Monkeysponge is, of course, a trader. Best to ignore.
AVCT have a 300m market cap for a reason and it's because it is highly likely to succeed
When it does it becomes a multi-billion pound company
chemo without side affects means more doses for patients and stronger doses too all targeted direct to the tumour and so there is no nasty side affects that ultimately limit how much chemo people can take.
Big pharmacueitlal company likely buy these out for billions by end 2024.

Results were very fishy, and if the guys inside are shocked and surprised then there is something wrong somewhere hence why investigating results….could well be some big errors or other but need to wait for analysis.
Dr. Daniil Nemenov, SVP for Clinical Development and Operations of Ovoca Bio plc, said: "We are surprised and disappointed that the Study did not have a positive conclusion regarding the superiority of Orenetide versus placebo. The Company now intends to analyse the results from the Study in further detail, including investigating the reasons for potential differences between the Study results and results from previously conducted clinical trials of Orenetide. While we are naturally disappointed with these results, I would like thank all those involved in the Study to date, including the patients who were enrolled, their families, our investigators, staff, and all of the dedicated Ovoca employees."
I should imagine there would be some form of recovery especially that they have cash in the bank. Anyway, lets see what happens in the next few days....GL...
I think most sellers out.
Should see an uptick today Maybe hit 3p.
Then next week a bit more settled must be worth at least 4 to 5 p at present.
There surely has to be a small bounce here. a near 90% is too much!
Certainly think it could recover some of the steep drop from 14p
Good time to get in here now, The bottom has been reached and i reckon over 100% to be made in very quick time from here.
Apologies
Poor grammar ,my first purchases of today , the £1500 I also had 2 purchases yesterday

appropriate future strategy regarding the development of Orenetide, including whether the Company should continue with its development of the product, and any implications this may have for the wider strategy of the Company As at 31 July 2023, Ovoca has an unaudited cash balance of €2.6 million

Ria is just shamless, a pump and dumper of the highest calibre. No matter what they say about a stock they will not be holding it a few days later. And there's me holding this for 4 years only for that result. Certainly comes across to take anything said in Russia with a pinch a salt. How it is possible to sail through a phase 111 and then completely have no effect in a phase 11 somebody has not told the truth unless it's a completely different drug. .You can see why these pump and dumpers do this sort of thing, no risk they jump in and out and do not have to suffer disasters like this today or suspensions or delisting RNS's that happen to normal folk.
Lol only 4.5k since April....mattlefunk your so spot on...

Appears genuine enough, member since the start of April and only 4.5k posts.

There's quite a few companies on aim with more money in bank than their share price, but have at least a forward momentum eg MIRI (Whom I jumped out of to invest in here with my smaller holding, hoping last day of month was gonna make me a nice profit, so I could jump back into MIRI, but that egg broke .
When I see Russia in the DYOR I had feeling to keep well away, but "cry me a river 😢 "
