I am absolutely stunned and was taken in by Brandon’s fiction.
It seems to me to be nothing less than fraud, I was fully aware of the risks but made my investment on the back of the many announcements both on social media and through RNS.
The misrepresentation of the figures from last year seems to be a deliberate attempt to mislead the market, and the announcement from the accountants saying there is nothing to report again seems to be misleading.
There has been £10s of millions pumped into DVRG on the back of what appears to be lies, there must be an investigation to find out how this happened.
I have totally moved on from my losses no sour grapes, but very concerned that we have all be lied to on a massive scale by the whole BOD.
Looking forward I have some confidence in the new Financial Director, getting all the bad news out the way, this is assuming that the tec is as good as has been published, I am now wondering if it works at all ?

So confused by the whole thing there must be a whole load of stuff that has gone on behind the scene that is yet to come out.

I have done a fair bit but was fully aware of the risks so blame no one but myself, I fully understand the anger of a lot of folks.

This is a F****** car crash, I feel so let down, I have lost a fair bit but hey that's the risk, its my friends that I recommended DVRG.

I just hope that no news is good news, there is no need for a massive dilution Gerard if you need cash ask the share holders you have there is plenty of time, issuing more shares at this price is criminal without asking your current investors first, BE VERY CARFULL OF GROUP LITIGATION if you don't , there is no reason you cant raise form the private investors. You have a duty to do this

As an existing shareholder I would be happy to put more cash in if asked, I feel the same would apply to most others also.

I just can’t see a 3p placement, negotiations must be going on to raise cash through disposal of some of the data or STC, or part of it.
There is real value in the DVRG Group, the board just need to realise part of that value somehow.
Lots of options other that a ridiculous 3p placement, IMHO.

I have taken a couple of days to absorb the news, on the face of it it’s shocking, but, is it that bad.
In the great scheme of things how much to DVRG need to raise to clear the debt, and what are the sum totals of the different parts of the business .?
Maybe the announcement was forced upon the board due to market events, but I truly believe there is a strategy and this is based on the disposal of STC either part or whole, it may be that the true value is not realised but DVRG would be cash positive on it’s disposal of STC
I do feel for everyone involved and hope it comes good, but we must remember we invested knowing the risks and there were and are no shortage of folks highlighting them so on this board so if you want to hold anyone responsible look in the mirror first.
Let not get personal and wait and see what transpires.

Forest it was only a couple of years ago that a £50k order required an RNS, this is a major contract with the USA Security Services, I recall something recently regarding the US Navy purchasing a Microtox Unit, whatever the issues with the current share price there is absolutely no doubt that DVRG are working with so massive players.
The other thing I take comfort from is this deal will have required a degree of due diligence to be undertaken.

He is very quite at present, he has historically not been afraid to jump on this board to challenge and inform.
I wonder is he currently bound by rules of confidentially on the STC deal, or is this another CR kicked into the long grass.

I understand but let's get perspective, the world is on the edge of a financial disaster and running out of Gas and Oil.
War in Europe and major issues with the world's relationship with China.
It's not surprising the market is volatile. But just like death and taxes we can't avoid drinking water

I was thinking yesterday when walking my dogs about DVRG and the future and some of the negative views on this board.
Then it hit me, DVRG are now landing million £ + deals, what on earth are the naysays going on about, Million £+ deals, and prestigious events like, the Olympics and the World Cup.
I remember when 50k deals got an RNS great progress the future is bright, wake up and smell the coffee

My feelings are that lots of contributors on this board are not investors but speculators, betting on a fast return.
That’s not what’s going on with DVRG, long term sustainable growth with a high margins, delivered of a number of years.
Anyone expecting any this else are chasing rainbows.

Possibly not but we need to look at the reasons, there.are multi million £ orders coming through and to fulfill them they must have the resources chicken and egg situation.
The company are truly world wide, the reasons these orders are coming through is because the they have the infrastructure to support them.
The compound sales next year combined with fantastic sales team and orders in the pipeline should I think show another massive uplift in sales, so the resources are vital to the development of the business.
I see lots of talk about unicorns and billion £ valuations how on earth do people think this can be achieved with spending lots of cash, so it may be there is even another fund raise, but it is NOT to keep the lights on, the BOD IMHO are looking 12 months and longer ahead, look what has happened the the airlines recently because they did no plan ahead after Covid.
So it may be that there is a loss after EBITDA, but the reasons must be fully appreciated

So it is now clear the this year DVRG will make a profit, do we not all agree that is an amazing achievement, EBIDTA is the number to be used when valuing a business for an exit strategy.

After watching the interview today I reckon we’re going to finish nearer 20 million than 18 and my forecast is £2.5 million EBIDTA

Paul megga impressed mate spot on.
Looks like the market is ok with it, as they should be fantastic result £260 k in 2018 £18 million + in 2022.
I think they will smash £19 million now no way would they issue guidance at this stage in the year without a really good indication of what's going to happen.
Nothing to worry about

Brilliant figures and the share price is falling because of some muppets that were thinking the full year budget would be done in the first half of the year.
Near as dam it triple figures growth in an incredibly tough market and exporting around the world in new and emerging markets, the company said no guidance because they were unsure how things would pan out, looks to me like they got it spot on.
