Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the 2024 Annual General Meeting of ECR Minerals plc.
Firstly, my thanks and appreciation to David Tang, our former chairman. It was an honour to take over from him in February and I thank him for the work he's done for ECR.
Since Mike and I joined the company in September last year, it's been pleasing to see a significant acceleration in the pace of operations alongside more stringent financial controls.
I'd like firstly to take this opportunity to provide shareholders with an update on our exploration plans in Australia across our projects in Queensland and Victoria.
With improving weather conditions, our field teams are preparing to return to Lolworth in Queensland. Initial assessments have revealed numerous gold-bearing streams as well as indications of rare earths mineralisation. The best indicators appear to be at our Oak Creek prospect.
Our upcoming trenching campaign aims to provide us with a better understanding of the subsurface geology which will be a key step towards identifying and then ranking drill targets. We remain optimistic about the potential for significant mineralisation at Lolworth.
Also in Queensland, our Chief Geologist is preparing for ECR's inaugural exploration campaign at Blue Mountain. Our preliminary analysis suggests that the historical work conducted by the previous operator presents compelling opportunities - especially for its alluvial gold potential. It currently includes an alluvial resource reported to contain at least 100,000 ounces. Subject to the necessary permissions, we're looking forward to advancing the project potentially towards production-readiness. Encouragingly, the landowners have expressed their willingness to work with us on the project which has further increased our confidence that the project could well exceed our initial expectations.
In Victoria, building upon the success of our recent drill campaign at Creswick, we have now re-established contact with the landowners at Tambo where we expect to deploy our team in the coming weeks. Rock samples taken from the project back in 2022 yielded highly encouraging results of up to 22 g/t, and we'll be looking to undertake a brief follow-up work programme before identifying optimal sites for drilling in due course.
Investors will be aware that last month we raised £585,000 - notably at a 71% premium to our last raise 6 months ago when Mike and I first joined ECR. That brings the total capital raised during our time with the company to £1.16 million. Along with the existing directors' salary sacrifice arrangements, as well as Mike and I accepting shares in lieu of salary, we are well funded and have the necessary working capital to undertake our upcoming work programs in both Queensland and Victoria.
I'm very much looking forward to keeping our shareholders up to date on what we expect to be exciting developments over the coming
That could be a rollover if you look at the times 7 secs between them, and the second is one higher price than the first one .

Jim that is weird I rang this week spoke to an agent he said they will send a doc to my account, which should reach my acc Wed or Thur this coming week which I have to send to Deloitte which is different to what you are saying .
Jim did you get the report from HL or did you have to send what they sent to Deloitte .
0n the 12th Dec in the rns ECR stated they where drilling KB so samples and drill results must have gone to labs in Jan, then on 5th Feb the rns states lab results shortly so that means the information must have come from the lab the week before the 5th Feb, so ECR would have released a rns by the 12th Feb with the results which would have been shortly I do not think the BOD guessed this at shortly,
So could be they asked the lab to recheck the results because the grades are higher or lower which would be price sensitive than what ECR thought they were, by no stretch of the imagination IF on Monday 25th march if the results come can anyone call that shortly it will be 50 days from the 5th Feb its only a theory.

When you buy shares with a stock broker you get credit for 21 days to pay for the shares and then you have buy or sell them but you have one option too roll them over to extend the period, but it is different on the internet cash upfront.
That could be a rollover if you look at the times, and the second is one higher price than the first one if it was a sell it would high one first.
Wasarunner another four more.
1 Sorted out the 16%
2 Sorted out the finance.
3 Moved the bulldozer.
4 A leak on any of the above.
Also where was the funding coming from Santa, and we still have the drill and samples results to come according to the BOD are better than Davey Road.
I bought the 332,130 and then it went NT
.
T/S Was it not a 1000 samples.
That 4m@ o.3105 @11.05 was a buy all the 0.345 are buys
Everything @ 33 is a buy 32 is a sell all the buys are going into sells the only buys are 1,2, the buy price should be 35.
CR Minerals plc (LON: ECR), the exploration and development company focused on gold in Australia, announces that David Tang has stepped down as Chairman of the Company and Nick Tulloch has been appointed Chairman in his place, in addition to his role as Executive Director of the Company. David Tang will remain on the board as a non-executive director.
David Tang, Non-Executive Director, said: "I suggested to the board that the time was right for me to hand over the chairmanship of our Company and, with the endorsement of the other non-executive directors, I have asked Nick to take on the role. We have spoken a lot about the change in pace and change in approach since Nick and Mike joined ECR last September and I am sure it is apparent to investors that it is Nick and Mike leading the strategic direction of the Company and liaising with our counterparties. I am delighted that Nick has accepted this role at ECR."
Nick Tulloch, Chairman, said: "My thanks to David who has led ECR through a ve
Have you asked SB whether we are going to get stitched up again like Austria, if the gold mines are that good how come they have not sold them,Georgia, struthers deal was a pittance for 20m oz gold never mind the silver, he landed great job with the company that took over our stake so how do we know this is not going to be a hat trick.

ecr ("lux"). numerous gold, niobium and ree anomalies have been identified within the project.
highlights
-- pan concentrate sampling south of the reedy creek drainage divide into butterfly creek indicates the likely
existence of a gold source that also extends further south. visible gold continues to be seen in sampling.
-- the peak soil sampling results from gorge creek west area correlate along strike to a mapped quartz vein
sub-crop. further investigations are planned.
-- results from flaggy creek and reedy creek west soil sampling are due soon, with interpretation of these results
determining the next steps to be taken. operations have been paused while we evaluate our workplan.
-- follow-up investigations into targeting other niobium and ree stream anomalies also in progress.
ecr technical director adam jones commented: "i am pleased to report good grades from pan concentrate sampling, which indicate that additional sources of gold could exist within the headwaters of butterfly creek and extend the region's prospectivity some 2km further south of reedy creek. local landholders have reported to us that good sizeable gold discoveries were made in this watershed by early prospectors and the evidence of our work to date supports these theories. in addition to this, the field team are steadily building a picture of extended gold mineralisation in the headwaters of gorge creek west resulting from on-going results from soil sampling and outcrop mapping."
ecr chief operations officer mike ******* added: "our lolworth project is progressing nicely and we are consistently seeing visible gold, which supports the historical evidence, but more importantly validates our own thesis. we are collating the data into our work plan to conclude the reconnaissance work and prepare for the target generation stage. we expect to provide further updates soon."

reportable results from sampling presented in table 1 and table 2 below.
stream sampling into butterfly creek
butterfly creek runs south from the dividing range that separates the reedy creek area to the north (see figure one above). recent field work completed infill pan concentrate sampling along the headwaters of streams in the reedy creek area and butterfly creek, with visible gold consistently noted throughout the sampling process. the most recent lab results confirm these findings, with high concentrations of gold resulting in 962 ppm au, 139 ppm au and 29.7 ppm au. one ppm is equal to one g/t au; however, these results are from concentrating a 5kg stream sample into a laboratory sized sample and therefore are not representative of an in situ-resource within the stream. the results do however show the co**** nature of the gold, confirming that the stream is strongly gold-bearing and close
Well done to all the slueths and for the hard work.
I often wonder how many souls have left this planet not knowing the outcome of this debacle from that fateful christmas eve,and how many more will leave.
