Only popped in for a quick trade but these sells just ain't right.
Is there is some selling off into the markets so they can participate in a Placing at a lower price?
Move please! Do anything come on! Computer gone early lunch?
this could all be shaping up for amssive price hike in the near term
From Zumas State of the Nation Address last night on energy: Fellow South Africans, We need to respond decisively to the country’s energy constraints in order to create a conducive environment for growth. The successful electrification programme which has changed the lives of many households was achieved by tapping into artificial electricity reserves, which had not been designed to cater for mass energy distribution. This situation calls for a radical transformation of the energy sector, to develop a sustainable energy mix that comprises coal, solar, wind, hydro, gas and nuclear energy. The transformation will require structural changes in the manner in which government departments, affected state owned companies and the industry as a whole address the energy challenges. The energy plan also calls for the injection of capital and human resources into the energy sector. We will also need to identify innovative approaches to fast-track procurement and delivery by government in the energy sector. To prepare the institutional capacity, we are in the process of converting the National Nuclear and Energy Executive Coordinating Committee of Cabinet, into the Energy Security Cabinet Sub-committee. The sub-committee will be responsible for the oversight, coordination and direction of activities for the energy sector. The sub-committee will also ensure that Eskom receives the support it requires to fulfil its mandate and that it remains focused on achieving its goals and targets. To achieve our energy security goals, state owned companies involved in the Energy Sector, such as Eskom, South African Nuclear Energy Corporation and the Central Energy Fund will have to adapt to the redefined roles to achieve these objectives. Work needs to be done at a technical level on all forms of energy especially nuclear energy and shale gas with regards to funding, safety, exploitation and the local manufacture of components. Nuclear has the possibility of generating well over 9000 megawatts, while shale gas is recognised as a game changer for our economy. We will pursue the shale gas option within the framework of our good environmental laws. There are also some urgent activities that we are engaging in, in the short term. Progress at Medupi power station construction site will be accelerated. Plans on the financing of the next large coal fired power station, Coal 3, will be speeded up so that the procurement process can commence. We will also continue the 4th window of the renewable energy independent power producers programme, to take advantage of wind, solar, biomass and other technologies that increase the opportunity for rural development. Maybe Thelo/IDC? They need to raise the BEE holdings of Elitheni to 40% or above to do business with the SA Gov. and its entities (IPP).......
From RNS BS at 4p? In addition to the Target Alliance Subscription, the Company has also entered into a £0.5 million underwriting agreement with Beaufort Securities Limited ("Beaufort"), under which Beaufort has agreed to underwrite the placing of 12.5 million new Ordinary Shares at 4p per share (the "Beaufort Placing Shares") (the "Beaufort Underwriting"). Under the terms of this underwriting agreement, Beaufort is to receive: (i) a cash commission of £75,000; and (ii) 1.875 million new Ordinary Shares (the "Beaufort Commission Shares") which, at 4p per share, equates to £75,000. Target Alliance has undertaken to transfer the Beaufort Commission Shares to Beaufort out of the Target Alliance Subscription Shares
they still have 100m shares to place- so expect a discount! BS bought at 2,5p in the last rescue package
Started and L2 5 v 1 only 214m in issue (at the mo) seller can't hold out too long at 5m per day! (I hope) Grant and joint venture with new BOD distinct possibility but DYOR
I'll have some of that thankyou very much!
Someone is trying very hard (and successfully) to date to depress this share price....with the previous management team replaced with new experienced personnel and major announcements in the coming weeks someone is going to make a lot of money! In 3 weeks time, once the anticipated strategic initiatives being planned by this company, the price will rocket. One wonders who is mopping up shares at/below 3.5p! Who is the 'someone in the know' who is buying large numbers of shares at these depressed levels?
There is the other 1m sell that was pinning the SP.
It certainly looks like someone does not want this share price to break out above the 3.5p level....for the moment. I think there will be a series of significant announcements due once the board has permission to issue new shares! Once these announcements are made (probably within the next two to three weeks) this share will take off very quickly and exceed levels not seen for over 12 months and 3.5p will be left behind never to be seen again!
Don't think the 100k and 250k buys are ordinary pi's but Libc must be getting stock from a seller somewhere? Still think the risk reward is good here! DYOR
no liking so many buys at same price.. if they don't hold firm and not sell out for loss this going to go down :/
Going crazy volume just under 5m! Libc still holding firm.
