Who sat on the board of PGR and defrauded investors should be locked for life with no parole as they could not organize a p**** up in a brewery, never mind find GOLD .
Why the hell are companies like this not investigated by the FSA or similar. It seems they can get away with legalised fraud.I hope they rot in hell.
Disgusting... how He can sleep every night?
Darkblue, No problem Mate, I don't have any reason to hide something about me here. I'm student doing my Masters in Birmingham, but I've got 2 jobs (one in the morning before go to Uni and other after). Plus I share my place with others and my expensive it's not higher. (My job after Uni - evening pay me every Friday) and the other in the morning once a month. So, I can control very easy my monthly costs and I've made a plan in where and how much I can spend every week. I've made some good profit before in others and some are and still in a big disaster (CLN, CHC, PTCM, PYC, FAM and many more) I've 2 accounts Mate, Halifax which I used to have 10 mil (average of 0.06) and Barclays 3.5 mil (average of 0.07) and now my average is 0.1675p don't know how and from where they set this figure (s) there. My account in Halifax shown me £-6.485.00 (six thousand NEGATIVE) and 99.73% down - NET £15.00 lol
You asked where Richard Nolan was, the answer is he is now managing the gold project privately. He brought down PGR, gave it away to Tridevi and now he is running it for Tridevi.
Guys there will be more dilutions so our money is simply gone, that is the fact. Now as I wrote yesterday, the people who put us in this mess are still in control of the gold asset. They are still the directors of CAR which owns the asset. They told us they couldn't get the license back, they told us the asset was worthless, if that is the case why are they still managing the project? These guys are responsible for our losses. They planned all this for months, didn't release a single RNS, made people believe that the matter was being resolved, all lies.
For a student you seem to have posted many times ,and how you keep buying more ,my daughter is a student and constantly tells me have how far her money goes, could you clarify what uni you are at ,just for peace of mind that your not part of the road show.the old boiler room .sorry if this post offends you ,but I'm sure as you have been here saying every week you keep buying more .
Calm down all please, I'm in same situation as you Guys. However, nobody notice We still at same shares issue 1.3 billion and We still at 0.0005 average in our account. This is the reason ALL here are down more than 90% (I'm sure you're like me). Tomorrow or next week, they will update the shares issue, value of consolidation and may be new name & tick. Also, the next RNS's will be important for us, otherwise, we will be another cash shell company and that it's more dangerous than our situation now. Guys, next week (my own opinion) will be normal and at the moment We still at 0.04 like before. Hope you Guys and Me have more patience, but I can be wrong as well. I'm not always 100% right Obelix
Feel for u guys as I was in here but got out about a month ago. Hope u all sort it out somehow. There's a few very bullish shares put there if you have funds to try and cover some of your losses. Not sure I'd this allowed but #TEA #MXO #NCT #CHAL all looking very good to rise in next few days after ukis. Maybe a way to cut some losses. No ramping intended but just feel as it's not nice losing money. GLA chin up fellas
Wait till they come up with the next storey .or even better reverse takeover into there gold licence that used to be ours . We can all offset our loses against capital gains tax .unfortunately you have to make a profit first .PGR must have done a deal with peel hunt ,as all holdings RNS show before suspension to minimise there lose .unfortunately not some thing private investors got offered . Aim is high risk hi reward ,we had the dream for a bit with gold price rising ,but the bod had other ideas ,so we had no opportunity for it to come to fruition -just to clarify I will not be buying more to average down or buy any other share connected to the directors of this company .all who lost keep your chin up walk tall and don't let this debacle drag you to there level .health and happiness and far more important . ALB
Never again ,
They have notning not even a rusty pot to **** in, they have just done why they did a couple years ago all over again.
Well that's a nice loss 5k completely wiped out, yeah I quit stocks for life.
Sorry my 2500 pounds is now 2p shall I average down or buy fresh and hope to hit my target that way hmmmmmm crap A I should stay away but I think this will drift as now one is interested. We gave nothing premier gold one week the next premier oil they were looking for gold now we are looking for oil, nothing has changed only the name, other than that they have nothing. Scary A
I have 2500 pounds in this it's worth £2 now do I average or down or buy fresh and hope it makes my 2k back or will we be seeing another equity in a month
Also the only time I would think of averaging down is if this goes below 3p as then I would be buying it at below value in which Peterhouse Corporate Finance paid around 3.05p for it and that is £1,076,150 (before expenses). If anything I would love for it to drop further first so I can average down at a great price as i would be making hardly any money on it even if it goes up 100s of %.
Well one if it now closes on this price after consolidation our new market cap will be £1.6 million which is more then double our previous market cap. But every previous holder was shafted and I won't be surprised if Peel Hunt cleared all there stock at a huge loss and we won't be getting a holding RNS from them for once lol
Guys, I hope they update my account tomorrow. Halifax looks very depressing now... lol
I've had the same idea, why all those peoples there. We need asset's first, bad point again and We've to be and work with this again.
What I am angry in seeing at the moment is why did our company employ so many people already and we aint even got an official asset yet? All these top executives are able to take so many salaries from so many different companies which is so not fair but thats how this corrupt system is set up and they know this and can milk it. If your in a BOD you should only be allowed to be it in one company only and be fully focused only in that one company so that you can do well for that company. But these BOD's in AIM are in BOD's for multiple companies and taking so many salaries from other people being able to be BOD's in these companies and they are never fully focused on just one company. This is criminal as they taking opportunities away from others being able to be BOD's of these companies so taking away jobs and not caring if one goes bankrupt as they will just be paid by the others. At present we only need one CEO & Managing Director and one Non-Executive Director but we have three Non-Executive Director at the moment which seems pointless. If we are doing well and adding good assets then fine feel free to add as many Non-Executive Director's as you like as long as the company is adding assets and making money for shareholders . But if aint done f all yet why have four people being employed and taking a salary from a shell company at the moment? http://www.prospexoilandgas.com/
Forest, Where is Richard Nolan? He is gone? He's made all this mess Mate and I wish to see Him out of the business.
ali2k2, Agree Mate, but I don't have any idea in sell at the moment and I'm sure they will improve the business this year. The next RNS's will be important for us, local, oil reserve and cash flow. I'm sure we will be in better position soon. Good luck to you & all here Mate, we need it. Obelix
unbelieveable normally , but in AIM and with (some of these heisters running our companies) imo im being nice, I hope you do a lot better in future mate ATB F
