DM - I thought they were presenting on March 6th??
See Ecuador day link below. They have presented on the Ecuador day slot for last few years I believe.
https://www.pdac.ca/convention/programming/presentation-and-reception-room-program/sessions/presentation-and-reception-room-program/ecuador-day-next-mining-destination
I wonder if this larger daily volume will be maintained, or have people - specifically the CGP holders- now adopted their positions?
They accepted the offer on the premise of the statements of intent made in the offer document, so you'd kind of expect them to hold for the upside offered therein.
Morning all ...strange spread today .. jumping back and forth and pretty high for Solgold

:0)
Finally, Fort- we get to the crux of your misunderstanding! Bob is, we are lead to believe, trying to sell the company to majors with deep pockets. You are repeating the same brainless nonsense on a tiny message board on a small corner of the internet. He might be trying to influence a sale. You are speaking to small-time investors and would-be investors. Why do you think you need to be relentlessly positive, to the exclusion of all rational counter arguments? Who do you think is listening?!?
Give yourself a day off, love. You can't move the share price from here. I promise you that.
And sorry to 'ramp' about the Tier 1 world class asset. Or about the chinese involvement or about Franco or Osisko noses in the trough to the tune for $150m combined.
This company needs precisely that.... ramping. It's called being positive and seeing the true value in the asset when the market is inclined to disagree. Do you think Bob will be 'ramping' the asset or playing it down and flagging up all the potential hurdles ahead?
Mmm... I 'imagine' not.
Rubbish - the last few lines make it sound like we have dog on our hands not a prize Tier 1 asset. That said... you are entitled to 'imagine' what you want in your own head.
Bob isn't going to be pitching to 'anyone' that's interested. He's going to be pitching to the companies that he KNOWS are interested. The mining industry might be a big place but it's a very small world if you live and work in it.
The fact that he's already brought in the Chinese should perhaps help you 'imagine' win you head how that might pan out.
What do you mean it's utter rubbish? The tone is totally neutral and qualified with "I imagine". Unlike you I don't feel the need to ramp the hell out of this share every other post. You taking issue with that post shows nothing but your insecurity.
Get a grip.
How that sound? (sic)
Sounds like rampy nonsense, Fort, but we have come to expect nothing less from you!
SharketMare,
Your last few lines are utter rubbish. How about ... Bob's phone hasn't stopped ringing for weeks and he's having to bat away the time wasters and focus on the important players.
How that sound?
The bit that is bugging me at the moment is lack of timelines. Perhaps that H1 nugget RE financing is what we have to work, i.e. the company are going to try and shift Cascabel or be taken out over the next 4 months (March-June inclusive) and if they don't, they'll then announce the outcome of the strategic review, which IMO in absence of sale/takeover will be a spin out of the regionals (as per bullet #2 of the strategic review outcomes).
In the meantime, we need some meat on the bones around the regional drilling programme, unless they are being prudent to the point of not spending any cash on those until they start to feel that they won't be successful in the sale/takeover (plan A) scenario.
I did note in the presentation that it looks like we're trying to flash a bit of ankle for the other tenements in Cascabel (Tandy, Moran etc.). I imagine Bob is spending his time at the moment pitching the asset to anyone who is willing to give him a meeting. It's a question of who, if anyone, is going to stick their neck out and make an offer for it.
1981Investor - You really need to get rid of that bee from your bonnet. The majority of people on these bulletin boards have an agenda. When invested we're willing the share price to go up and sometimes share our wildest hopes on here - ramping.
Then when we've sold up, we disappear. Sometimes looking in to reassure ourselves we sold at the peak price, i.e. hoping the price has dropped after we sold.
It's just human nature - no point railing against it.
You were fine with calling yesterday a good day at 8:09 dbw... Were you less keen today because it wasn't a strong start?
I'll say it again- the ramping here isn't even clandestine. Plain as day, dull as ditchwater.
Early days Dave ..... give her a chance ..... not long now "fast and smart"
Of course I know that...doesn't change a thing...
Down this morning and looks like it's being pegged again??
"Almost 13 million trades after hours."
6.5 mill of which was the UT.
Just saying.
Bob and his black and white ... bat!
He's got big reputation riding on this as well as a bucket load of shares. Important for his business going forward. Get a stunning deal done and he'll attract more clients in the future who want to slay giants ... with Bob's bat.
Into the 20's soon but ARB boys getting some help from our resident seller which based on past ownership updates looks like Blackrock. If true, they can't have much more left... 40m shares at best... that's about a week or two's worth to work through on 2 or 3m per day.
So I was wrong… We can actually release the same presentation we have already seen…
Intresting tweets ,looks like we are indeed getting very close to a sake , fortissimo yes noticed that maybe nothing will be mentioned but by the looks of things wouldn't be surprised to see some after presentation tweets /twitter comments seems the route to info ATM
They are presenting on 'Ecuadorian Day'. Not sure spouting off about Aussie assets is appropriate!
Mono - thank you
Almost 13 million trades after hours...SP rising on big and rising volumes...
