Thanks Spec, food for thought re a possible time delay between order and payment being made.
Not sure it changes the model but you’re right the cashflow could be 3-4 weeks in arrears if your senario is correct
Fingers crossed everyone - this has to work - for RRR to work
Zumore/Helpful- re Tin Hill
My observations which come from actually been part of a team placing projects into production
1)Amateurish managment-Zu made this comment responding to Helpful;s comments (which I would label as naive) but it implies Helpful is actually part of the management team and he is never said that only part of an investment group.
2) sales in 1 week, seller shows up samples and then hauled away in a week-Again simplistic- Lets break that down. When typically sales occur - 3 samples are taken, 1-buyer, 1-reserve for umpire,/ product is delivered and partial payment (80-90%) is made, final payment is made after assay results are received-Note this process is used when there very good estimate or based on prior experience on the grade of the material, Assays take 3-4 weeks
3) assay timing-Helpful says within 2 days- I have no lithium experience, but have in hard metals (gold, silver etc) they take weeks. Keep in mind the samples also have to be delivered to the lab in controlled manner to minimize possible tampering.
There is also the distance between the lab and mine location. How far away are they? How is communication made?
4) Trucks-IF trucks are readily available I doubt they are immediately available, meaning the truck and driver have to be scheduled and this wont happen UNTIL AFTER the assay results are known and a sales price is agreed upon.
All of the above and more are logistically issues which are usually easy to address and manage but IMO not within a week
Overall it is a fast process but IMO not within a week
What do they say "if something looks to good to be true, then it probably is"
LSE admin. In my last two posts all my capital letters were removed.
hilarious lse censored the name q u i n t o n. so his website link didn't show:

also the promo vid on his youtube didn't show:

helpful, you misunderstood my post from the other day. from what you were saying on tin hill i was basically saying it looked a very amateurish project that looked bound to fail. i don't believe you will be able to succeed at tin hill by doing things on the cheap.
some of what you have said on tin hill
"from alr's sampling and what the local police say about the stockpiles it looks like the grade is very good '
"my current understanding is that the buyer turns up, samples what you have for sale and then comes back a few days later with the price to pick it up. so if first sales are monday, then alr should get paid by friday."
"the plan has been and will be to get to production as quickly as possible and cheaply as possible so neither rrr or we have to fund it on an ongoing basis. for each there are two ways forward, lots of analysis, lots of drilling and spending a lot of money over several years or just find something that can be exploited and get on with it. that is what is being applied at tin hill."
...
then you told me marula mining had a similar business model. however looking at marula's blesberg lithium project they were not trying to do things on the cheap like tin hill.
(1) marula have secured a $5 million agreement ($2.5 million already paid) to supply 2000 tonnes of 5% grade lithium.
(2) marula also had a $5 million investment from q global commodity group. it's owner *****on van der burgh becomes marula chairman. his website gives marula a mention: https://*****onvanderburgh.com/about/ . also on his youtube channel he's got slick promo videos on q global's various investments: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=uqwnhcbinea
(3) also through the q global partnership they have acquired new equipment for the blesburg lithium project: https://www.aquis.eu/stock-exchange/announcements/4047815
........
so helpful on your alr investment i think it will turn out to be that you was a very naive investor who totally underestimated the costs. so because success on the alr projects are trying to be done on the cheap i will give it a mere 1% chance of succeeding. 🙁
“One day I know nothing and the next I am the font of all wisdom.”
Yep, that’s about right, a know it all who knows nothing.
TDT
But Helpful - IPCM we're going to buy RRRs asset for about $10m it never happened and all went quiet. The Greenland sale proceeds got lost in a Cypriot bank.
DRC may be different BUT our leader said it was imminent 14 months ago !! He's got form and leopard and spots spring to mind.
I agree this is the here and now and this may ne different the concern is the integrity and honesty of Mr Bell which has been somewhat questionable.
It was only two weeks ago he posted on here about not issuing shares ! Nuanced wording by him but a hint of sarcasm and distain for other investor interests.
Let's see at the end of July what news appears on DRC and Lithium
Very close to arbitration claim now.
Approval will double sp here!!
News for ivory coast licences about to land anytime!!
Elephant oil…..not far!!
Sell from zimbabwe stock pile? Coming within days!!!!
All these news will add great value here!!
Expecting many to get in before close today as we are very close to news and AB already mentioned about arbitration in all the interviews!!!!!!
Dyor……..not long wait now!
Cashed up and ready for the re-rate to align with lithium production and the potential payout. This is no longer a £5M MCap company. Simples
I was responding to direct questions from Hawaii5O but you carry on about how you know better because "I remember 10 years ago....." It is not about 10 years ago, it is about now.
DYOR
Helpful, you’ve been posting for years now with your pointless links and supposed inside knowledge. Share price has been decimated in this time but you still flog this horse with your superiority complex, you and Bell are nothing but frauds.
You lot are schizophrenic. One day I know nothing and the next I am the font of all wisdom.
I do find it funny that Zumore was a few days ago implying that there was something dodgy about RRR/ALR and wanted to know who else operated in the same way (that being a quarrying operation) so I gave him Prospect and Marula. So in two days he went from RRR/ALR was a disreputable business model to Marula's was much better and ALR had messed up. Funny.
RRR has to pay its bills: only three sources of readies. Issue shares, sell something/JV or have a revenue generating asset. The left field one not normally included is compensation for having assets stolen from us: three licences were stolen.
The market for gold assets has been weak, picked up a bit lately but still weak. As I have said multiple times; I think Kenya and Victoria need to go. Kenya has been complicated by the licence renewal and Victoria complicated by the joint ownership. POW has been more interested in floating other assets. POW may have been hoping to pick up RRR's share cheaply in due course.
RRR lost one potential JV in Kenya because of lock down. Victoria has been delayed by the same. Victoria has been expensive; good staff but expensive plus Berringa cost money and the drilling had to be done to renew Berringa.
My view is that a deal will be done on Victoria soon, same with Kenya. They are expensive and will take too long to bring into production and are therefore non-core.
ALR was late getting its licence because of some illegal miners but that is now resolved. Except for that jiggery-pokery, ALR would have been in production in March.
ALR has multiple licences in ZIM, all pregnant with lithium. ALR/RRR should pretty soon, 3/4 months, have several lithium operations in Zim producing decent income for RRR and the other shareholders.
Given the choice between putting more money into RRR or into ALR, I took the decision that ALR was the better bet. Same with Burkina Faso. You have to bear in mind that DRC/VUP has been on the verge of being signed since last July.
So RRR's cash issues have been caused by some expensive gigs and late receipt of revenues/compensation.
Anyway, nearly there....
IMHO RRR will shortly be in receipt of highly significant distributions from ALR that will take these cashflow issues away. Note that ALR has at least four licences in Zimbabwe, as per AB's interviews. Overall, whatever anyone thought we would get out of Tin Hill, the whole of it will now be a significant multiple.
Note that Tin Hill has lithium, tin, tantalite and berylium. One of the next steps is to sample for the others once Tin Hill is in production.
DYOR
H5O you have made multiple posts that there prior restrictions on RRR issuing shares? I see no details other than the typical legal restrictions, which means passing a shareholder resolution which is a routine measure for any non revenue producing company. IMO no one was interested in buying shares so that the alternated was debt convertible into shares at a big discount.
Thats all in the past
Good analogy 5O..trying to keep up with it all is a nightmare.
Helpful some moons ago the major shareholders made great strides to stop AB issuing shares without permission, for a very long time the share count remained stable, all of a sudden this group allowed the brakes to come off, as a result Bell has issued 1 billion shares in 6 months. What changed the groups mind , the group also allowed Bell to go to death spiral funders (Bergan & Riverfort) in the knowledge this would destroy shareholder value, this is very odd behaviour from the largest investors in the company.
Also whilst in discussion what is your view on New Ballarat Gold, has this project been relegated in importance, I notice that Power Metals have gone quiet on it also, the licences are slap bang in 'big hitter' miners territory as well being nearby to AIM minnow ECR - it was supposed to have been listed by now but nothing, could it be sold ? How much could it fetch ?
There is so much going on at RRR currently it is hard to keep pace but AB needs to be restrained from issuing shares like confetti if investors are to be seriously rewarded don't you think, a few posts back I suggested if all goes to plan 1p a share could be attainable, I stand by that, only time will tell.
I would say medium to long term, the Congo cash is top of my watch list as we speak.
Two days for assay results. Harare is a big mining hub.
IMO
Now IMO has done this cash raise, which I predicted, and the convertible debt is gone I think the possibility for any more dilution in the short term (within 2-3 months) is remote. So now what?
I see 2 events which could dramatically increase RRR shares
1)-lithium
2) Congo cash
There are other positive potentials as (Austalia, Elephant IPO, Migori JVetc) but I dont see them as moving share price 100% plus
Negatives
3) events might not happen
4) outside developments-such as war, global economic issues
The longer events 1 & 2 take then more restless shareholders become which leads to selling pressure.
very positive outlook for the share price both short and long term
Banbury- I saw pictures of lithium (not tin). My first impression was that this stockpile would be immediately sold (ie within a week) but in the interviews with AB he stated they took samples for assays so that they would what they would be selling (smart move). This changes any timing estimate since RRR has to wait for assay results (4-8 weeks? no clue really but no assays are fast)
Yes sure it will has AB ever got it wrong in the past ? ;-) lol
IF DRC cheque arrives we are simply massively under valued but will it?
Thanks Speculative - we differ on our views about RRR. But you bring more balance to the debate.
Zumore has researched this and I still find it sureal that the pictures of the six security guards and the small pile of tin as well as thanking the illegal miners for building the access road translates into the sort of cash flow touted here by AB. The clock is now ticking.
First cash flow will.be interesting
I
Brakes even !!
You need your breaks checking!! MR 18K posts really!!
Brakes off tomorrow...
