NHS Trusts have 16.2% shareholding…. and are opposing delisting and to de-listing and ready to terminate NHS trust agreements.
‘Earlier this month, Sensyne Health announced that it will delist from the AIM stock exchange, after warning investors that a cash flow shortfall threatened its ability to operate. The NHS Trusts are among the company’s shareholders, and health data campaign group medConfidential has advised that they take the opportunity to cut their ties.’

who knows where this is going? its either delist and have your money in a private company or CEO get some funding from sales or other investors at 10p+ and stays, not likely but still possible.
If it bounces could easily see double figures
Face yes i was being ironic, as any time a bounce or multi bag is suggested the SP gets even smaller.
It wouldn’t be a bounce then!!
How big a bounce do you think?
When you mean bounce do you mean an even bigger drop?
Believe Vote deadline has now passed today at 1100 hours, interesting to see how the big holders will play this as they are very much at significant losses here..surely will be a no vote the new CEO will find a way with the backing he has !
Maybe today is the day!
This surely will bounce at some stage..
>Obviously some people think there is a chance
You misspelled 'degenerate gamblers' hahaha. I'm still positive. There was an interesting development on Amur (AMC) recently, where shareholders rejected an offer for the company, despite low vote turnout. Stuff can happen. Good luck all.
Obviously some people think there is a chance it won’t or think there will be a large spike before it de lists.
Franalex experience is what i would expect from delisting, that is shares are worthless. Surprised at some saying they continue buying. Paing less than 1p for something worthless seems weird. Surely delisting is now inevitable ?
Delisting is not good news. I have some in my pension plan that were delisted almost 10 years ago. Since then there is no vehicle to sell and they have paid no dividends. They pretty well have zero value and will remain that way unless the business is sold and a price is put on them.
Oh we reached it! Where are the multibaggers who were thinking big on this one?
At this rate we are going to hit 0.8 before the delisting!
Bouncing back now, good time to buy more.
I hope this goes back up as quick as it has gone down.
I am not selling any single shares I am holding now as we are in the technically bottom now;
Can expert explain,
Option 1 : what will happen if they delisted to shares we hold?
Option 2: If not delisted?
Thanks.

HL letting me sell 1.5m shares
Can't sell anything. Bought all the way down. Looks like I'm going to hold part of a private company
Lowest can 85p anyway...
Then bounce back.
Some nice size buys going through!!
And not exactly £50 chunks either. Seems like a lot of money to just throw into the 'guaranteed' financial abyss.
