The first person to quite recently imagine a 0.2/0.3 placing was expressing a thought as a rhetorical question. It wasn't put as an authoritive prediction.
Didnt AIMdogs say, he "has it on good authority".
I quote verbatim: "AimDogs: 15:54, Sun, 12 May 2024: ...I HAVE IT ON GOOD AUTHORITY THAT THE NEXT PLACING SHARES===WILL BE===SOLD @0.2p-0.3p."
LoL AimDogs: You made the same mistake I did. It is NOT 0.2p-0.3p. Why ? It is currently 0.045p & 0.05p spread on Fri, 10.5.24. There you are. Ah, so.
News,
He was referring to a comment by someone -presumed to have taken part in some placings - but it was originally made in a rhetorical context: imaging a positive situation if some good gold news gave the share price some upside - so a placing could be made at a higher price than now - that is what I read in to it but it was definitely a rhetorical question and not meant as an authoritive prediction of what was going to happen.
Anyway if you are going to have a holiday and / or rest over the summer I wish you a good one and thanks for your posts...
Battery pretty much out..
Cheers

Doggie, that is your timeline. Not anyone else's
If RRR places shares at 0.2p is anyone bovvered? or 0.3p?
"If"
Lots of 'if buts or maybe' with you helpful, which are always on the positive side. How do you feel about investors who have followed yr positives of the last 2 years and are now down 90%+?
Dealt with that yesterday.
And until something is done, it is always an if. Gold is $2,349 at the moment; if it goes higher then........ and if it goes lower then..... Only the trolls can be so certain, because they just ignore reality and make stuff up.
IMHO DRC will be put to bed shortly but that doesn't make it a fact. Just as the trolls prattling on about nonsense doesn't make the nonsense fact just because of the prattling.
An example of nonsense; trying to make a negative out of Bilbale starting production because RRR won't get 100% of the revenue. No one works for free and all Governments take royalties and taxes; just the way it is.
Assuming (a big word for if) Bilbale goes okay then RRR's share looks like it will be between $500k and $1m pm. Why the range? Because of the variables. "Oh My God" said Troll 1, "variables, variables, it is the end of the world"
How anyone can can make out that bringing an asset into production is a bad thing is beyond me but the trolls do.

Helpful your assessment is massively coming down so variously
- 5000 ounces to RRR soon
- two weeks ago $3.5m to RRR
- now RRR share is $500k -$m.
And you have the audacity to tell us we make things up. Are you on a random number counter !!
It's not your job but the Companies to provide what our equity interest is in Greenstones. Without it no one can make a decision.
If its 50% that's good but the non release of information by RRR allways creates a sinking feeling.
Chances of material production in June - 100 ounces plus = zero.
So what % of the gold project has RRR retained?
Pass.
Ask our resident ACA from KPMG.
He will tell you that things like travel, professional fees, drilling costs and so on are deductible before coming to a Corporation Tax charge. As are management charges. Once revenue starts, RRR/Faso needs to decide spending priorities; look at Willem's report. When do we start auger drilling, when do we start diamond drilling, do we go for a measured JORC on the alluvial, do we do an inferred JORC in the hard rock? When do we start the permitting process for a production permit? The JV is only on the alluvial, as far as we know and not on the hard rock.
This why anyone who puts an accountant in charge of a business is asking for trouble. An entrepreneur says, let's do it and gets on with it.
Still a lot to be done but revenue is better than no revenue.
As I said before and repeatedly, this stage is just baby steps. The next stage, fully mechanised production is big money. RRR/Faso should want to get to the second stage asap. IMHO with a bit of luck we can get the production permit somewhere around November.

🤞🤪
AIM he's twisted the question.
We know FASO government own 10 or 15% of Greenstones that's the law.
Of the remaining 85 -90% what does Riverstones Sam's company own ?
It's not for Helpful to tell us but for the Company should to RNS it as without that key information any investment analysis of FASO numbers is impossible.
If they've given Riverstone 35% or less that's not bad but I fear more !!
Not normally wrong on RRR.
I smelt a rat on Lithium with the lead word - the first truck has left Harare. Clever use of words and readers assume exports but with RRR check double check and then look under the bonnet is in my opinion best.
BB - You are correct... read every single word and you will surely always find the ambiguity on there somewhere.
Then someone witty will explain why they can't tell you anything with certainty.
I'm still struggling to digest RRR stating DRC payment being 'days away' (imminent) and those on here justifying it saying days can be any number from 2 up-to infinity.
If this is not misleading the I don't know what is.
The only thing that is ever seemingly nailed on with certainty is the amount of dilution and at what price...come to think of it another dilution train should be arriving at the station soon shouldn't it. The c.£220k must be drying up with all the needed activity and ongoing costs whilst incurring delays in equipment arrival.
Earlier presentation which gives the fees, charges and tax rates on page 6.

Didn't ask for tax rates know them.
Killer questions are :
( 1) terms of gentlemens agreement under which Riverstones are funding FASO
(2) How much of FASO greenstones (RRR subsiduary) do Riverstone Sam's company own.
Helpful works blind anyway with radom numbers but to those off us with financial acumen and understanding this information is key to appraising Billbale.
Banbury IMO Helpful provides details as if they were 'facts' then backtracks and says it was "financial model' or 'projection' or most recently "IF"
DRC cash- clearly RRR has no clue as to the timing because the requirements keep changing- politics, elections, Prime Minister etc etc Clearly there is no defined timeframe just HOPE
I guess there's allways Barry Spec but I suspect Helpful made that up to.
Lithium and 200 tonnes is the real red flag on how this company operates. I suspect the plan is it will be forgotten !
They did similer on Greenland sale and then got there just deserts as it reappears as a cost ten years later !! Presumably we were done for remediation costs ? We should be safe on Tin Hill as we did not have any activity.
