“Demand for our sustainable construction offerings remain strong”
More effective must surely rank highly in any building project in today’s environment.
Here I am. I think that’s what’s known as a gotcha moment! lol
Getting traction “post Covid” as it happens. It was pretty much a failing company before. Everything’s changed since CD and R cornerstoned the recapitalisation - and the arrangements to turn it around are starting to bear fruit with profitability increasingly in sight. Still a relatively early stage recovery company, coming a long way faster than expected.

Likely to provoke some analyst/commentator positive reporting.

What have I missed?
Hahaha. Wheres Mick this morning??
What retreat, your sir are a full on cactus
Lol, snapped back already. The updates coming over the next week will be good.
The retreat continues lol! No surprise there then.
You should know by now construction will experience a massive boom over the next 4 years followed by a massive crash along with the rest of the economy. The micro issues you refer to should be completely ignored.
The only thing that will stop the boom is WW3.
I can see that costs are being absorbed by the customer. Big construction companies have much larger margin than suppliers, so can absorb the costs more easily. We're simply having to pay more for material. So long as the demand for construction remains high, so will the demand for supplies. Unfortunately with the situation in Ukraine, housing/construction demand is starting to soar in Europe. Ukraine will also need significant investment once Russia has been nipped in the bud. The bottom has been reached, as indicated by every leading analysts forecast in this sector.
Yes but how much profit are they making? It’s obvious it’s not a lot. Anyone can buy business.
Hardly any profit equals do not invest.
Should be good - I work for a large house builder and they’ve met all of our dates and are fulfilling large orders

Patience. CD&R to buy.
The only way this share price goes up is if there is someone daft enough to buy the company.
Just stocks and shares ISA allocation for the year..........I think if anything was brewing the buys would be a lot bigger, but you never know .........lets hope something is brewing
Is something brewing? ??
