They need to provide us with a new RNS as soon as possible on what assets they will be purchasing with that £1 million they have to spend have this. As the longer they wait the worse its going to get and no one will wait around they would just cut there losses and drive it down lower.

On Admission the Company will have in issue a total of 40,731,291 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each. There are no shares held in treasury, therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 40,731,291. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules. So, we have to take £1 mil and divide by 40 mil and that will give us??????
I feel the same my friend. I heard from the market today that Tabrisi the former director was against the move and voted against. I am trying to find out how to contact him. He might give us some insight.
