I'm not sure what correct process for this would be... but why wait for them to verify there was no vote rigging or whatever they saying there was... we can't we some way do it ourself? If say we took enough votes to the courts which I'm sure would not be hard to get together... surely they would uphold the vote... its time to act... and not wait for them to 'investigate'.

... its not over yet... simply need to get one step ahead... find out what laws they are breaking, and go for them before there next more. Contact rio tinto and confe , find out what's going on.. what next more is against them... plan ahead.. strike before they strike and steal the company. what happens when get around to the date last date new nomad can be appointed before listing is cancelled? I'm assuming company goes private or bankrupt? My shares being in ISA, I expect i would loose lot either way. But do not know. Also, what would happen to SNRP's stake in the mine (that's properly not worth much as its not producing) ? would it be sold cheap off to cover bigger debts/investors? Who would profit most/loose most from SNRP delisting? Rapitrade/ Mr. Stone Sizani? Land Consultants Limited? Others? I don't really know much at all, new to all this. so sorry, if all these questions/points are irrelevant.
