL
Also appreciate a quick view on CAL, if you have time !
Hi guys, any views yet on SDIC http://www.speymilldeutsche.com/ yet as another long term German property company?, results due 15th October, could be another that benefits coming out a recession?. I noticed on the SDIC board that Spiritfinder1 has bought in there.
Just a thought on £/euro exchange rates. Might be a risky play for day traders. GL to all investors. Rigger.
"The stock market has a habit of transfering wealth from the impatient to the patient" .....Warren Buffets saying, if i'm not mistaken...
Note to self - remember HGAC's rule 3 - don't chase a quick buck. I bailed out of AVCT the other day as I thought i get back in time before next push up, with some profilt from PXS, and it goes and jumps up today ! - typical :( Never mind, I've learnt a lesson this week!
Did ye look at CAL at all when ye researched property developer arena? I am in there and felt is was a good recovery by up. Appreciate your thoughts on that one, if ye have a moment, thanks
Thanks for replying I hold TW long term, got in early. PXS- obviously! Ha! WET RBS MEC Also got some LMT which are going downhill steadily
With all property companies recently there have been a lot of harsh writedowns some very harsh. I can see a V shaped recovery in some of these IMO especially the virtually debt free low geared ones! SDIC for example. But back to SRE seems to be doing the right things. defaults still a risk though. Rigger.
Close though, Happy with £2 Mill. Seriously though. I am liking several foreign property COs rental and developers. RGI is another but might of got slightly ahead of itself. However check out who owns half the issued stock! Major incentives for sucess IMO. GL Rigger.
Hows this looking for future investment? Like HGAC I'm taking some profit from other shares and wondering where to go next. Any info/dvice would be appreciated :o)
42 :)
Still waiting for my PXS to mature. All in at the mo and waiting for more funds. I am still liking SDIC, AMC and INGG amongst others. Funds wil be with me soon. I am not greedy though, I just want to double my money from now year on year until I retire from the Service in 2018. $2 not a bad retirement age is it? GL Rigger.
NICE :)
You mean this wont make me 10,000% in a month? So I shouldnt put next months Mortgage on it then?
Hi Redarrows, Can you let me know your personal view on Speymill Group (SYG). I respect your opininon and it appears you know alot about the commercial property market. Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
