I prefer the split I suggested in my last post which I feel rewards the long term shareholders who have stuck with this company
This is working out as my last post all the GOI need now is confirmation of auction value then a sensible settlement should be forthcoming
People who do their research will start loading up now and we should see a gradual rise in sp
When I first invested in this company at an average of .6p I had a target to top slice at 1.5p and I am still holding for this which I think will happen shortly with a price of 3 to 4p by the end of the year
I haven’t sold any as I still have confidence in the assets
It looks like we now have a bit of common sense in the board and I am sure we will succeed

Good to see that people are at last realising they have invested in a valuable asset
I like to think my offer of assistance and e mails requesting confirmation that mining licence had been applied for made them realise they had investors who care not just a bunch of negative doom mongers

I am in exactly your category and still hold as the basics are still there to enable a good profit to be made without too much outlay
why would a 7.3% shareholder lend money to a company that the gloom mongers say will fail, they are lending money to protect their investment and make a good return
I entend to e mail the company regarding the mining licence but my gut feeling is everything is there waiting until the major shorters signal they are happy and the brakes are let off
I can’t believe the number of negative people on this chat either those with shorts or paid derampers who have no investment and vindictive streak
Roll on the mining licence to reverse the trend
It is not rocket science to get the mining licence if it doesn’t turn up soon I will offer my services to go over and help for no fee to protect my investment
I think you will find India does mine quite a bit of gold
The new governments aim to stamp out corruption could well mean that an early settlement is likely
If rajastan announce say £600million going into coffers and publish all paperwork they will get the new government off their back
Wouldn’t it be surprising if an Indian gold mining company was successful still plenty of scope for them then
I have been watching proceedings here including the auction of Bhukia and my thought is that the Indian side are concerned regarding the claim under the treaty and are testing the water to find out how much they would get for the licence if they sold it before they make an offer to Indo gold
the results of the auction will not be available to all parties, they will make sure of that, armed with this information they will make a derisory initial offer.
If the auction indicates they could recover £1billion then they will offer 10% this will be turned down and ultimately they could offer £400million leaving them with a nice figure of £600million.
If a deal is done each party will pick up there own fees, we will pay out the 15% and other fees of about £10million . the indians will have minimal legal fees
We could end up with just over £300million keep £100million for investments and working capital and distribute the balance to shareholders around £1.35 a share I would be happy with that as not only would you get the special dividend but also the remaining company share value would rise for the remainder to at least ten times what it is worth today.
All of this could happen over the next few months
The submission of the claim is going to be interesting, you never know the indians may deal before it is issued.
I am not selling any of my holding and anticipate a settlement in the next few months
I would be interesting if anyone can access the auction results
Given the big boys results, the profit in iron ore and the short space of time it will take to start mining from the Alien assets Alwyn has probably been approached by all of them and Anglo will have to join the queue.
I am holding for a good result
Dont agree that this is worthless to a major ,particularly one who has a serious problem with its track record with the native population.
I think the unblocker here was the achieving native license this makes it of great interest to majors as the next stage is standard procedure to them.
With regard to a new CEO i feel that the chairman feels his time is better spent extracting the most value from a JV partner or a purchaser something he has the experience to do.
looking at current demand for iron ore I think we are in an excellent position and will be retaining my holding here
Hi CB
The difference now is things are happening in an ordered sequence and the management appear to be genuinely working towards producing iron ore once the production starts and revenue is coming in things will change
I hope for your sake it happens to renew your faith in yourself as an investor as I think we all made the right investment choice but were let down by the BOD who have thankfully gone
My prediction is 1p by the end of March 24 and 3p by the end of 24 based on what I think will happen ie go ahead given early next year and works in opprogress by the end of year.
lets hope it is earlier as the cash would then enable works on other projects
I agree with that if you have held for 2 years they are exempt so long as they are only quoted on one stock exchange
There are some companies that don’t comply but is well worth investigating
Hi Hydrogen
I am an avid reader and investor in GGP and am aware you advocate holding actual gold and wondered if you had come across the Glint bank account where gold is held in Switzerland and account benefits from price rises(also falls of course)
Would appreciate your comments if you are aware of the account

My pc skills are my problem but on BMN someone produced an excel schedule that could be filed in with holdings and other info that was quite easy, even for me , to fill in
This schedule finally confirmed over 50% PI ownership and I suspect was a key point to discourage a hostile takeover
looks like we are trying to be an investment bank rather than a vanadium producer
It is a shame they cant spend as much time providing us with information regarding the core business and at least something on BE the chap who runs BE can only put pen to paper to respond at length to attempt to justify benefits he has got out of the company but nothing for months regarding operations he cant even get a mini grid constructed and had the electrolyte project taken away by the main company
