This week goes to show how quickly this share can move.
Even Just with a wiff of rumour.
Imagine when it's confirmed.
We could have another 2011 solomans moment.
One of the issues I have with the doom team, goes back to the ericeric days.
That piece of t#rd talked this share down day after day week after week and month after month. This was back in the days when the share was around 3p for an age.
It finally popped and within weeks it was over 40p.
I asked him to apologise for all the people he purposely tried to discourage from investing.
Needless to say he was never seen again on the board to this day.
I wonder if we do get a bid if the resident muppets will stick around this time?
Some how I doubt it.
Afternoon Fort
Exactly what I was thinking…. Lower volume was easier to hold in check ….. I guess we’ll know in the next hour or 2
Wonder whether we'll get another after hours large order print on the book as the mm's seem to have been keen to keep the price around the 17p (rounded) mark.
Another 5m block after close?
DM lol very observant there
Fort, BHP, NCM, Norges, BR and other assorted smaller institutional shareholders...plus us private investors, whose holding as a percentage of the total is now quite small.
I'm more interested in the unknowns. For instance... as we know CGP had major shareholders in Sangha/Maxit/Irwin but the question is... who makes up the other 53% of CGP?? Blackrock, JPM or other large fund managers? or just lots of retail and smaller funds?
Main shareholders in CGP as follows:
1. Sangha and Maxit combined = 19.5%
2. Greg Chamandy 9.8%
3. Irwin/Rosseau Asset Management 8.1%
4. Solgold 5.6%
5. Sprott/Canaccord Clients 5.0%
Total 48%.
Who are the other 52%?
Same as the purchase price, no one knows that my friend
Atb
Correct Add
What would be the sale price here if it happens
I don't think they've been selling - they have the same number of shares - 310 965 736. The RNS simply reflects the dilution.
Got to have Chinese chips lol with it
Flyinghigher, intresting they come out just as Dow opens and tsx
Sp still lower than 6 months ago even with all this spec lmao
Friend dam autocorrect lol!!:)
Pad,am good my fire hope your ok,ooh 2x rns holdings ,now where they going too ??
This appears to be due to the cornerstone acquisition shares diluting existing holders, not that they're selling.
There's no reduction in the number of shares for these holders.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Spot on Bubble - hope you are well.
I’m expecting a Solgold Chinese takeaway soon!
GLA
So from todays rns bhp are 12% down to 10% so has that gone to the chinese or is this some other weird mechanism I don't understand
https://moneyweek.com/investments/commodities/gold/603131/how-much-gold-does-china-own
Pad,yes indeed they surface out of their holes to deramp then disappear when news hits failing to try get in lower cos they don't know when to buy
Keep up the good work Fort.
Predictable how the infestor noise increases when massive news is imminent.
Some of these infestors have played the same game over a long time. Leopards don’t change their spots eh?
DM - I thought they were presenting on March 6th??
See Ecuador day link below. They have presented on the Ecuador day slot for last few years I believe.

I wonder if this larger daily volume will be maintained, or have people - specifically the CGP holders- now adopted their positions?
They accepted the offer on the premise of the statements of intent made in the offer document, so you'd kind of expect them to hold for the upside offered therein.
Morning all ...strange spread today .. jumping back and forth and pretty high for Solgold
PInot
:0)
Finally, Fort- we get to the crux of your misunderstanding! Bob is, we are lead to believe, trying to sell the company to majors with deep pockets. You are repeating the same brainless nonsense on a tiny message board on a small corner of the internet. He might be trying to influence a sale. You are speaking to small-time investors and would-be investors. Why do you think you need to be relentlessly positive, to the exclusion of all rational counter arguments? Who do you think is listening?!?
Give yourself a day off, love. You can't move the share price from here. I promise you that.
