It doesn’t really matter what any of this board’s contributors are doing with Synairgen stock. There is nothing illegal in day trading or short-term selling. It would be an improvement of this forum if no one mentioned this again.
MrCosts must have climbed out of Aether’s green bin at least fifty times by now, followed closely by Professional. Everyone in my green bin doesn’t get mentioned again, as I don’t read their posts! (Neither of the former two contributors are in it, by the way.)
The only issue for me is that elusive Synairgen RNS, announcing that the company is back on track! I have waited for nearly twenty six months for some news of a trial and it is long overdue as far as I am concerned! What I don’t want is more vague BS from the CEO and his acolytes at the next AGM!
GLALTIs.
Mani no.
I am all for balance. I have enough negatives about this company and management . Yours is just false. Imho ofcourse.
And yes i think risk/reward for the stock is positive at this sp level
Wether you buy sell or short i really do not care. Go for it.
'Naff off' - Norman Stanley Fletcher was the first to use that - Del boy the second and last. You're older than I thought Mani
Pro
You are a self confessed trader here... When you are in you do
not want to hear anything negative , and when you are out
you bash the stock.. So naff off !
Mani chill
If a BP wants SNG without Dicky they give TFG a call and it is done ( if they offer enough). Simple.
Having TFG on board protects us against Dicky and the rest . We have to loom out that they do no Hurt our interest together... we discussed that one already...
Maybe Paul Hollywood will come to our rescue.... :-0 !!
There is a difference in being open to interest/offers
and needing it to survive... If RM has allowed us to get
into the latter position we are toast! If I were a BP interested
in taking SNG forward, why would I need RM..The Board or
the huge staff with nothing to do all day.... So as RM is our CEO
and the one doing the deal what will he do??? Give away
a huge slice to preserve his wages.. Such a conflict of
interest here...and PI's will pay if we need a JV...... Without a doubt! IMHO!
It'll be disappointing if they do need to jv for the P2s. Far preferable to give away a slice of the pie after you've proven it's a good pie. On the other hand if your pie taster is himself a boulanger of some repute, loves what you do and is interested in helping you improve the recipe and putting it on all of his customers' shelves - it might be a match made in heaven.
Its a good drug just need to sell, sell, sell...
Come the end of April, our CEO will have taken £100k in salary in 2024 thus far and has not addressed his shareholders.
Since the last patient was dosed with SNG001 in Nov 21, our CEO has taken c. £750k in salary.
We still have no clear path to recovery. The salaries continue to be taken and the silence continues.
NICE ONE DICKY
It's the role of the CEO to act in the best interests of the company's shareholders. ;-)
Searching for lost change down the back of the sofa..
My guess is a JV if they do not have enough funds...
It would be a shame not to do P2's alone and
then a JV for a P3 .. Question is do the Board
throw everything at P2's take pay cuts get rid
of staff we don't need to get us through to results
and believe they will be conclusive... Or is their
priority funding their wages and a JV suits their agenda
but not ours! They have told us they have enough...
Let's hope they try to deliver on that!
No chance they'll get a raise away, unless they have some very good news and it's to fund something major.
Low number of trades, assume most are waiting to support the company with the inventible fund raise?
“As ever patients is required.”
Excellent pun Tommy. GLALTIs.
There is still plenty of time for the company to meet its anticipated trials news date.
Judging by the number of daily green boxes posting, they clearly think so too.
As ever patients is required.

Just because an RNS is imminent it doesnt mean it's going to be a positive one. The only RNS that is forced to be imminent is the half year results, but SNG are doing this because they have to. The more time ticks on the more it seems likely to me that there is going to be nothing to announce in the half year results except more delays.
Aether- second request.
Please copy and post said messages?
Macosta - You have a brittle ego to need to brag about using this board to trade.
Also, you can't take criticism hence Doc.Dan's chronological summary of your behaviour was taken down.
You were also taking to the usual unhinged idiots who claim access to millions of pounds and suggesting Polygon contacting them if they need money XD
Not serious people.
Green binned with the rest of the dross.
So now we need a trigger. I do think it will be the starts of the trials. For me the full time employment of the CMO in October point s clearly in this direction.
I think this is all we need for nice return on today sp.
Longterm we need good results etc etc before we could go to 30 or even 100.
My simple view here; sp to low given we are near "easy news" which could make you 100% at least.
All imho dyor ofcourse
Mr Cost as you know I am not a fan of management ( communication) to put it politely.
A possible explanation could be they are working on something which they can not disclose. As i am now holding i HOPE this is correct but do not know.
History of this company is poor. And future of there product is uncertain ....and company needs more money in the future unless BP TFG or somebody else steps in...
All this gives us TODAY a good starting point IMHO. The shareprice reflects this reality
What's positive?
Our CEO stated in an RNS of May 2022 the company was focusing on new trials.
Update then reported to advise trials would start by end of 2023.
Further update to advise trials would start by end of H1 2024.
Since then no update directly to shareholders.
Can someone explain the positives? Am I missing a company update?
Agreed T_P they have 10. 5 weeks to meet this goal of first half of 2024. An RNS is imminent.
It’s still very positive, all to play for.
GLA.
Thank you Elsol.
For some of us, who believe in SNG001, and its future as a broad spectrum antiviral treatment, 100p+ is a realisable share price goal. The long silence is just a case of “business as usual” as far as Synairgen is concerned.
However, there has been an expectation of further clinical trialling for well over two years. Provided Synairgen can deliver on that during Q2, 2024, the company will remain on track. We may even experience a share price hike?
A joint statement with a BP company would be an altogether different situation. If the current financial restrictions were removed, our future prospects would be far brighter than seems to be the case today.
You have posters on the wall of Marsden in your box bedroom don't you?
Do me a favour and copy and paste the 'message' I supposedly put up about trading so I can take a look.
