looks like this time next week year high will be taken out
Indeed, profitable, with a new CEO at the helm & operating in a very interesting area - I'm very intrigued as to the level of royalties generated from Thermo Fisher...
Used to be 70p back in 2015 with 196m shares in issue vs 296m today, so very little dilution has taken place, could really move if we get some volume today!
Great RNS this morning, looking forward to full year results 1st April. GLA
This is great news and I think proteome Sciences will reap the rewards

Automation Advances Could Streamline Large-Scale Tandem Mass Tagging Experiments
By Adam Bonislawski
genomeweb.com — NEW YORK – Recently developed methods for automating isobaric labeling workflows aim to streamline multiplexing of proteomics experiments. The approaches, developed separately by life sciences firm Calico and proteomics sample prep company PreOmics, could help drive uptake of isobaric labeling and Thermo Fisher Scientific's TMTpro label reagents in particular, which allow multiplexing of up to 16 samples.
So where does PRM fit into the equation with all of this do you think take over for intellectual property in proteomics
Multiplexed bead arrays for proteomics
US Patent US20190072546A1, 2018-09-07 Application filed by Adeptrix Corp
Abstract
Bead arrays suitable for analysis by mass spectrometry are disclosed. In an embodiment, a bead array includes multiple reactive sites, each of the reactive sites being capable of binding multiple distinct target analytes.
para 0056
Sequencing by mass spectrometry may be also used for quantitative profiling of protein abundance changes in multiple samples using chemical labeling methods such as tandem mass tags (TMT) and isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantification (iTRAQ). Experimental examples included in this specification describe large diameter, high binding capacity magnetic agarose beads that are suitable for performing TMT and iTRAQ based protein quantification studies.

They do seem to be involved in proteomics
What I liked about avacta was their veterinary side life sciences dealing with infectious diseases
Some links

Really ? How do I have that inkling ? I’m in Avacta too but not been following the recent rise . Proteome seems to be involved with supplying many well known diagnostic companies for their diagnostics and spectrometry .. let’s hope this is true and we get some publicity .. tell us more and welcome to proteome sciences .. it’s been well below the radar 4 months.. communication is not their strong area. However things seem to be slightly improving so chin up and let’s hope my gut instinct in this company proves correct .
I’ve just bought in this morning as I believe that PRM are supplying Avacta , if this is correct then PRM are flying below the radar and the shares look very cheap if you believe Avacta are on the verge of something very big.
Great fantastic thank you ?? for the link
Thermofisher , AstraZeneca , all the big players, all biotechs need and will be having proteomics at the centre for sustained growth & develoment

Have u seen this .. if ur interested in webinars and to get the latest on PROTEOME SCIENCES. Well done!

A well regarded contributor on the afn site has revealed that a very big player has taken a long position in prm, others are piling in on the back of it
Not sure but I think proteome sciences have patents that cover Parkinson so I guess there get a license
Agreement if they need to use proteome sciences patents
Manchester also is a place that is giving grants to help businesses , biotech and start ups , to make it a centre of excellence ..
this is interesting how scientists are building up a
Proteome database using mass spectrometry
https://www.manchester.ac.uk/coronavirus-response/science-engineering-coronavirus-projects/mass-spectrometry-coalition/
I heard it also on radio 4 the uni of Manchester is doing something like a test in the skins sebum oil layer to diagnose it
The article says
The research team moved on to using a mass-spectrometry machine to detect the compounds.
So u think they are working with proteome sciences?
Where is is it mentioning proteome sciences ?
I know they are into this area of Neuro degenerative disease of Alzheimer’s / Parkinson’s .

Did anyone listen in very interesting and fantastic appraisal of proteome sciences services
Found this on ADVFN
Looking at some of the early trades yesterday morning and I don't think I have ever seen so many small trades going through with other companies. Between open and lunch time (9th March) there was around 35+ small trades all under £30, no idea why. Whatever the reason it seems to have got the price spread to realistic levels. Here's to Proteomics. GLA.
Yes I noticed that the spread has normalised . Hopefully interest in proteomics is increasing.
Bit of interest here today. Spread narrowing.
