There are not many people that i filter as i reckon all views are allowed but this is now a joke so he has been binned.
After official delays PRD will be left with a 4-month window to carry out critical works before the next extension is required. It’s frankly nuts, particularly given the much mentioned logistical treacle, so I was surprised to hear PG state he’s happy. The situation seems unsustainable on the face of it. Give PRD at least a year at a time for heaven’s sake.
Idiot posting again
The poison one.. moving the goal posts to suit his agenda… if you have zero belief in a company like Venon does, why on earth would you a) hold shares (think the snake has said he does!) and b) constantly deramp the company and share price. Its beyond me…exciting times ahead for sure 👌
Andocles,
I will believe it when I see it ina RNS
When does flow testing start?
Is Lonnie back from his jolly in Trinidad yet?
What's happening with Ireland?
What's happening with Trinidad?
Are you not concerned that PG is well past retirement age?
🙈🙉🙊
Nice one AndroB!
I guess that AV has cut loose again?
I see that you've drawn them a map and they still cant find their posterior with either hand.
Best bin them off...I have and its glorious! Enjoy the sunny day 🤣🤣🤣

Did you get the chance to watch the video of the presentation, and mention of 7 TCF.
Yes, I know its only an inference, subject to more drilling yadda yadda yadda.
But I'm sure this has been answered
"Really looking forward to the video of the presentation and the exact moment where Griffiths mentions 7TCF.
DOES IT ACTUALLY EXIST??
Let's see. I cant wait😁"
Eurochamp,
Of course they are 🤣
Head in the sand will lose you money.
Protect your capital.
Yes they were & I know who’s… 😎

You really are a pheasant plucker aren’t you!
Ref the large sells - The two £20k transactions look like B&B’s into an ISA 🤔
GLA
Some will have you believe there is large background accumulation going on 😂😂
I am still awaiting evidence from anyone who can prove it. Some large sellers today though. 🤔
Let's look at CNG, if gas flows there is an agreement ready-to-go for gas sales where 120bcf nets $1.56bn. Now, if flow rates are in excess of that expected it be 2-300 bcf that is contemplated for sale.
That might be 3% or less or the prospective resources (outside Mou-5) and if allowing sale of 3% for a material amount allows 20-30x that to be proven.up I'd say it constitutes a good deal.
Added bonus if it yields a divi/puts a stronger base under the SP. That could be the case after Sandjet so end April/early May if targets met.
Blimey Ibiza £10
What time frame would you think for £10
I had rough calcs at £1.20 odd in a years time
IMO the PE idea was just exasperation and not given a great deal of thought not by someone who has always spoken about his "loyal shareholders" it would be shafting them in the back. Until someone comes up with plan that gives SH most of what they expect and i know many on here would be hoping for around the £10 a share mark and must admit i would not want to bow out at this stage for a great deal less.

Paul has said that many things over the years it's hard to take any serious. Off takers to fund cng. Partial sale and now PE. Still maintain PE is the worst option as they are not renowned for their generous offers. Adding an extra layer to any deal is going to reduce profits as PE are going to want their pound of flesh.
Keep hearing about how profitable CNG is (figures over a billion bandied about) why not bank debt of what has happened to T and T funding from a few months ago. Strategy is all over the place it seems like different options are floated every time he speaks.
It's only caused confusion for those that don't understand the principles of getting the best price for something.
In my view, PG's seemingly throwaway comment about PE has added have added nothing to the discourse and only seems to have stoked confusion and discord, as is reflected in the SP today.
I have no problem whatever with an auction type scenario being engineered to create interest but I think it unlikely that large players, be they strategic investors/buyers or PE houses, are taking their lead from bulletin boards.
It appears to me that the comment about PE has just stoked a hornet's nest of debate - to no shareholder benefit.
500 TCF ! LOL. LOL .
Gudin
The idea being, if majors aren't biting (500 TCF isn't enough it seems!!!) Then using PE to fund CNG and share profit along with an upfront fee allows PRD to drill, test and prove.
Only hope the test bit is quicker than in the past or I'll be PG's age by the time they finish it on 25 years.
Should probably stick with your original opinion. All PE is going to do is introduce another party who will take a slice of the profits before they sell onto the only entities that can develop this, the oil and gas companies. A placing or debt would be a less dilutive route for current shareholders.
Hello All,
Yesterday I expressed my unresearched opinion that I was dismayed about a possible PE involvement. However GRH is of an informed opinion that this is something that should be welcomed.
I have dismissed the opinion of GRH before to my detriment in connection with another company. I do not intend to make the same mistake again so will revise my opinion.

GRH. .. .. In 2012
PTTEP bought Cove
IMHO they would not have done so
at such a price
unless Shell had bid
It's taken since then re infrastructure buildout
At enormous cost
More than doubling costs overall
⭐Competitive tension
⭐Highly desirable
