hi DP, facebook/instagram are banned in China .
Hi David,
Thanks for the wonderful find. May be we could trace him through other social media like Facebook/Instagram/Linkedin? Is anyone expert in those social media? I am not good at those social media as I do not use any of them
24 Dec 2021 is the one I am interested in :-)
Merry Christmas all.
The mid closing price on 24 December 2019 was £0.070p. Today it is £0.080p.
Merry Christmas!!
Thanks David.
Sorry Gixer , I can't tell, his address does not associate with any other company at all. I used a paid app which is a bit like companies house in the UK but can't find more info on him. Will keep looking and post an update if there is any.
Hi davidxie, Can you tell if he is a director of any other companies with possible connections to CBEC?
I managed to find out the name of the director, his registered residential address is Shenzhen the city adjacent to Hong Kong, yet can't find more information on him through various sources.
"Hong Kong Fulfillment
Hong Kong is one of the main fulfillment hubs in Asia and a perfect choice if you sell to clients in mainland China and other Asian countries.
In short, you send the products in bulk shipments to Hong Kong where a 3PL company helps you with the inbound, storage, pick & pack, and shipping to end-customers in mainland China.
There are many benefits why Hong Kong is a perfect location for the fulfillment of products. First of all, it has the freest economy in the world with no import duties or VAT.
If you open a Hong Kong company, you can also receive payments in RMB and manage local operations through the entity.
Below I’ve made a summary of both the pros and cons when using a Hong Kong-based fulfillment center compared to a bonded warehouse in China:
Pros:
No tariffs when shipping products for storage in Hong Kong
Easy and fast to register a Hong Kong company
A good way to test the Mainland China market for your products
Cons:
Generally more expensive pick & pack fees and storage costs
Slower delivery times
Goods can be held up in customs (and are subject to changes)
Chinese consumers are subject to an annual quota of duty-free cross-border retail imports"
That was my first thoughts as well BB.
and it would be a good place to base your CBEC to China.

One to keep an eye on.
You can check who the directors are at https://www.mobile-cr.gov.hk/mob/cns_basic_comp.do if you feel that way inclined.
There's a fee mind, so I didn't bother.
My guess it's a subsidiary setup by the distributor ?
BB
Perhaps more holding notices to come. If any link to the owners of this new company, it could be anything from a marketing vehicle to a full on potential acquisitor. All guesswork.
Have as good a Christmas as you can in this weird time folks
My money is on the million quid of new PXS shares probably is registered to them ...

I doubt very much that it is anything to worry about.
Send an e-mail to Provexis enquiry to get a clarification. If I get a response I will you guys know. If anyone has IF's e-mail address please send him an e-mail to get a clarification. Hope we are not short changed here after waiting more than 10years.
It could, and probably does, have nothing at all to do with Provexis.
Its also a private company.
Just found it strange that this has appeared just after the announcement of the Chinese Cross-Border e-commerce distributor.
gixer,
So that's very interesting. Is IF is planning to list in Shanghai exchange? If so there should be a RNS.
