Hahahaha...Quady that woul;d be hysterically funny if it wasn't so sad...
"So you compare BHP to Solgold on percentage of trades.
That is mad.
Take a look at other companies like GGP and compare them to Solgold on trades.
Especially when there was a lot of activity.
0.5% is what you require to show you that people are at least noticing Solgold. "
Please quote me the official reference that states the last point...? Or are you the authority on this as well as everything else?
You ridicule comparing SOLG to BHP on percentage of trades and then cite GGP...
There are only three shareholders in GGP with more than 3%...thats a VERY divers book...
Wyloo 8.6%
Van Eck 4.6%;
Five Diggers 3%
Whereas we have
BHP Group (UK) Ltd. 13.5%
Newcrest Mining Limited 13.5%
Bell Potter Securities Ltd. 12.5%
DGR Global Limited 8.89%
Cornerstone Capital Resources Inc. 6.84%
Bank of Singapore Ltd. 5.00%
Tenstar Trading Ltd. 4.70%
BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Ltd. 4.38%
Nicholas Mather 3.95%
Samuel Holdings Pty Ltd. 89,915,834 3.92%
There may be some duplication but that lot totals 73.3%...
And as you can discern on here the vast majority of posters are long term holders maybe occasionally like me trading at the margin.
The shares are simply not traded because the story is so good.
Thats my last comment..filtered again.
Good afternoon Monte.
The thing is a lot more is happening in Solgold and all these areas are in their infancy.
Because of COVID and the concentration on Alpala, we don't know what the state of play is.
I do however believe that the strategic review will encompass what is occurring throughout the entire business.
I would not get your hopes up about the regional exploration activity, there has been a steady flow of so called areas of high interest that have lead to very little. Remembering how they talked up Aginaga (I can barely remember what it is called) which shows how great that was.
I think it's another case of how Nick talked these things up. He gave the impression to laymen that this solg blueprint of exploration was so good that they had a high level of conviction about anything that looked good on surface. That has shown not to be the case clearly.
You can look at it in two ways, they big it up a lot and we are very unlikely to find another tier one, or it just shows you how rare these things truly are, and we should count ourselves lucky indeed for having found one.
Thank you Bozi.
Please everyone who only wants to talk about a bid and not Solgold, please filter me.
For the record Sean, there's a reason why slug never called me out about my trades because he could see they were all mine. Now stick me on filter and stop pretending you have.
Happy New Year Quady
Pinot
:0)
Thank you pinot, you are one of the few posters on here that talk about Solgold.
Happy new year.
SharketMare you used to be a balanced poster on here, now you just sound desperate.
You do know what an absolute is.
Also you may want a bid. Trust me if we get a bid between one and two pounds, to me that would represent fair value at this stage for the whole company.
So you see I don't talk in absolutes.
However please present me a scenario that makes a bid more likely than before.
Now that the book is even more diverse and we have another entrant in the field with another offtake.
If anything a bid is less likely at this stage.
We await the strategic review to see the way forward in my opinion.
Honestly, if Quady ever tells you to filter him, take that advice.
You won't look back, and if you do, you only have yourself to blame...
There we go answered my own question....Food for thought better thean arguing all day...!!!!
Regional exploration activity has identified the Helipuerto project as the
next most important target for the Company. The Helipuerto concessions lie on
the southern margin of the Solaris Resources discovery at Warintza where
Solaris has published an in-pit Mineral Resource of 579Mt at 0.59% CuEq in the
Indicated category. Geophysical, geochemical and geological analysis indicates
extension of the Warintza system into SolGold ground and SolGold is expediting
the delivery of drilling and environmental permits to drill test extensions to
the mineralised system. An initial focus at Helipuerto is on the delineation
of the size and tenor of the Tinkimints copper prospect including mapping and
sampling of the area directly south of Solaris's Warintza copper-gold porphyry
deposit.

Apparently you filtered me Sean. Go easy with the kilt.
Quady: "I have never talked in absolutes on here"
Also Quady: "We know we are going to production. How do we know all this ? Because the company has communicated at every stage, they have kept us fully updated."
If that isn't talking in absolutes I guess I don't understand the English language.
This board started the year really promisingly with some useful information shared. Then Quady rocked up and started belittling people who don't believe with his production mantra. I'm really looking forward to the outcome of the strategic review so we can put the production conversation to bed, better understand how we plan on monetizing Cascabel, and what the future holds for SOLG beyond that event (if anything at all!).
Switching off for the weekend, let's hope for a positive RNS early next week with news of the merger completing.
Of course you agree MassiveRay, you've been butt-hurt ever since I called you out as the troll you are.
Why don't you make a resolution not to be a muppet in 2023? You are only on here because of some row on the POLY board months ago yet you are still here, making an absolute nuisance and a fool of yourself.
You going to spend another year doing this? And looking back at this years end feeling you've achieved something? Or spent your time well?
Move on mate.
DBW I have always said the most likely outcome is we go to production.
I have never talked in absolutes on here, no matter how hard addicknt has tried to pretend I have.
I used to believe we would be sold. However in 2015 I changed my mind after the company continuously maintained going to production as the aim.
I listen to the company I am invested in not the noise on this forum.
So if the company changes direction and says we are looking for a buyer I will of course listen.
It is people like you that dig in with indefensible post's that pretends it's one or the other.
Let's remember we have ten tenements which are either up for JV or for sale. I believe Pinot referred to one this morning.
Well said Sean
Quady, away from you (you could start a fight in an empty house) Slug behaves himself on ADVFN and his contributions are more relevant than yours. But I would 100% not want him back here after his behaviour on here.
Now I have warned you about your fake news and misinformation, and now you've been warned about your constant personal attacks on other posters using the lowest form of insult.
Grow up and move on, or face being reported until you are kicked off.
I don't often claim to speak on anyone elses behalf, but I think I speak for many on here that we have had quite enough of you.
You ruined 2022 on this board, don't ruin 2023.
Agree with you about Sean quady.
Quady ….. if we don’t take this to production or enter into a JV …. You will be completely wrong, I assume you at least have the backbone to admit that much ?
Seanhunter I look at Advfn sometimes, and see you worship Slug and all his views.
That in my book doesn't make you a very nice human.
I see Slug still remains 100% wrong, as he predicted a bid before Christmas.
Why don't you return to ADVFN where you get so few posts.
Red, are ANTO, BP or BHP supposedly expecting to be bought out?! Lol do I need to spell out the difference here? Daft prick. Go back to imagining job titles you once had- your bare-faced ramping has been exposed over and over again. Reminder: you can't change the share price by writing on this board, so do us all a favour and have a day (or year) off. You have no idea what's coming in this stratigic review. You quote it as if it supports your ideas and dismisses others, but you clearly haven't actually read for meaning.
I have - unfortunately - had to see some of Quady's post.
The guy is clearly on here now only to disrupt, with or without Slug as his partner in crime.
For someone who hides behind his alleged dyslexia the slurs and vile words he uses in the context of the serious issue of mental health he is both shameful and disgusting. People like him stoke the shame and stigma of those suffering, and the words he chooses to use as insults show how out of touch and nasty he really is.
I have warned him not to post misinformation on SOLG on here that directly contradicts what senior directors of the company have clearly stated in interviews over the past few months.
I suggest, going into the New year, that we report him and keep on reporting him if he attempts his low level attempts and market abuse by peddling fake news - and also if he keeps attacking other posters with epithets that are extremely offensive to those who have experience of mental health issues.
We got rid of Slug - he is on ADVFN now and actually contributes some no nonsense posts - ad we can get rid of Quady if he doesn't grow up and start behaving.
Happy new year to you also Redknight.
So you compare BHP to Solgold on percentage of trades.
That is mad.
Take a look at other companies like GGP and compare them to Solgold on trades.
Especially when there was a lot of activity.
0.5% is what you require to show you that people are at least noticing Solgold.
But for some reason with all your experience you seem unaware of that.
We have no volume, yet this morning you are comforted by a couple of small trades.
Why cannot people talk about the future of Solgold and stop talking about this rubbish that there is going to be a bid.
If it happens it happens, but we have zero evidence for one, and those that have been saying a bid is imminent for the last ten years can I fear only be described as loons.
Oh dear Quady...
LSE now has a policy where you have to sign in on a regular basis...
Unfortunately that means I have seen your post in which you have gracelessly ****ged me off yet again.
Don't you realise how stupid you make yourself look...you are a figure of fun on here...
Let me take a couple of your 'infomed' observations:
"That is less than half of one percent.
Totally clueless.
We have to wait now for the strategic review and hope this shows us how we construct Alpala.
I don't think this forum has ever been this bad."
If you check, as I have just done, BHP's daily volume hjas only once been above 0.1 percent in the last 12 months!
ANTO has only been above 0.5% once in 12 months and BP has never been above 0.3%...
And yet you are so incredibly well informed and experienced in the markets...
As to your observations on the strategic review, where in the terms of reference does it mention showing "how to construct Alpala..."
- evaluating financing alternatives for the Combined Group;
- a spin-out of assets, other than the Cascabel Project, to all shareholders of the Combined Group;
- the direct or indirect acquisition of an interest in ENSA and/or the Cascabel Project howsoever effected; or
·- any other transaction or series of related transactions as may be agreed to between the Parties.
And finally...one of the main reasons "the forum has been this bad" is the vast number of posts that you stir up with your uninformed nonsense...
Happy New Year
Let me help you guys identify the loons.
These are the people that say a bid is imminent constantly for the last ten years.
They have been constantly wrong, but will never accept it, because they are loons.
They think that twitter feeds or broker notes are some sort of evidence. Only loons with very little experience of investing could think in this way.
They criticise those that have been correct and continue to tell people that the people who are correct don't understand the cooperate world and that they do.
Even though they have been 100% wrong.
They have high powered jobs and are complete fantasists, who are in turn supported by other fantasists who think they have been accepted.
As I said easy to spot the crazies.
You have to laugh :) :)
“Pot calling the kettle black” springs to mind!
