Good interview, clear as crystal China Resources are going to Manufacture, and the price my well end up as a +++++ today

Thanks to the many posters that have put a positive perspective to the fund raiser perked me up after feeling mildly disappointed.
It has to be good news when you consider that the raise is at 30p per share, the price has been bouncing around the 33 p for a few weeks, looking forward to the GB interview later today.
Great indication that investors are pumping in £10 million at such a low discount to market price.

Disappointed, however due to the very short explanation for the reasons for additional funds and just how close we are to completing the China deal, I wonder if these are all related.
£10 million is a lost of cash to raise and there must be some solid expansion plans behind it, is this money going towards a listing on a foreign exchange ?, do DVRG have to put some cash in for the deal ?. the dates all seem to coincide the share price has not taken too much of a hit so I think it all going to work out.
Downside Muggins can say he told us so.

yes Newuncle my guess is the new facility in Ireland will be the base for assembly of the components manufactured in China, I this this is a way around high tariffs.
I think the revenue forecast will be smashed to bits on the back of a deal like this, I totally get you enthusiasm and share it 100% you have a great weekend and let’s all hope for an RNS Monday

I do hope you did not take my comments as flaming you, they are reasoned and balanced, it is a cold hard fact that DVRG will not get any major contracts without some substantial agreement with a partner that has the ability to manufacture at scale, or license the technology to a 3rd party.
Why do you think DVRG are going into business with China Resources the 80th largest company in the world.
There will be no single solution to testing or monitoring this is a global issue.

JCI, There are many comments re sales not coming through as promised, but that is just tosh, guidance last year £4 million, delivered £4.4, this year guidance on £10 million and a great first quarter, where are there any other figures published, GB has said he is confident of delivering the published revenue estimate, He goes further and says there is 2 major projects underway that may have a material effect of the revenue for the current year, DVRG are in fantastic shape.

I really do hope I am totally wrong, however all we really disagree on it the timing not the end result., contract news regarding China Resources will be with us within the next 26 days that could be the game changer that is needed, I do hope I have not spoilt what is going to be a very present weekend.

If you don't like the news don't shoot the messenger, it a balanced view, DVRG are doing tremendous job, 100% share price growth on last year and I would not be surprised if it is the same this year, people need to lower there expectations to a more reasonable level, it was only a couple of weeks ago there were posts predicting £10 million revenue this year from Skin Trust Club alone, that kind of hype IMHO creates instability with retail investors if it fails to transpire, DCVRG have a great team with great tech and a great plan give them time and they will deliver as they have for the last 2 tears +

IMHO managing growth in any business is not as easy as many would think. in the case of DVRG it is much more complicated,
I believe there is a tremendous amount of planning going on behind the scenes, DVRG are a tiny company with sales last year of £4.4 million, there is absolutely no point in advertising any product or service that cant be delivered, I have said this countless times, due diligence would prevent any major contracts at the moment, DVRG are just not big enough, they need and are acquiring and strategic partner, if and when this agreement is reached then the next stage can commence. I do understand the excitement this share generates but I believe we all need to accept it is not going to happen overnight, and we are all unaware of what is really going on in the background, GB said in his last interview, there would be no review of the current revenue projections for months that is a very clear indication that it is going to take time.

Nothing is guaranteed and never has been, what has been promised is £10 million this year and it on track.

Revenue of £4.4 million last year at £10 million this year forecast, this year is challenging but realistic given the great start to the year, so please tell me what has GB promised that he has not delivered ?

It has been said on many occasions that the issues with the cruise industry is getting multiple territories to agree, this was reiterated a couple of weeks ago when the market potential was reduced circa £200 million so I think you are again not presenting an accurate reflection, do you not agree

I agree that a lot of people on this board have unrealistic expectations, and I have said so on a number of occasions, what we do know is the contact with China Resources will give a great indication of what is ahead, and that date is published.
In any event I am a long term holder with realistic expectations.

DavJi and the other naysayer, price last year in June wae 1.7p or 17p new money, so how exactly is that jam tomorrow. its doubled in price, not bad.
The problem is too many people expect it too much to soon.
This is a great little share with a great deal of potential, however DVRG are a small business, without a strategic partner to manufacture, its going nowhere in a hurry, the kind of volumes that could be required for the water surveillance project would I think, require this partner to be in place as part of any due diligence, prior to signing, that's what could be happening now.
I have seen comments on this board predicting Skin Trust Club could do £10 million this year, people just need to calm down, everything IMHO is doing fine.

There is not long to go before the end of June, when a contract will be signed between DVRG and China Resources.
At the time I believe there will be some meat on the bones in terms or revenue, also and I wonder if it has been missed by a lot of folks, the new facility in Ireland is to be used to assemble the kit for DVRG, will it be used to assemble units that are manufactured in China and shipped as parts, I believe this in common place to keep tariffs down.
If I were you I would have kept my powder dry until the end of the month, you could, just could look a little silly.

Can someone clarify that there is a date some time later this year that must be reached before any further shares can be issued, if so what is that date, I am believe there is and it is September ?
