No offense but this board has been through all of this ad nauseum infinitum. Basically anything between 0p and 90p is realistically possible.
Q..."Hi everyone, I bought £1k worth of shares a couple of years ago. If we are successful and a settlement is offered or amount is awarded, what would be the next step?".... A: If a 7am RNS, phone in sick and go straight to the pub. If a 4.30pm RNS, tell the boss to stuff it and go straight to the pub
Thanks I bought at 3p. What do people here think it may realistically reach? should I place a limit order in case? thanks
Investor6 - It depends on what the company and our NOMAD decide on. There may or may not be a suspension. If there is a suspension I would expect it to be temporary and when re-listed the SP will jump to somewhere close to the award minus a discount of say 20-30%. You then have a choice to either sell up or wait until the award is paid out for the full amount. There are a lot of variables but I imagine the company will make it clear in the relevant RNS.
Hi everyone, I bought £1k worth of shares a couple of years ago. If we are successful and a settlement is offered or amount is awarded, what would be the next step? Are the shares suspended pending an announcement of the amount awarded or agreed or would the shares shoot up to given amount. Sorry, but very new to share trading
Would it be funny if news comes out tomorrow.... Stranger things have happened
"Back to plucking Chickens" That did make me laugh outloud. Thanks Pettycash for the update/info. *back to basket weaving & plucking Chickens*
well as in the film " back to the future" my time machine is all fired up with lithium from rem's mine, just bought the latest sofa from dfs, one of those that's all wired up to the terrestrial internet, elon musk is coming along for the ride, we won't be long in case we miss the oxus result, taking a cammode in case i **** myself , did rs say "stay close as we are very near or was it oh dear oh dear. well done to you for reporting your conversation, nicely translated.
Thanks for the offer Schofield but I think I've got to turn that down if it means packing-in at the Rotherham Residential Gardeners Weekly for the Elderly
Yes it's got so close that it's starting to warp the Space-Time continuum and becoming the very very very near past. I would say the Uber Incredibly Massively Humongously Imminently Very Very Very near-Nanosecond future..at a rough estimate
Well done petty you have hit the LSE BB big time next stop Tashkent Gold diggers weekly
Yes it does take a bit of time...and I think Mr W and RS are still in the long process of appreciating it.. ;o) I believe they will in the very near future though
Hi everyone.. No probs...I should have done it ages back, but couldn't be a**ed, but anyway, it was good to actually talk to them after all this time - and if you're watching Mr W , it is true I was invested here in 2009, and many other silent watchers here have also been in a long long time, longer than me. Schofield, yes, he did actually say that about "very near" future...maybe they've been told that Oxus' case is next on the list as the Arbiters plough through their case load. Good luck all
want to be out of this in the very imminent future
very imminent ?? lol
Good info Petty. Thanks for reporting :-)
Well done Petty.. use to think you were a bit of a tool but recently your posts have been very good ;) Did Onion get a mention in the chat ?? 5 women and all that! lol. ATB
Petty is that right that he said this? Had a good 15 minute chat, and basically they said "very near" for a reason..ie they are led to believe specifically it is days or weeks, and are waiting day to day for the "imminent" decision. Also did he give any idea if Onion will find true love?
nice one petty.. when this is all over i will miss your sense of humour, it takes time to appreciate it..
Ha ha well done Petty. I did try to warn others that they do keep a check on these boards. I've not spoken to Wilkins before but at least it sounds like he has a sense of humour considering the predicament. So all in all nothing new really... back to plucking chickens.
he asked about me about writing that I might phone the Oxus Washerwoman or Goldfish... I told him that the Oxus Koy Carp is a well known pet, often mused about on iii. Please chaps, Keep feeding the Carp (anagram unintended)
for the chat...much appreciated. They really do watch this Board all the time - and specifically asked if I was Pettycash (as they're my Number One Un-fans apparently), er, which I denied...but then 'fessed up to at the end, as I wouldn't be able to write here if I'd lied about that. A also asked Richard W if he wanted any of the conversation not to be reported, but he said it was fine.. Had a good 15 minute chat, and basically they said "very near" for a reason..ie they are led to believe specifically it is days or weeks, and are waiting day to day for the "imminent" decision. He seems quite a straight bloke and get a bit p*8**d off at all these Boards (they are at me), but I did say they are open to debate and discussion of all matters - especially filling voids of news etc, although he thought they sometimes got personal and insulting (as they do). I think they also find some entertaining bits on the evolving anthropology of human kind We then had a slightly surreal conversation about the semantics of the word "very" which I won't go into, but I think BlackAdder IV could be in the making ;o) All in all, a good short chit chat, (about Arbiters, the wait, process, message boards) and they're waiting for something any day now..however, such is the legal process etc they are as frustrated as us with the delay. Mr Wily (that's Wily) Wilkins and Canny Captain Shead (is that better than Sarcy Santa?) ;o) Thanks for the time Ps I get a feeling they do not know the result as , as he said , all these arbiters are in different parts of Europe and so it takes ages to sort things, as they all have other cases. They are waiting, as we are. I'm not sure if I'm filled with more confidence or not - the same really - as he said we're all in the same boat as regards potentially making or losing lots of money. Maybe they know a bit more, maybe not... Anyway, Richard, cheers again for taking the time..
Will get back at length in 10 mins, but he , and Mr Shead are VERY big fans of me and this Board in general :o)
Yeah, you got me. I do! ...well, I did ! and I shall again !
Come on you love it really
