DVRG are buiilding a recurring revenue business model, the cornerstone of the MWG group is the reagents, these have been produced in the DVRG facility based in York for around 8 months or so.
If your concerns center around the supply of theses then we must agree to disagree, it would be unthinkable the the BOD of DVRG would not have the most profitable part of the water monitoring
division sorted after so long. Time will tell.

I vividly recall Gerard saying that MWG did not have the resources to complete orders and when he joined the BOD of MWG they were in a position where they could only afford to fulfill orders where a deposit or part payment was made upfront.
There is no doubt that MWG were in dire straits when GB and Integumen got involved, I am sure there are many perspectives that can be taken on the pre merger figures, one thing is for sure the MWG arm of DVRG have got off to a cracking start for this year, that is a 100% nailed on absolute fact published for the world to see, let’s concentrate on the future please

Water Wally your looking a litter bitter and a little silly at the moment, for the majority of people on this board DVRG is a long term investment, I have been in sub 1p so am still still on a good profit, I have added more over time not to make a quick buck, but to build a substantial holding for the future, not tomorrow, not next week or month, let’s have a chat in 12 or 24 months time, you have to agree that DVRG have added exceptional value over the last 2 years, now if you were one of the ones that jumped in at anything above 40p then that’s unfortunate, if you were looking for a quick profit, you never know where we may be in 12 months.

Its only a loss when you sell, I am an investor not a trader and will take a view in 12 months, the broker forcast is reassuring, lots of new due in the next few weeks.

GBs remark yesterday, below, was a clear indication that there is a lot of millage in the BT development why would anyone sell at the moment is beyond me.

Yea I get that, however with something as complicated and so many moving parts with different organizations involved it’s not surprising that it is taking longer than expected, to reinforce my point, if there was negative results is must have been disclosed at the earliest opportunity, no news IS good news IMHO good luck

The rules clearly state that should a company have information that would negatively effect the share price of a company they MUST disclose it, they have no choice, no news is good news, this position was further reinforced when GBs wife sold her shares, it just could not happen if there was any indication of negative results, theses are facts not not opinions.

Totally agree, GB has countless times intimated major news that always seems to result in a price fall, perhaps these segments of news are more apparent to him as he is aware of where they fit into the master plan.
MSYS share price will not maintain IMHO hundreds of millions of share sloshing around and large investors at present sitting on impressive profits at the moment, just a few sell offs and it will tumble.
DVRG I don't understand at all the price IMHO should be higher with so much news on the horizon, if the recent sell off is investors moving into MSYS then IMO that's an error, there is no doubt who is the driving force behind this and is DVRG, perhaps there is a much simpler explanation, year end approaching profit taking CGT planning, small investors like us taking a profit, I do not think any of the institutional investors are selling that has to be a positive, it frustrating watching the price bounce around but in many ways it is irrelevant unless your selling

How do you lot sleep at night, there is no conspiracy, if DVRG were to take over MSYS it will not be in the short term, results for DVRG are due in this period on a host of different projects, the share price has doubled in 12 months, we are now in profit, were opening up 2 level 3 laborites, we have offices in China the USA and Japan, the projected turnover for this year was only a multiple of the latest period sales, not including any new development's, why oh why do you have to constantly sow the seeds of doubt in peoples minds, so GBs wife sold some shares to invest in a company he has become a director of, is this really such a big deal ?, do you really think that some master plan is in play to dilute the share price of DVRG why ?, there could be a much bigger picture at play, do MSYS have the technology to assist with the BT project ? do SMYS have the ability to help with the other applications of the BT or RAW systems. or even help in identifying medical issues on the breath.
Remember we have tests running evaluating our products in hospitals, offices and factories throughout the UK Ireland and Europe.
Finally Microsaic Systems turned over 872k on the last set of accounts, as I understand it they were on the verge of closing the doors GB has put together a deal raising £5 million, ask yourselves why would they need that amount of money, do they need to ramp up production of something quickly.

We get great updates from GB and regular news from the RNS, if there are a few small errors what's the big deal, GB has been the chief cook and bottle washer for a couple of years now and is spinning many many plates, just read todays RNS and try and understand who much this guy has going one at present.
Were a small company 2 years ago we were a tiny company in a couple of years we could be a massive company, recruitment is talking place as we speak a company lawyer has just been hired I am sure in the fullness of time these things will be addressed but are they really a priority now ? to me they are an irrelevance, let the science do the taking we could be on the verge of some magnificent developments
