The number of shares has nothing to do with it, the MCap of Integumen is £20m.
The share price hovers around 2p and will continue to do so until some firm news breaks on orders, please explain, and I am asking because I want to be educated what the number of shares has to do with anything, the Mcap is £20m, if Gerard did a share swap say 100 for 1 there would be 100 million ish shares but the Mcap of integumen would remain the same, or am I missing something ? thanks in advance

With just a small amount of research you would know that I have been buying the equivalent of £10,000.00 worth of skin shares every month for the past 9 months as my salary.

This was in response to a Twitter follower asking when he was going to Put his own money in.
Not sure if he is still doing it.

Can you clarify what your saying to me mate, I am unsure, the point I am making, and I am sure but would not put my house on it is that GB takes his salary is shares, it may be I am wrong but fairly sure he does. I have looked but can’t find a document, it may be I picked it up from the investor presentation last year, thanks, I am sure if GB reads this he will clear it up, if I am wrong I am happy to be corrected

Rubbish, a vendor was paid in shares at the market value at the vendors request, off the top of my head it was around 20k
GB takes his salary in shares, I believe. When we have had to raise cash previously it was for the re structuring, and purchase of rinocloud, It was then a requirement of some blue chip clients due diligence to show a cash flow projection, this required a further raise.
If we need to raise more cash then GB will do what he feels appropriate, he is better informed than any of us on how best to do this.
£21 million Mcap is a minuscule amount compared to the locked in potential so if he needs more cash I for one would be more than happy to put in.
You are in danger of looking very bitter and twisted my friend with what seems to be a personal attack. Things change and business need to reassess positions constantly none more so than at the current time, we have a clear plan, we are on track for over 4 million turnover, and the RAW test potential on top. May I also remind you GB has put in place a £400k drawdown loan to cover any cash flow shortfall, we are weeks away from a prototype, no doubt GB has plans in place for cash injection if he needs it

The technology belongs to Integumen, that’s the RAW test, without the Rinocloud AI, MWG can’t identify the target, it can detect many targets but not identify, GB made referenced to something like facial recognition, when the system had detected a target Rinocloud tells it what it has found.
MWG have an established sales and marketing department giving the integumen owned RAW test access to that, , they also have thousands of units that can be upgraded to include the RAW test.
RAW test was developed well before we were involved in MWG, And well before the Covid outbreak it belongs to Integumen and without Rinocloud it’s worthless

You know I look across the entire business spectrum at the moment and see companies that you would assume are bullet proof on the edge of extinction, I look at companies like Fever Tree, Boohoo, Asos, these are billion £ business that make fizzy drinks and manufacture clothing what real long term value do they have, then think about the likes of Carillion that buckled under 1.5bn in debt that managed to persuade the auditors to put over a billion £ on the balance sheet as goodwill, so no it's not a stupid question and the truth is anything is possible, and the so called market experts have not a clue what will happen with this share, perhaps some of us, including me, are a little too close to it and see everything through rose coloured spectacles, but for sure if this works, every hospital nursing home hotel government building office block will have a requirement, pubs, cruise ships public toilets, trains aeroplanes, the list goes on, and finally lets remember Covid is a sideshow to why many of us originally invested, so yes mate £1 is possible,

Sloppy, Its good but not the real thing, this I think is a portable Lab, it will test but needs manual processing, the technicians will visit a site and set up a mini lab, they may as well take a fully kitted out trailer Integumen's system is passive it tells you when you have a problem, you don't need to have feet on the ground, comparing apples and pears, I think happy to be corrected.

Can anyone tell me could this be the reason for the lack of a significant rise yesterday, could it be that a broker was mopping up the shares during the dips to fill an order, 6 million shares Purchased in the last 5 mins of trade ?

I am in investor in MWG and Integumen. really good news that we are joining forces , surprised your share price has not risen a bit, however very low volumes.
I might try a little investment in Avacta later in the week.

Filter29, Me too, however the volumes are very small, I think that the vast majority of investors are just sitting on their hands, why would anyone sell at this stage, unless you were perhaps trying to manipulate the market, I am very surprised this is not over 3p now, that would only give a MCap of £30 million.
Very confident this is all good.

Lets all remember that the results on the research on Hand Sanitizer and Mouthwash is due shortly, news will be coming thick and fast over the next few weeks, how exciting to be a very small part of this, enjoy the ride !!

This is very good news, the MCap of Avacta is just under £300 million, we are moving into a different league, what's really good about this in my mind is each party are paying their own costs, this is a classic example of collaboration, keeping costs down.

Turnover is Vanity profit is sanity, and before its pointed out to me, I am aware the last phrase of the quote is cash is reality, if they need cash, and I don't think they do dilution at this stage is not necessary we are weeks of proving the concept, and I would imaging its a near certainty that this works.
