EU levels per hectare are being reduced for those countries above the limit, Ireland for example had a concession but this has been brought more inline with other member states.
Not much info on this subject, but it seems as though using lower levels of nitrate fertilizer in conjunction with bio stimulants may yield similar or even better results.

Plant Health Care Europe
Plant Health Care obtains the Zero Residue certification (without pesticide residues) for its new product PREzym™ granted by the ZERYA quality mark. In addition to the fact that the proper use of PREzym™ gives greater resistance during periods of stress and a better general condition of the crop, it is added now that it has Zero Residue. PREzym™ promotes a resistant crop and is a sustainable and environmentally friendly product. This certification is very strict and is an "extra" of confidence for the farmer and for the final market: supermarket chains increasingly increase the demand for zero waste food.
Took advantage of yesterdays liquidity to add a few, recent news flow is very encouraging and becoming hard to ignore.
Agreed bots, spot on summary
Month away from interims, if JT can continue the trajectory towards 2025 then we should be good to go.
Yep, I saw that iPencil.
I think there’s lots going on behind the scenes globally. Next year is key. I’m thinking we’ll have all key products on sale for the first time; ProAct, Prezym, 279 & 949. That’s when the snowball starts getting bigger quicker.
Extract, does sound promising especially with other points highlighted previously.
"The last few weeks have been very intense for our Team in Brazil.
While the local regulatory authorities move forward in the process of registering our newest PREtec technology, our Team has been working with world-leading nematologists and also with the press, to publicize the benefits of this exclusive technology that will soon be available in Brazil."

Thank you for your response. Inheritance Tax Relief. Given the nature of the company it should qualify but HMRC disallow it if shares not exclusive to the AIM market.
Hello Ironknut,
PHC has an OTCQB listing.
What is IHT?
I am a new Shareholder/investor. I believe i am correct in stating Plant Health is an AIM share that does NOT benefit from IHT "benefits" as it is also a listed share in the USA. Can anyone confirm that this is so ?
Seller still lurking, perhaps someone in the recent fundraise taking a small turn.
Monies scarce for small caps a the moment, Eden did incredibly well to get that fund raise away at such a premium.
Yes, I saw the 'underperform' quote at the bottom, perhaps he didn't check it before inclusion?
Volume is almost non existent, is it worth having the US listing too, must cost $$$ ?
It’s and odd piece. PHC growth has been brisk in the last couple of years. My sense is that there’s a further spirt coming late this year and into next year with distributors being chosen for new regulation approvals in Poland and Brazil. Meanwhile the SP has been stagnating at the bottom of AIM. We have underperformed in this context for sure, but nothing wrong with the company IMV, and bear markets don’t last forever.
‘Underperform?’ Meh…
The fast track approval in North and South America is brilliant
Agreed, there must be an air of optimism amongst the PHC team for PHC68949 after PHC279 speedy approval.
Both of these products are from the PREtec family, its possible the regulatory bodies may take this into account expediting approval process for PHC68949.
Yes, nice video with rousing script and soundtrack. PHC949 strongly promoted and why not, it’s a fabulous product.
If I were a gambling man I wouldn’t put a dime on guessing the name.
Like who’d have guessed Obrona, N-Habit, Saori, Moshy and the super catchy H2Copla. But whatever the name, products are selling.
Roll on the next bull market.
They're not hanging about on 68949 in Brazil 1pencil great video just posted

Its good timing for the 38th Brazilian Congress of Nematology too (link below), should help with potential distributors being present
I thought the reiteration of forward guidance a positive, suggests things are on track despite uncertain weather conditions globally (understatement).
"The Company is on track to achieve revenue of $30 million by 2025 through the launch of new products and organic business growth through current and future distributor relationships."
Yeah madness anyone selling bots must be cash strapped
Fab news.
Potatoes in Poland and now sugarcane and coffee in Brazil, PHC products going gangbusters with $30m revenue in track.
PHC949 next in Brazil.
… and then there’s the shareprice near all time lows?? …. Madness.
