Just click on markets , then short selling and the link is on your right
Thank you Not2sure, but cannot see the daily update link.
If I am on the home page, how do I get there please.
I don't think that precludes them from trading on the London market as long as they use a registered market maker ..but not sure what you mean't red
I look into fca.org.uk every now and then and just click on the daily update link
Good afternoon Not2sure, could you please post the link where you can see this, as I have checked and cannot see it.
Many thanks.
Thanks Bubble, that very reassuring and means a lot coming from you :)0
TSX clearly being played by a few - poss sell a few CGP and then buy SOLG or sell a few SOLG and buy CGP. Ratio between the two clearly giving some reason to trade/hedge.
TSX saw decent volume by their standards last night with 20% increase. Let's see if the mm's move the sp up ahead of 2.30pm open or just mark the TSX down at open. Bit of disparity there at moment that gores beyond normal forex issues.
XIB are Toironto based...
Just for information Q XIB do have a short position on Solgold on London market..net 0.5 %..think it has been there for best part of a week
Good afternoon DBW.
A slight correction and an agreement.
I have always maintained since late 2015 to that I felt that Solgold would take this to production as the most likely outcome.
Between 2012 and 2015 I believed this would be sold.
I invested in 2013.
However you are correct in your second assertion that since the announcement of us obtaining 100% of ENSA, that I now believe that the most likely outcome is a JV to production.
So you see I have changed my mind twice.
You get some individuals on here who believe that changing your mind when the facts change is wrong.
I will always do that.
It's what makes me a successful investor.
If the facts change again, you may see me alter my thinking again.
Pinot, morning hope you well ,indeed directors buys cover the threshold see this though or good time to buy to multibagg on sale either way onto a winner I think let's see
Fortissimo yes regards tr1 watch
Novice only as tight as you make it ,nearly at journeys end
Stop fear mongering novice.
Morning Bnc...I did give it some thought first to be honest.
Yes seen the director buys...still Tap Tap Tapping ... down to my elbows now...lol.
Pinot
:0)
looks like my 55p by COP tomorrow prediction is well and truly up the swannee !!!
If the vote doesn't go our way , and looking at the recent comms coming out could be very tight I fear this could drop into single figures i.e 7p to 8p wouldn't take long, anyone else feel that way or are majority positive ?
The outcome of the AGM is finely balanced and will depend entirely on how private investors vote. Perhaps we should send a note to Twigger saying we will support the management provided they come clean and promise to sell the business. No more fecking around with opaque announcements - just a clear and unambiguous statement.
Q to be fair ….. you have been saying this will be going to production for years (though now changing your tune a bit) and we if anything are moving further away from that outcome day by day.
Good grief SharketMare. You say show some humility.
Where's your humility.
You have been telling people this will be sold month after month.
Basically you have told bare faced lies.
How about an apology from you to all the people you have purposely mislead on here, or has it been through sheer arrogance.
Either way this forum deserves an apology from you.
Jezzoo that's a good thing.
As not everyone follows the herd and I wouldn't spend my time replying to posters like Slug, Andywest or SharketMare.
I used to filter you Q because I was conscious of boring the board going tit for tat with you on a whole host of topics. As we head into the end game here and you reverse ferret on a daily basis, regularly post things that are objectively wrong, and disappear when challenged, I'll continue to call you out. Show some humility and I'll pack it in.
rcgl2, I follow your sentiment but don't think they are aligned as you think they are. For instance... if they know they are getting a sale deal done, then why wouldn't they want to suppress the price so they can get more cheap shares?? They've done it already with the recent 17p placing imho. They could have got that away in August or September at mid 20's. Remember these boys have been planning this for the last 4 months or more. They got around the table in July. Do you think they all said... lets get a placing done at 25p and we can help ourselves or do you think they said... look... sale price likely to be lower than the higher target of 80p+ so lets all get some cheap shares before we do the sale and line our pockets!!!
Finally, you are aware that Maxit sold out all their SOLG shares 3 or 4 years ago to BHP at just 25p.
Still think they are aligned with your aspirations?? While many pi's are fully invested and can't afford more, the money men can average down or buy more cheap shares and that's hard to ignore when dealing with greedy money men.
I hate to state the obvious Q, but if everybody followed the herd and filtered you, you'd be posting to yourself.
Thank you rcgl2, I only look at shorting on the UK market.
I will get a Canadian site to show me
As for you SharketMare you have shown many times that you are unaware of basic investment tools.
You don't seem to have much sense at all.
I have a good idea why don't you filter me.
You won't because like most you don't like the way I post, but I continue to make points on this share that the herd doesn't.
Do everyone a favour.
Filter me and follow the herd.
You become more of a clown by the day Quady. If you weren't so condescending to other posters I'd just ignore it, but the way you talk down to people from what is regularly found out to be a position that is factually incorrect means it's worth calling you out each and every time.
We can add the shorting comment below to the list of things you've been wrong about.
