Am I missing something? It says he sold 10% of his shares, not a third?

"Atalaya Mining Plc (AIM: ATYM; TSX: AYM), the European mining and development company, announces that it was notified on 15 March 2021, that Harry Liu, Director of the Company, had sold 44,628 ordinary shares in Atalaya at an average price of 214.7 pence per share.

Following the sale of these shares Mr Liu is interested in an aggregate of 400,083 ordinary shares of the Company representing 0.29% of the current issued share capital."

There are still many in the investment community that doubt that the increased commodity demand is real. This may be true of a very small number of metals such as gold but for many the demand is genuine.

Year 2020. 11-12% increase in sales of electronics. Enough said.

Nice. That puts net profit somewhere in the region of $150-$200m so a more accurate P/E of around 2.5-3 then.

Grossly undervalued at current precious metals pricing.

That equates to an approximate $400m in gross margin ( ( $3900oz - AISC $1000oz ) * 140koz ).

That is insane given a market cap ~$500m.

Either my market cap figure is wrong or this share is trading at a PE between 2-2.5 at current pricing levels?

I'm new to this one. Please can you correct me if I am wrong about the following.

Tharisa Rhodium production is around 13,500oz a year. Current Rhodium price is $27,000. Yearly revenue from Rhodium at this pricing level is $364million. Current market cap is ~$500m.

Rhodium was only a fraction of the total precious metals basket last year (142koz total vs 13.5koz rhodium).

Are the above findings accurate?

I have barely begun looking through the last annual report.

I believe that most solid state lithium batteries in development use a pure lithium anode which could be a massive catalyst for future lithium demand.

I'm not 100% sure on this but the feedstock for future solid state lithium batteries that use a solid lithium anode (E.g. A Lithium Sulfur Dioxide battery that has the highest theoretical capacity of any lithium based battery) may actually use lithium dioxide in the production process as opposed to hydroxide/carbonate. Oxis energy (not publicly traded) have been working on Solid State lithium sulfur batteries for many years here in the UK.

You will also come across the term LCE (Lithium Carbonate Equivalent) which is often used as a benchmark when comparing pricing in the industry.

From a quick Google:
"Lithium is sold and used in two main forms, lithium carbonate (19 percent lithium content) largely produced from brines, and lithium hydroxide (29 percent lithium content) largely produced from hard rock sources, which is currently the preferred form for the longest-range EV batteries."

In order to determine an accurate market value, accounting for losses during processing, you will need to get a bit creative with numbers and estimates.

Also worth pointing out Lithium Hydroxide and Lithium Carbonate are not 'pure' lithium either. Lithium does not exist in a pure form in nature due to it's high reactivity with oxygen. The purest form of lithium sold on the market is Lithium Dioxide albeit in very small quantities. Most lithium is sold in Hydroxide or Carbonate forms.

I am content in the knowledge that anyone reading these messages can see that I am being respectful despite the barrage of insults.

My only issue is with deliberately false and misleading claims.

Seriously guys. Just stop. I am bullish lithium and a major holder in many stocks.

Lithium Carbonate and Hydroxide are both in high demand. Demand for Lithium Carbonate in particular due to the increased demand from LFP.

Currently I don't see a bullish case for spodumene short term. It's my opinion. Nothing rampy or derampy about it. Not specific to Sevannah. Long term I am bullish.

As those who have followed this demand story for many years know. Many spodumene producers scaled back end of 2019 and are now scaling back up. I am of the opinion there is no short term supply shortage but long term I am bullish.

I follow many sources including Benchmark Minerals and I follow many in the industry including Simon Moores, Mr Lithium's (Joe Lowry), etc.

As a moderator on discord however it is my responsibility to prevent false claims and ramping.

Sadly Morla also joined in the AIMtodeath (FlyNavy) ramp on discord with the following claim:
