What news? It’s de listing you either go with that or sell up. It makes me laugh if the resolutions aren’t passed then the company goes bust. Simple’s
Have a feeling a lot of people will hold on over the next few days in suspense for more news to come, As others have commented already not ideal news after such a long wait but nothing should have come at a surprise. Gut feeling this will go up rather than down until something is certain. Directors will want the short term holders to sell so they can buy up.
This will definitely shake some of the buyers but also watch out for director buys IMO
What was a gamble yesterday is a gamble today! I believe there is a lot more to come here with the extra time given. If we see a big sell off this morning watch out for the large buyer/buyers!
Commitments have been given for 43% of the issued share capital to vote in favour of the resolutions. They still need another 32% and I note the last institution to purchase was not on the commitments list.
This could become interesting.
Extreme gamble for the future or the shareholders vote No.
The other thing to pay attention to is the waiver clause......haven't read it yet but I believe some huge shareholders are voting against it
If this is about to delist why would anyone buy it?
Hate to say this, but the more I read the rns , the more I got the feeling this delisting was done more by design than necessity
I don't see why the delisting is necessary or unless someone or company has a desire to grap a company on the cheap......but that's aim for you
I be surprised if mms will want a piece of this , that's been indicated.
As for the CEO, I believe there a conflict of interest which could of been the reason for delay in RNS.
As for potential relistment, well that's along way away, and some. The problem you have is if they relist or there is a take over in 10 years but most of the directors live outside u.k then you loose your protective status if you are still holding.
If you believe that you are going to be shafted then one should vote No and pull the ship down......no money but satisfaction that tose who tried to shift you got shafted too
Well I can some volatility tomorrow for sure. Down to the lows as the MMS grab as much as they can.
A bit more volatility over the next few days will be good. I for one will be buying the dips. There is a lot more to come with this share before the GM.
Wait 10 years to find out if you was fortunate or unfortunate for those sitting on a heavy loss like me. maybe they can go big ..anything is possible with the nhs. Think about it..imagine labour government in power and they get more dodgy dealings
How long is a piece of string, it’s a difficult one to say. The aim could be to get off AIM and get in NASDAQ straight away. May not even delist in the first place. May get sold beforehand, could be a merger. So many options. The larger shareholder like gatemore wouldn’t be chasing after dead wood, they need to see some value in pumping and we £26m surely? The lead up to the meeting will be interesting. I personally think we will see some TR1 in the coming days and next week as people sell off and directors buy up. As always just IMO
Realistically how long would it take to relist?
Just to add. Even if this delist £5m in the bank with another £20m funding secured. Non core business up for sale to generate further cash. Overheads potentially cut by 75%. Now has the right CEO to drive this forward and thrive with shareholder backing we know this isn’t going bust anytime soon. Only way forward would be to re-list at some point in the future and that’s where the money will be. Maybe I’m being very optimistic. To consistently reiterate the 10p share value, clearly the company believes that’s that minimum value of each share. Over £100m already invested plus further £26m secured.
Exactly, why not just crack on with it? It just doesn’t feel right, my gut feeling is the CEO doesn’t want it to delist which is probably why it’s taken so long to get this RNS out. I’m sure Gatemore invested more just a couple weeks ago while it was cheap no? To then vote for the delist. The next couple days will be interesting
Any idea why the date has been pushed back from 20-5 to 6/6? Why not just crack on?
I’d suggest you cash out wildfred if it’s too risky for you. I’ve also ready the RNS and the wording that's been used has been “very cautious”. There is nothing new in this RNS that we didn’t know about from the previous update. I don’t believe the CEO has kept up all waiting for 3 weeks to tell us the same thing ( could obviously be wrong), there must be more to come. The RNS has told us again it wants to De list and they will vote on the 6th June. Last update told us the same thing but was meant to be 20th May so it’s just been delayed. We knew the share value was going to be 0.008 with deferred value of 0.92 so nothing changed there. We’ve now got confirmation that there is £5m cash in the bank as of last week. We’ve now got firm confirmation some parts of the business will be getting sold/closed and headcount is being reduced. Not saying this is good news but definitely has positive news within it.
@wilfred imagine this ( severe gamble) they delist company, shareholders get 0.8 pence a share ( bargain basement if they sell) .
Few years later it relists on stock market( we protected for ten years depending on rules being used) at 50 pence / more.
Extreme gamble, I do mean Extreme you could lose it all .......I would say more than 60 percent to lose........be comfortable with your loss
Please explain as have read RNS and all I can see is it delisting? Also how do you envisage we will make a profit?
I agree with Faceface. I think we will see another RNS over the next couple of days so I’m going to hold on. It’s going to open low for sure but will recover. I’m not a promoter of this share so don’t want anyone thinking I’m ramping this up. There is also £5m cash in the bank as of last week
Holding on to mine. Profit still to be made here. Lots going on in the background.
Diamond balls are not forged by caving in.
Don’t know whether to sell tomorrow or sit it out?
Nothing has changed. Interesting note about the US though. AGatemore always wanted a NASDAQ listing. Don't think it will delist. Too much going on in the background and they only have 50% confirmed at the moment and need 75%. Mid June deadline. Always a big spike spike before the delist if its the case
