Can someone in simple terms,explain to me why taking up the offer at 150% above the market price is a good idea.I seem to be missing something.

Read it again,and again and it still doesn't make sense.I must be thicker than i thought.

Call me thick,but can someone please explain to me the benefits of buying shares at 5p under the offer,when i can buy them on the open market at 2.1p.That's a 150% discount to the offer.It just doesn't make sense.It would make a lot more sense,if the offer shares were at .5p.Am i missing something.

Have just logged in and was gutted to find HE1 down over 18%.

On checking the trades,i find that there were over three times more buys than sells.

Can anyone explain the reason for the fall as it doesn't make sense to me.Am i missing something.

My purchase of 20,000 shares at 1309 hrs today is showing as a sell.

I can't help wondering how many of the other trades shown as sells were actualy buys.

If they can't show the correct information,they shouldn't show any.

Dito.I also had a small punt this morning at .27,which also came up as a sell.

But if you look at the broker rating for Berenberg Bank,they recommended this a buy on Tuesday 21st Nov with a new target of £6.50 and it drops 42% on Fri 24th Nov. As timings go,that takes some beating.

I might find it funny if i wasn't already a holder and now well down.Wish i could average down but no spare funds at the moment.

If you look again you'll see it's only the ask that's gone up 25%.The spread is now 20%.Can you live with that every day.

To work out those who missed the rise and now hope to get in at a lower price.Just read the posts.

I've read this board quite often but never posted a message.I made my first purchase in 2019 when Investors Chronicle recommended buying at 160.I have since averaged down 3 times,so after yesterdays rise am still showing a large loss.I'm just happy to finally see it heading in the right direction and hopefully continue north.Fingers crossed.

It's hard to believe that Frontier Tech made this a main recommendation 18 months ago at 212p.How could they get it so wrong.Their other disasters include,ARB down 97%,EQT down 77%,IKA down 78%,KNB down 91%,KOIP down 75%,MIRI down 81%,MODE down 96%,PODP down 68%.Their portfolio looks like a blood bath.I know because i'm one of the idiots that subscribes to them.Yes,i actually payed for this information.What a plonker.

I purchased these a year ago at £1.42 thank's to a recommendation from Frontier Technology,who were making it a buy up to £1.65.I'm sorry to say i've also averaged down a couple of times,thinking it can't go any lower.How wrong could i be.What i don't understand is how Frontier got it so wrong.They made it sound like the best thing since sliced bread.The best part is i actually pay a subscription for this information.Who says there's one born every minute.Can anyone give me the odds of this 20 bagging so that i can get my stake back,ha,ha.

For your information i did take advantage of last years highs,as i sold half my holding in April at 14.2p and bought back twice as many in October at 6.82p.I didn't say i'de never traded them before,i just said i'de never posted a message before and i doubt if i ever will again.
If you must know,i first purchased Northcote Energy in 2013,which changed it's name to Mayan Energy in 2017,followed by a consolidation of 1 for 400.It then changed it's name again to Attis Oil and Gas in 2019 ,and then amalgamated with HE1 in December 2020 followed by another consolidation of 1 for 236.
In all that time i've made a number of trades,( buys and sells ).If i'de held my original purchase of Northcote Energy they would have now been worthless.So yes,i have apparently held them for years.
Happy now.Maybe you should learn the facts before you start calling people Dick-spanners.

I say outsider,as i've held shares in HE1 more years than i can remember but never posted a message.
I can't say i was surprised at Fridays fall,as i wouldn't blame anyone from taking a profit after the recent rise.
I sold half my holding last week at 8.7p for a decent profit,although i obviously wish i'de held on for a few more days but unfortunately can't see into the future.
I wouldn't like to guess which way this will go on Monday but i'm happy to hold my remaining shares whatever the outcome.
It takes a brave person to buy now after the recent rise as the results are still only speculation.
It's a matter of placing your bet and keeping your fingers crossed.
Who knows.

My 250,000 buy at 0838 today is showing as a sell,which makes me wonder just how many buys are showing as sells.If they can't show the true trades,they might as well not show any at all.It's just misleading.

IQE was frontiers main recommendation last month when it was 79p,with a buy upto of 89p.How can they have got it so wrong,as it's already down 30%.Maybe nows a good time to buy.Wish i new.

Sorry POSTI but i don't have an answer to today's fall.There doesn't seem to be a reason.Like you i also thought this was looking healthy and almost topped up last week but went for SMRT instead.Glad i did now but still left with the question,"do i buy now while it's down or wait to see if there was a reason for the fall.No doubt i'll linger to long as usual and miss the opportunity.Should be interesting tomorrow.
