It must be in America

The CDC just greenlighted an anti-COVID technology for reopening schools and businesses.
Dr. Fauci says it merits “serious consideration.”
The Washington Post says “it’s sparked a nationwide gold rush.”
And Forbes says it “will soon be part of the way we live and work.”
Tech giants Apple, Microsoft, and Facebook are investing $3 billion, but they don’t own this technology.
One stock, that just began publicly trading, holds all 100 patents.
Nobody knows it yet, which is why it still only trades for $0.20.
But that won’t last much longer.
Don’t wait on this one.

In the 7investing podcast number 11 at about 14 minutes the contributors are discussing the future of healthcare and predicting this will include a device in the toilet bowl similar to the ones Integumen have been marketing - and linked to an app with a traffic light type message. Green is OK. Amber is get this checked out. And red is make sure you check this out. And with more specific details of what the detector has found.
Is this something suitable for Deep Verge in the future?

Thanks Davde
Just worked it out.
Spin
Also no share trades from after 5th October so they must have transferred the ticker to the new name DVRG. Will try that.
Spin
You need to go to deep verge site dvgr.
The share price here on LSE has just reduced to 28p.
It's all a bit weird. I just noticed that in the last few minutes of trading the HL site SP went from 0% to +12% with a sell price of 30 and buy of 33. There is no charting available so I can't see when the change occurred. MWG has increased 3% to 2.9 and 3.05. I have yesterdays close bid prices on HL as 28 and 2.85 respectively. It all sounds a bit odd.

Personally, I preferred Integumen.
Deepverge sounds more like a euphemism.

Thank you very much kfcjunky
Confirmed they are trading on Hargreaves Lansdowne, may just take a while for your brokerage to update. Google ticker also not updated just yet.
Nothing will happen to your SKIN shares, apart from they will take on the new name DVRG.

https://mg.co.za/coronavirus-essentials/2020-10-04-testing-sewage-the-covid-canary-in-our-wastewater/?amp
Testing sewage is an alternative to testing patients directly. It isn’t dependent on whether someone tests for Covid-19, so the results aren’t influenced by stigma or the accessibility of tests. Mutshembele says that “the tool doesn’t need an invasion” and can be done anonymously at a large scale. It also picks up asymptomatic cases and isn’t reliant on whether someone feels particularly sick.
“The sewage will give you a snapshot of what’s going on in a community,” says Van der Walt. Essentially, everyone defecates, so everyone is included in this testing method
https://medicalxpress.com/news/2020-10-virus-cases-stockholm-wastewater.amp
Researchers see increasing virus cases via Stockholm wastewater
The sewage water testing could help provide important insights into the spread and prevalence of the disease without the need for expensive widespread individual tests.
"This type of water analysis could definitely save resources for society, they give valuable information that can be combined with other parameters," Cetecioglu Gurol said.

For those that doubt the demand for the water tests.
New approaches are in the works that promise to pull back the curtains on the coronavirus, letting people know in real time how much the virus is circulating in their community and whether they themselves are infected. Some methods are working in the background. For example, at the University of Arizona, researchers are testing the sewage flowing out of numerous dorms to detect signs of infection among unsuspecting undergrads. In many cases, evidence of infection is secreted in stool even before someone develops symptoms.
Other efforts are going to take more work, both from the government and from individuals. Lateral flow, an approach that uses the same technology as a pregnancy test, is now reaching the market. Abbott Laboratories introduced Binax NOW, a disposable $5 test that takes just 15 minutes to get results. The company is making 50 million a month, and the U.S. government has cornered the market. But that’s not nearly enough.

Glebewhite - couldn't agree more, such a cost is easily lost in the price of a cruise, I for one would rather have a 'free' Covid test in the way you describe than the 'free' $100 on board spend so frequently offered - I can only assume that discussions are ongoing in this arena, as you say, imagine rocking up to any Chairman or CEO of a cruise line and demonstrating what we have here and saying "we can install and manage this for you if you like at all your cruise terminals around the globe, oh and while we are here what about our waste water detection which we can install on every ship in various places so we could let you know if anyone has Covid before they do, we could probably even tell you which cabin they are likely to be in....."
Even I reckon I could secure that deal in the present climate, and I am not sure they would even haggle on the price!
I am being a little facetious of course, but I am expecting some news on this before Xmas.
GLA
Doesn't matter GB helped ramp the price up and people now sitting on actual/paper loses. Shouldn't say news is coming to help pump and dump the share when sales are forecasted sometime during Q1 2021.
Mentioned Dell as a partner at the presentation and still waiting for a rns confirming this.
And we know GB has been talking with the cruise industry.
Exactly, nailed it. I go (well used to) on cruises all the time and the company could basically pass the cost on to the customer without really knowing anyway. Cruises are strangely loyal to the sea so anything to get the voyages going will be a winner and with over half a million customers worldwide on ships its a great market to tap into and thats one industry
The BT in my opinion this is not a silver bullet indeed I do not think there is or in the short term will be one.
But looking at how this system could be used, OK Cunard's Cruise Terminal Southampton, a few days before you depart a BT is posted to you, FOC from Cunard, it’s yours to keep, the day you depart you present yourself at the departure desk and hand over you BT chip which is then scanned, your clear, no covid on your breath, your on board, every day of your 14day cruise you take a test at a predetermined time on the ship, get the all clear, mix and mingle at you leisure in the certain knowledge everyone on board has been tested, oh and add in the safety feature of RAW testing for the covid virus in the waste water.
Now I am no salesman but this looks an easy sell to me, for a £30.00 BT unit and £4.00 a day that's the Cruise industry open for £86.00 per person for a 14 day holiday, and of course, perhaps people would be happy to pay a premium for the knowledge that your traveling companions are tested daily.
And as I have said countless times before Covid it not the reason I invested in the first place.

If it was us, we wouldn’t be seeing a drop in share price, we would creep 1-5% daily me thinks. Word would get round and boom the contracts would secure us. Just hold and await GB news I guess.
We’ve only just started testing the prototypes with live virus in a level 3 lab so it won’t be us. Suggest a few go back and read the RNSs.

The huge SP rise and drop with large other daily movements sometimes on small volumes confirms AIM pricing methodology is not fit for purpose. It must be incredibly frustrating for the CEO and Board (as well as LTHs) in trying to bring the companies together. Value of the company and therefore Mcap should not vary like this. Many LTHs who built holdings at the lows will be in profit and less concerned about the daily movement. With the potential for the combined company it requires patience and with more news in the pipeline, hopefully a sustained rise will be possible.
charts shows it has bottomed here and bouncing, bid/ask tightening, just telling shorties before british bulls -;)

Not quite right. There were 3 blue days on the bounce in between.
8 straight days of falls since the presentation
What was wrong with the presentation? You seem to suggest it was responsible for the price drop. Or is it just that the people realised the money wouldn't start to roll in within days?
Let's see what GB has planned for the share price, was 70s until the presentation. Just got a decent entry price, let's see if GB has it in him to get this over the 40s pre Christmas.

Tottenham are trialing a 30sec covid test. If anyone can get any further information...
https://theathletic.com/2113227/2020/10/05/ornstein-spurs-trial-30-second-covid-test-loftus-cheek-and-alli-eye-january-moves/
The test will be used by many every day as it only validates you for 24 hours. If you're not leaving your house then you wouldn't bother, but if you're going to any public destination then you want to ensure you're not breathing out Covid. The costs being estimated for the chips are negligible compared to the loss of economy. Many venues/companies would happily provide them if it meant they were open to the public again..that includes venues/transportation etc
Our tech is unique in the fact you have to regularly test to carry on with your life. This ensures prompt detection of infection. Many companies are aiming to produce breathalysers, that if you pass, allows entry into their country. What use is that? You get tested at the airport, pass and are granted access, you then catch it on day one of your visit, spread it for 2 weeks then test negative on your return journey.
Cinder15 , I would and I'm sure the ones whom want to work and keep roof over our heads , would be willing to pay on a daily basis, its the world we live in at moment...
Fair points. I hope I am proved wrong and this is a success.

What we expect and what we hope for maybe not the same. ..
Quick search suggests Dell employee count at 165 thousand. Be nice if they saw the value of the product and lead the way in adopting. Should certainly help with winning business elsewhere if that was to happen.
https://www.reuters.com/article/us-health-coronavirus-integumen-idUSKCN26F2KE
There has been a lot of discussion and speculation about the nature of Dell's involvement with Integumen and Modern Water but isn't it as simple as this Reuters article states?
”U.S. group Dell Technologies has also joined to provide data services, Integumen said at its annual meeting on Thursday."
What else do we expect from Dell here?
Excellent article describing what Dell already doing in waste water management. So glad they are now working with us

Iantobach - yes, good biog and hopefully GB is saving best til last. Some faltering steps recently though and I'm looking for him to put things right quickly, get positive momentum in both skin and mwg and get DeepVerge on the front foot from day 1.
I agree, it is interesting that they haven't disclosed Dell's role in all this yet. This makes me think there is still much more to come from this - why else hold it back? I think there are a few possibilities, or a combination thereof:
1. Production of the microchips for the breathalyser
2. Provision of the secure blockchain technology to support the 24h health pass
3. Secure cloud hosting/storage services for the digital fingerprint of a positive covid result
In the recent Proactive interview (24 Sept) in response to the global OEM partner question GJB talks about the undisclosed 'global data integrations partner'. This therefore makes me think Dell will be producing the microchips (in large quantities) at the very least.
Indeed! They have a juicy budget for various initiatives over the next few years. Bodes well for the recently signed agreement; other similar agreements should follow.
Should be well worth the wait. Dell looks an interesting partner. More than just biege box computers and cloud hosting.
Dell Technologies foundational partner with Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) supporting the Smart Dubai initiative. Important enough for Michael Dell to be personally involved. Search for following should return relevant result: utilities - me 15665 .

warrants are essentially mini placings. New shares are added at a fixed price, usually less than the current price else not much point exercising them.
The company gains as they get the money, but shareholders suffer a small dilution as there are now more shares in total.
Warrants are usually issued when a placing is undertaken - usually at a higher price than the placing price.
Personally i'm not overly keen on them as it allows those who participated in the placing to benefit twice - initially when they receive placing shares at a discount to the current price and then potentially later if the share price increases.
For SKIN as number of warrants is a small fraction of total shares in issue impact is minimal really.
“ The consideration for the exercise of the Warrant Shares amounts, in aggregate, to a cash value of £2,000.”
Nothing to worry about mate ....
RNS Are these Exercise of Warrants and Total Voting Rights good or bad
Can anyone explain them to me please.
Thanks in advance
