Nice to see Pat have put the proactive interview on Twitter ( called X now for some strange reason!) First post I think since November!
Me too, looks like he’s busy today
I was also trying to have a chat :)

Waiting for MB to confirm he is free
What time is your call, @prof?
Best of luck and looking forward to hearing any nuggets.

I think the key points here are good.
It would be good to know if financing ( if required ) woud allow us to participate.
Timelines as noted below seem unclear. Will this be a top priority for a new minister? They need to do a lot of settling in.
The RNS seemed to indicate further testing on Kalaka
I am now pretty unsure what our near term drivers are.
Hopefully CEO can help with this.
Not sure why anyone was expecting anything to happen during elections. One of the companies I'm involved in has many government body customers in India, including the courts and air force. All government spending is put on hold during the runup to an election, so would expect the same applies to legal decisions.
Will all be spinning back up now so would expect something in the next week or so.
I would hope that lawyers have been engaged with GoI counterparts ..and the New Minister just needs bringing upto speed..30 days or so should be enough?
Hi Prof,
My question or request from Mark would be in relation to if a raise is needed. Can he dual the process to allow existing investors an option to partake (ie to allow us to avoid dilution?). In the past Cahriot Oil (CHAR) has done this a couple of times with the existing rights allocated next to an II process.
I thought this was a really good video. In reference to the arbitration announcement - Mark says there is a new minister of Mines and I suspect that the PAT strategy is to allow a period of time and call for meetings now the new ministers tenure is underway. This should ensure that the GoI can not use the change of minister as an excuse once arbitration starts. I suspect therefore it will bo 60 to 90 days from now for notice to be given. I dont think Mark is optimistic of an early engagement to resolution but you never know - depends if new government wants to project a business investment friendly view and say its different under us message - politics ehy!
When the fudsters arrive and start arguements you know you are onto a good share oppertunity, buy more,we have gone from 1b to upto 3b in gold,10%of it is 300million,much more than our total m.cap, whats not to like? if we get 1 or 2 billion we are all going to be very happy,if it takes 2 yrs because the new guy hasnt the balls to own up the governments mistake thats not our problem, the price of gold will climb not crash in the next 2 yrs ,this is a long term hold, the prize is toooooo big to walk away from.
Thanks Pk73
What are his thoughts on the planned (or already past) auction of the bhukia license, and will the selling price have a bearing on our claim size or, given in the interview with PA he said the letter is ready to go, have we already assigned the value we feel is fair value?
Thanks Prof.
I suspect that all of my other questions are price sensitive!
@ejt7777
Will surely ask and convey here anything else he has to say
@Prof, pls can you ask if Mark is planning on issuing an updated shareholder presentation any time soon?
Will be speaking with Mark tomorrow. Any non price sensitive questions, I can try and raise them with Mark

Been following this board for a couple of years (I’ve seen other boards and this is one of the best). I’ve always found it informative, with some good views and opinions. Got a bit silly last September, but thankfully they’ve since cleared off. Managed to get more today at 5.6p. I have a modest amount of shares and have no intention of parting with them any time soon. GLA.
Randomly closed out some old isa and jumped in too early. Anyway better than 7
I actually took some at 6
I managed to get some in the 5.4s not sure if it got as low as 5.2s ?
We are all on here to make money and it's nice to hear everyone's speculations. If we look at what minimal news and an obvious tree shake can do to the trades what will an arbitration or compensation figure do??
Good to hear he is talking to third parties regarding JV etc and confirms he has no intention for dilution
It also looked like Mark had a few new slides - hopefully a new corporate presentation will be forthcoming soon.
Yeah. Thanks for that interview, i could not understand why we had so many releases and no update
