bull**** negatives you say? rha, circum and zulu not to mention gr operating outside of his remit and buying companies to get himself a log cabin and land. then you have the time when someone invested £450k to get rha mine sorted only for him to buy an xrt sorter that didn't work! dilution via many different ways including death spirals. then we have consolidation to get this company back to millions as opposed to billions of shares. that's not worked out without further mass dilution. these aren't bull**** negatives, they're facts!! rha dud mine, circum shares sold on cheap and what can i say about the promised land of zulu? nothing, it won't produce anything of significance and its rock hard, unfortunately not like grs reputation

PREM was once a decent company, now that GR has become accustomed to living off shareholders and mismanaging every single aspect of PREM it is a traders dream. It will never produce anything of significance regardless of what you're told by GR. That is why a lot of really good investors removed themselves from this pipedream. GR refused to listen about RHA, now that's a waste of time. ZULU is too hard to get out the ground and really not worth the hassle, if it was, then bigger players than CANMAX would be involved. There are some traders here who have done really well out of PREM because they know the game and play to their strengths, they know who they are and I have tremendous respect for them, but I can't play that game. I'm a Long termed, I was also in here a couple of years ago, where I kept averaging down all the while my investment was going down. Ended up with a massive loss here, because I woke up and refused to believe anymore of GRs Carp. He is just not honest enough and If you're thinking long term here, I just wouldn't bother

Has only just begun. Atlas could have converted the whole lot in one. That is not their MO. They will keep getting more and more shares just selling off like they are. Within 6 months the SP will be in the .10s and they won't even be half way through. Don't worry though AP will still be walking round like the ****roach he is and still trying to mug some other investors

We have seen that PREM in the last couple of years have been targeted either by a short attack or a trading attack. Many times "Social media experts/groups" have stated buy, buy, buy only for them to sell at a profit the next day or short it suppressing the market as they hold plenty of shares between them.

This is in part GRs fault. Imminent statements, statements of no placings and buying ridiculous companies to suit his own agenda has probably created a group that dislike GR and decided to take it out on the company.

GRs infamous statement of selling Circum shares was about 3/4 years ago now, a lot of wealthy investors also lost a lot of money by heavily investing only to see SP go down and down with an Atlas death spiral and continuous placings and even a consolidation.

Prem is now an easy target for these groups and they prey on other companies acting in the same way by doing similar coordinated attacks. AIM is a cesspit in which the FCA continually fail to do anything about this abuse. They will continue to act in this way unless rules are tightened, shorts are made illegal and investors report their holding if required.

I got out of PREM last year and lost quite a bit of money myself, but deciding that PREM was poorly run and ultimately a lifestyle company that hasnt realised its potential thought it best.

PREM will make a few investors wealthy, when? I can't answer that, but there will always be that group waiting to take advantage of any weakness

I now research meticulously before investing in the wild west, but hope all the genuine holders get at least their money back. PREM was a company going places 7/8 years ago

You have to pick out the real investors and really good analysts and listen to what they say and have researched, that is a very hard thing to work out and you have to research their agendas and posts. Take traders for what they are, they are useful for indicating how an SP may react, block out the rampers/derampers and only listen to investors who post sound advice and research

Who in the right mind would give money for a placing to these bunch of crooks. It could only be ATLAS or Primary Bid to allow a death spiral and even then they would want to sell shares straight away before it goes bust. Getting a placing so soon after consolidation wreaks of desperation....which is exactly where this company is. Well done AP for selling investors down the river

The deal may get done by the end of the year, but we may not hear about it for another week or so. IMO they will want to get the finest of detail into the RNS to allow investors the opportunity to meticulously inspect and value the company. Suzy is great at doing this and I wouldnt expect anything below PM2022s assessment within the week of news

Why dont you ask Suzy herself at the Q&A whether the company is in a disclosure period to gauge whether she can buy. You wouldnt buy even if she did!

Claims to not wanting to put money in VAST, yet claims to making a packet...a packet of what? Crisp? Eric sold out a few days ago as he was ramping VAST for a couple of days before doing his usual deramp. Subtlety is not Eric's forte!
