Another one of his spectacular fails?
Heddle as 5.8% share holding the threshold is 3% so if he was selling he would have to issue a TR1
It would be wonderful to have a chat board for shareholders only.
MH01
The progress that has been made in relatively little time is remarkable.
Still the start of the journey, no pumping needed Jan’s if like me you do research then either invest or not .
I am happy to hold and will continue to add.
Heddle loves to pump a stock and in the background sell it. He has form.
A well measured report today providing reassurance but not overpromising. Added more at 16.95, hopefully that will look like a bargain in a few weeks/months.
Damned if you grow too fast and damned if you dont!! Will this SP ever be seen again? I will be looking to add at this level.
.8 million in cash so not looking like a cash call is required
Down 50% from start of year for delivering in line after 2 US contract wins. Being punished as it hasn't grown more in the last 2 months - who would want to be the boss.!
Not according to the Telegram group he is in.
No mention of the progress with Australia /New Zealand although in a recent interview he says news soon on the trials ,
Would have to issue notification as he is above threshold
Heddle?
To be honest I never thought I would be able to buy shares again in the 16’s last placing price was 20.5, warrants are an average of 22, so who as been selling down? Not that it really matter as it creates a great buying opportunity
Jut need to watch the latest stockbox interview with Craig foster, plenty of clues as to what news is coming
Agree - a nice new chunky US deal would be good right now
Companies of this size and 'potential' need regular positive news IMO
I think the last funding raise said it was to support the new business.
It seems like every good small business gets screwed over in uk market. The institutions starve them for capital and rip them off.
If this was in usa they would have cash thrown at them.
Sad state of uk market
Working cap funding for confirmed blue chip sales can easily be arranged via the banking system.
That's having the past contracts de-risked the investment case alot
Its not really about saying how much case he has to invest. More the point about saying how aligned you are, overplaying it.
I think they do have good progress coming, but that will require more funds for production and ramp up.
I could easily be wrong, but the deals are not super cash generative in first year and going from sub 100k units to 1m units is a big change in capacity
£132k remuneration is definitely not a 'good' package or above average for a CEO. That package is similar to what i'm on and i'm a head of business development. Our CEO will be on probably double that.
He’s probably looking to buy some more , when the sp is low enough 😊
Guess it's all relative, personally I'm ok with Craig's holding (2.3%) and renumeration.
I don't know Craig's background, but he may not have a spare 1M lying around to buy in another 5%, most people don't and he is working a job just like the majority of us.
Total renumeration is £132.7k (source: simplywallstreet), that'll include salary+pension+shares+benefits, it's a good package don't get me wrong, deffo above average, but 'the average' doesn't have a tech company to run.
I think the Ceo holds only a couple of pct of company.
He is taking a big salary. That was brushed over on last investor call
