“Nobody tells me (or anyone else) when they can post on a public forum, or how many times a day, get a life FFS.”
Obviously got his “bonus” for making the most sock-puppet posts.
Because the agent is weak.
Thanks for the much more detailed explanation. Such a shame this solution has not been used by PEMEX who have had a historical glut of heavy viscose residues, to the extent the basically had to massively reduce refining, instead sending their crude to the US and buying back the diesel.
Even if they had used MSAR in one of their smaller refineries it could have been a game changer for us as a company. Makes you wonder why the agent (Redliner?) couldn't convince them to implement our perfect solution to their problem. Probably not greasing the right palms....

Apparently he's got a bonus for it recently too!! ..Good job he's got it to spend on the OO!
WongaFA — yes, correct. You can get a bit more information on this subject in the QRF Report (https://quorumzine.gitlab.io/quorum/content/2024/02/28/quadrise-research-facility-retail-visit-biomsar.html)
In short, the target refinery is looking to use the bottom end of their refining output to fuel the refinery itself. MSAR is an enabling technology to use that directly as a fuel instead of needing to dilute it with expensive diluents/cutterstocks.
As you rightly point out, refineries produce a 'heavy end' that comes out of the bottom of various distillation and cracking units; these are molecules with higher density and viscosity (as a result of long chains and strong intermolecular forces).
For the target refinery, they currently produce a bottom end residue that is not heavy by MSAR standards, so Quadrise were working on formulating a super-cheap version of MSAR to facilitate that (i.e. no need to use a sledgehammer to crack a nut). Think MSAR Lite.
However, in the medium term, the refinery are looking to install an upgrade that would result in much heavier residues. That would be the perfect target for standard industrial MSAR, which would be a seamless transition.
As refineries install upgrades, they are able to convert a higher proportion of the input crude oil into high-value distillate products like petrol, diesel, MDO, MGO, etc. However, the (smaller) remaining fraction is much more viscous than before, because these fractions are incredibly difficult to break up and hence are left behind. The are inherently low value because of the difficulty handling and processing them.
Enter MSAR, which can take those heavy residues and use them directly, unlike any other technology.
TL;DR: the refinery is considering using their own heavy ends to power the thermal requirements of the refinery. MSAR lite today, and Power MSAR later when additional upgrades are installed.
"There's that green box again. Stockcheque must be posting."
They refer to them as 'green coffins' on another thread I look at 😆
"What, specifically, is refinery refuelling as it relates to MSAR?"
My understanding is, once the refinery has produced all the expensive products from crude, it is left with the heavy residues. In order to utilise these they have to use diesel to "thin" the residue into a usable product. Using the MSAR process there is no need to use the expensive diesel saving the refinery money. Also the MSAR produced can be used to power the refining processes making a further saving??

Hi Fyoz,
thanks - note taken not to read those boards!
it's painful enough just waiting without having the drivel.....
GS be glad that you're not on the AFC thread, we've only had to put up with 88 of his posts in the last 30 days, it's 352 over on AFC 🤣
Yeah I know SC, filtered . . .
Ah, that green 'troll alert' again!

SC - you do realise that you are making yourself look more and more stupid every time you post your troll alert message?
if you have someone on filter you don't know what conversation thread they have created, or, are replying to. so why "assume" it's the thread you are on?......oh that's right, you don't really have them on filter do you?..... grow up FFS

I think JM did not appreciate that an agreement is not just with QED and MSC but also with oil sppliers etc etc at least 3 agreements ALL INTERWOVEN and probably will need / can only be announced together. MSC will have to have agreements with Cargill and one other as well as QED - no wonder it will take time.

Clintek has been silent since October 2022, comes onto the QED board and instantly hits it off with a stock cheque, shocker!! lol
Clintek,
Yeah, if it was a crap stock you sell it and move on, hoping to make your losses back on stocks you believe in, you don't spend every day trying to make your own stock worth even less by trash talking it to prospective buyers of it. Nope, all the talk is agenda driven for sure.
But hey ho, we know that the agreements are at the final stage, with the lawyers, and once they've finished doing their jobs then the sign-offs will be completed by the companies involved. For me there's nothing to be negative about, legal process (or even legal wrangling if that's what it is) takes time just as the company advised on the investor meeting, so all we have to do is wait it out. No excuses for moaning about it every day, if people genuinely don't have the patience they need to sell out and invest in something that doesn't damage their mental health.
It’s like watching an episode of “The traitors”.
Nobody is shorting this stock and I doubt that anyone that posts on this BB wants to SP to drop any further. It is a fact that QED constantly miss timelines and to think an RNS will drop today or Tuesday is living in cloud cuckoo land.
Back when the SP very nearly touch 50p and a pint cost £3.50 it only took 6 shares to buy a pint now with beer @ £5 you need 400 shares.
Genuine LTH have a right to be frustrated and posting factual comments is just that, not an attempt to trade. I very much doubt it makes naff all difference anyway. In my opinion posting constant ramping drivel is worse, you are not providing an accurate picture of this near 20 year old journey.
Please God lets get this thing over the line soon for the sanity of us all.
Happy Easter!!
However Clintek Rarely do you have to wait 15plus years for revenue. Most not all LTS have have had their patience stretched sometime over this period
Stockcheque.
Agreed...Of course they do, they are either damaged by a price drop in the past or they believe damning the share on the board chat will somehow get the masses to sell up.
I've found over the years that most negativity on a board chat is to attempt to reduce the price to a level that they buy in or in fact they're shorting the stock.
Rarely do people slate a stock they're invested in.
Clintek,
Agreed!
The doomster willtake every opportunity to try and talk it down including scaremongering phrases, when it suits their trading position.
Fyoz..yes we are in a digital world but if you think lawyers and CEO's in Europe will be working over the easter holidays then you are in cukoo land.
I think most of us agree the signings are imminent, maybe an RNS today, on Tuesday or early next week, stating the signings are complete (or at least one).
This would then push the price up considerably.
If the signing is not done. Will the price drop considerably? I doubt it will.
That being the case, this is a strong buy for me at this price.
