SO a few have said 2p, 3p but i seen nothing happening. Virtually no trading at all.
1.2mil
300000 shares
730k here !
I hold 230k shares . No voting form on IG yet .
Whatever MM's are on the book outside market hours. Lots of shares are like that especially as volume has dropped extremely here lately. Any sustained buys though this will get back to 2p rather easily.
I will consolidate later and just see what levels we hold as a group
I voted yesterday through Interactive investor and hold at the moment 295000 shares. Very tempted to add more
Does anyone know what it means when the pre-market spread on here is showing the way it is? Right now the ask is 3p, bid is 1p. Once the market opens it goes back to normal. Where are the numbers coming from?
Would be good to know the overall percentage of shares people on this LSE board hold. I hold 2.1m shares
nothing on III as yet.
You can just message on HL, see my message below.

ii has allowed you to vote.
which platform has issued the Vote? I'm also with HL and not seen anything come through
Nothing on Lloyds.
Voting No.
No way they should be allowed to steal the company from shareholders for such a nominal amount.
Need another bidder.
I’ve not had a vote come through on HL either
Holding 160 k shares , holding via Barclays do I request to vote on my behalf? NO For me...anyone could advise as to vote a link will be appreciated... £60k loss overall holding dud shares has nearly wiped me out..last of Aim stocks £1.80 to 1p is criminal....
The SP at this stage is practically worthless, It is now valued as a shell company or a company going to delist (with the likelihood of never returning) which based on the actual assets and technology the company holds is a crime in itself. It ahs simply been mismanaged.
The SP CANNOT really go any lower unless people really want their peanuts, fully expect some sort of pump either on any news that there is possibly an option 3 or just before de-listing (which strangely happens alot) see MCLS, NAPS most recently. My advice hold and vote no, but I do think the resolutions get voted through.
I think it sees 3p again before de-listing but that is still an insult from 180p 15 months ago.
How do we think the SP is going to react over the next couple of weeks? Totally agree to vote NO!
But it shouldn't be able to have a second chance with big boys only ones profiteering. The company delisting just puts all the failure at the expense of shareholders and gives them a 'free hit' to try again.
The company went too big too fast. Needs to go back to basics. Maybe it will de list, get everything sorted in a couple years and grow enough to list on main market? I just feel in my gut that if the company is run smoothly it will become even more successful than ever before.

If only we had crystal amber fund onside, similar to what they achieved with Hurricane Energy. The sad thing is Gatemore were supposedly doing this with their letter to the board this time last year. Seems they have been pulled in by hedge funds and into the mire with Peel Hunt etc.
>people responsible should be held accountable by the FCA
I'm actually so surprised there has not been any pushback or whistle-blowers coming out of this whole situation. Is the NHS really happy with that outcome? Whose pockets got filled real deep to make it that way?
