The warrants as I understand it are for employees, theses are locked in for 3 years, this drives stability and rewards performance, keeping them for 3 years has a massive tax benefit, this is common amongst companies that value their employees. No worries on this score.

DVRG don’t need to dominate the market, it only needs a small percentage, that would be a massive number, the world has changed forever, and is now looking for long term solutions for problems that were disregarded this time last year.

I certainly knew It was spectacular before the interview, just a word of caution not to read too much into what was said today, he said the guided revenue was about 4 Million, nothing he said made me think that was going to substantially charge, steady progress is what is required, the new service of testing individuals skin sounds a real winner, just not sure how this will be distributed, are we going to sell direct to consumers, or is a further collaboration going to be announced.

Dividends will not resume until Brexit is resolved mid term, far too much uncertainty over the UK.
The price will fall dramatically today, and continue next week without a deal.

If you invested more than you should have then that is down to you period.
This explains your negativity, if I were you I would be promoting this share not knocking it , remember it's only a loss when you sell. Good luck to you, I hope it works out, you must be feeling dreadful and I do sympathize, but please stop blaming others for your decisions.

Stoater, disagree totally, I would be astonished if the Share Scheme allows for disposal within 2 or 3 years, these type of schemes are to ensure that talented individuals stay in an organisation for the long term, lots of negative stuff on theis board and I do not understand it, I have been in for a couple of years now and I am well ahead, there may be some people that have jumped on the Covid situation to make a quick buck, and good luck to them, you win some you lose some.
If I had any advice for Gerard I would say that he needs to communicate at a lower level, it takes me time to absorb what he is saying, and I am still unsure, we need simple one liners, he spends his time with, and I mean this in the nicest possible way, with Geeks and Scientists brilliant people that know their subject to a level much greater than the vast majority of the public, so I guess it difficult for him to dumb it down for the likes of me, but it would help immensely if he could. IMHO, as always happy to be corrected on anything I have written.

Gerard just can’t respond to this question, you must know that.

This was never a Covid share, an avenue is currently been exploited, DVRG were testing water well before Covid, which has serious potential without the Virus, we have been told to expect an RNS shortly giving results of the current testing and movement into phase 3.
The vaccine is not going to be the panacea and it will take years to be in a position to fully control, testing is going to be around for years, and more importantly Governments throughout the world will now need a solid action plan for future outbreaks, IMOH a new industry will emerge for this and we, could be part of it.
So lets all keep calm and wait to see what the next stage is going to be, it seems very unfair to criticise GB so close to an announcement, I have seen posts intimating that the tests have failed, if this were the case there would have to have been an announcement, the board could not just sit on the hands and hope for the best, Any way all my MWG share has disappeared from my ISA and Share dealing account, its with LLoyds, and news when they should reappear ??
