I wish I could share your optimism, more like the share price bouncing around the low to mid teens until the inevitable cash call/fund raise with Scott popping up on the odd webinar to tell everyone the world needs copper....
Is it just me, or have others noted that the likes of copperpot, shippy, aquinaga, quady, bbg, dinnermoney
And one or two others feel the need to tell the world about the green filter dots appearing on their screen. By coincidence these dots only appear every time they are shown to be strangers to truth and reality
Yet when the gullibles jump to their defence, and they assume their fantasy has been believed, by some miracle, the filter doesn't work and they start responding.
Thanks for your Input unic. Good to see your contribution hasn't changed.
What you said is very true. I am very aware of that.
You clearly deliberately missed my point.
None of them are in Australia, where he claimed earlier he lived.
I suggest you read and digest posts twice before
Doing your usual, and showing off with your perceived superiority.
Copperpot - I'm very well thank you. Taking the tablets, but haven't fully committed to the surgical procedure, so Gina still a little premature. xx
As the clock ticks down, all super majors watching (and Nationals like Chinese) will want to get a jog on.
Maxit and Bob know that they don't necessarily have to land a knock out deal... all they need to do is put an interested party like BHP or Newmont or another in a position that they start to feel a little niggle and need to act. Another royalty deal may well be required ... not because we need the money ... but because we need to pi55 off an interested party in a manner that leaves them no choice but to act... with a bid or watch the asset slowly drift away from them.
I'll say it again... name me 1 low cost copper/gold tier 1 mine out there that is 100% owned and effectively up for sale?? Know any?
Alpala is truly one go the greats. One of if not THE Best discovery in last decade. And that's a fact. And ironically, Porvenir is also one of the best discoveries in last decade too albeit toward the lower scale.
On Gina lately?
Hard to believe that the last RNS posted by solg ws 29th July ! Feels like the quiet before the storm to me
In the NCM/Newmont Scheme of Arrangement document Grant Samuel applied a 7per cent political risk discount to NCM's Ecuadorian assets, but argued it was already in the price.
Until we get different numbers from SOLG, I am pricing ENSA for the official 14mln CuEq, 0.08 USD per Pounds of Cu, which is an average valuation for takeovers at the feasibility stage, and that gives me a valuation of GBP 1.975 Bln and a share price of 65.8p.
Given the general circumstances (country discount, SOLG's history, whatever else), I am inclined to apply a USD 0.05 valuation as an exploration stage, returning an ENSA value of 1.235 Bln and a share price at 41.1p.
Make what you want of it.
First post now this board seems to be a little more polite. I have a 7 figure holding. All the info I have seen indicates an ENSA valuation of £3/4bn. Generally it is 5-10% of asset value. I took the lower figure. If anyone has something more rigorous then happy to read about it.
WAY TO GO Shippy !!!
From recent conversations, there are a number of companies interested including some large privately owned companies we may not have heard of.
Beautiful guys, much appreciated, toodle pip
ONWARDS & UPWARDS!!!
'I don't really read this board much anymore'...eh? Suggest you have a quick look at your recent posting history. Surely you didn't miss the licence renewal and exploitation agreement?
As far as the article is concerned, if you're worried about it have a read of the many articles which were produced at the time - they'll give you a much clearer picture.
There are multiple articles. here is the first one from a simple google search
OK BBG where is that stated and if so then it's panic over, sorry if I missed it earlier as I don't really read this board much anymore as I am happy with my circa 8 million shares to go forth and multiply ...
Whats concerning Novice. the govt has given us a clear path to crack on...
I'd like to see some clarification on this from the SOLG bod, this is very concerning albeit we are not in the areas mentioned
I must of upset the resident parrot. Lots of green filtered posts.
Good to see the FT catching up with the rest of the World's press who reported on this in August.
Dinnermoney, it's not one instance... it's many. Wood Group was 100p before Apollo offered them 220p and then 240p a share. And that's a £1.5bln company or was so not small fry jump. One day the Market valued Wood Group at 100p, the next it was 220p. And you think the market is a good valuation tool? About time you and others stop presenting share prices as they are today as being anything close to what takeover or asset sales are done at. It simply isn't true. The monetisation events happen based on asset worth and the SP follows that.
I think you'll just have to accept that markets and share prices often bear no resemblance to asset value worth at all. In the old days it was acceptable for FTSE250 or 100 businesses to see a 30% premium to closing share price based on an offer. Those days have gone and this woeful market is looking incapable of valuing anything properly and iI'm afraid to say it but LSE is losing reputation and big money companies are listing on other indices that know how to value companies properly.

Nal, 'I have no interest in any pathetic excuse you post'. Excellent! Simple solution - stop reading my posts.
