I have reported this. Doing research on fellow posters just because you disagree is not on.
Jigger.
What is this!
The board is for discussion. You are researching and posting peoples data.
This has to stop!
Wish i could time it perfectly - buying at 21p or just under wasnt so wise on this occasion
What do you want to bet that the second the share price turns he'll be saying he was always a believer and bought back in "following new evidence" thus timing the dip perfectly đ
Well said Mafee.
The posting history of pump & dump charlatans is always very revealing.
Looking back over Jiggeredâs recent history there are c45 posts on Ondo, and c 10 on other companies. Only one non Ondo post in the last month.
CORO and HVO briefly featured, but then disappeared completely off his radar.
How many AIM investors only have an interest in one company? A company he describes as probably failing, but out of the âgoodness of his heartâ, he wants to warn people away from.
Hopefully this bluebottle will find an open window soon, and buzz off to irritate people elsewhere.
Very good point on the size of meters, check the size of your current gas/electric meters and see if you have room around your intake pipe, I don't.The water meter is in the pavement outside in a six inch diameter hole,it's not a smart reader just usage recording,Assuming a bigger hole needed for the upgrade which if it's like my two existing smart meters will have problems and be expensive for water co.to install if it requires extra digging.Where on your pipework can you install something the size of your existing smart meters, Leakbot on the other hand....This post is aimed at people who have power smart meters and know their faults and size and that they incur professional installation costs.
No Jiggered - in the world of small cap investing, nobody is more hated than someone who tries to ramp/deramp to meet their own personal agenda, using highly selective and misleading âanalysisâ.
If you think Ondo is potentially declining you have zero analytical skills.
Why donât you move your manipulation attempts across to another share? Both here and on Telegraph you have been well and truly rumbled. Your attempts to influence the SP are completely ineffective, but annoying to other posters. It is a bit like having a blue bottle buzzing around the bedroom at night.
Thames Water were unable to fit a water meter at my property. Not enough room indoors or outdoors around the water main. This is quite a common problem. However there was room indoors for me to fit my Leakbot.
Water meters are highly likely to suffer from the same problems that plague electricity and gas smart meters. Local wifi/mobile signal problems frequently cause problems transmitting the data.
As Leakbot are located inside the house and use home wifi they work well, and do not suffer the âSmartâ problems.
Many people are highly suspicious of all âSmartâ meters and will do their best to resist installation.
Incidentally SMART stands for Self Monitoring And Reporting Technology. It gives utility suppliers/governments additional control/power.
So see through Jiggy boy.
Butthurt because you have sold at a loss because market fluctuations spook you and you are terrified the news you were once preaching was imminent will catapult this upwards.
Now trying to justify your poor life decisions. Pathetic.
Hypocrite.
I had smart meters from EDF installed 2 yrs ago the monitor that came with them was the worst piece of plastic cr&p I have ever encountered, Ondo is now and works smart meter solutions are ?year(s) in the future, water use reduction targets are immediate .I do not believe I can order a smart meter today that will outperform a leakbot as for the Amazon competition same applies,Leakbot is proven.Does anyone out there have an EDF monitor that works without needing constant resetting.
Nationwide Insurance are a US top ten ins.co. it took two years to complete the deal, part of due diligence and on their side especially is to make sure your new partner is not an imminant basket case.I trust their conclusions over any derampers .Also following the rns interview I thought Craig mentioned State Farm on so many occasions that there is something on that front to come.A UK micro cap partnering with the US No1 home insurance.co. if that rns lands then what's the sp (though hopefully detailed rns ie. With numbers
Omg
Jigger, you have monopolised the board.
You made your point. Let people discuss

So I take it youâre not a shareholder.

Current shareholders are probably realising that the next company results RNS (due in July) may well fall far short of the expected growth targets â which for a âhigh growthâ company will negatively impact the SP significantly.
To prove the model, Ondo needs to deliver high growth and quickly. The next results numbers are crucial. They need to match or exceed the companyâs previous growth rate i.e.
- Registered Customers >77% - circa 150,000+
- Leakbot Units Shipped or Sold >61% - circa 30,000+
- Revenue >24% - circa ÂŁ1.5 million
If the numbers fail, the business is stalling or even in decline.
Without growth â revenue declines, confidence declines and the SP declines even further
Factoring in this with a possible placing and the risks here are very high.
Investors âconfirmation biasâ is nice to have with a rising SP. However, it can also be a dangerous tool when trying to catch a falling knife.
Some posters have effectively argued that the company is: in fantastic shape; everything is looking great and there is absolutely nothing to worry about â even as the share price is collapsing around them!
I disagree.
I believe Ondo may be wearing the âEmperorâs Clothesâ and the risks of further significant SP falls here are very real.
If you canât see this now, you may soon find that (similar to the Emporerâs condition), you could also get your âpants pulled downâ as well!
I appreciate this isnât what current shareholders want to hear but âbetter to be prepared than sorryâ.

There has been some suggestion that a bit of spread betting and some low liquidity could be an explanation the current collapsing SP.
Iâm pretty sure that this wouldnât account for a huge c.ÂŁ15 million loss in Ondoâs market cap and the SP crashing circa 50% in the previous three months!?!
There are a number of worrying concerns and red flags which have driven the SP down since early January, such as: đ
- The companyâs credibility - by inferring that no placing was required last Nov, then arranging one just 9 days later
- Overpromising growth\progress last December and failing to report any meaningful execution to date
- No new significant contracts signed
- Very poor news flow from the company
- No contracts or progress updates resulting from current projects i.e. IAG, the ârapidâ G4S pilot etc
- Low interest from water companies i.e. Portsmouth Water
- General market conditions regarding future placings, AIM cancellations etc
- Competition from Smart Meters & AI\technical improvements
- A saturated market of other leak detection devices
- Questions regarding the delivery and execution of existing contracts e.g. Nationwide rollout in Q1, South West & Portsmouth Water etc
- A âfailedâ emergency trading update - in an attempt to shore up the SP (containing no news of substance but resulting in the market dropping the SP a further 7% on the day)
- No growth numbers provided during the trading update â why the silence?
- Questions regarding another placing being required in the short term (what would new investors now demand with a falling SP â warrants, major dilution etc?)
(see my recent previous posts for rationale and relevant links)
Jigger, you are a hypocrite. The only reason you have changed your tone is because you probably got spooked, sold at a loss and then now want the price to go further down to convince yourself you made the right choice (you didn't)
All the "research" and "red flags" you are posting were ALL available at the same time you were non stop ramping and you would argue against those that disagreed, just like tou do now.
I happily take onboard bad stuff, I think for example director remuneration is too high considering the financial position the company is in and I've previously been vocal about that.
But you however have gone from arguing that this is miles better than smart meters to saying they're pointless because of smart meters.
So either you are admitting that your former research was useless, in which case - why would we trust yours now.
Or you admit you were lying before, in which case why would we trust what you say now.
And to now claim the company is lying about Contracts that you previously argued was "clearly them starting their marketing" is just ludicrous.
You and your posts are insignificant anyway, but I have a personal dislike for people like you so I'll be here to remind you of your hypocrisy
Nice stock to hold : Nationwide just started early days yet -
"#RNS Trading update for the year ending March 31 2024: Trading in line with market forecasts and management expectations.
Disclosing to the market we have now launched with 4 US Insurers in 4 US states:
Ohio,
New York,
New Jersey
and Washington
Positive feedback and excellent results from US launches has underlined the potential for LeakBot in the USA with both new partners, and potential for multi state rollouts with existing partners"
Jigger
Are you still holding shares?
Geoff - Nationwideâs HQ and customer services is based at One Nationwide Plaza, Columbus, Ohio.
So you think they would have some information about Leakbot?
GM - Sales Section in Nationwideâs Property Insurance customer services department.
Contact number is on the Nationwide website. Give them call and have a go yourself?
MF â I think youâre asking why Iâve gone from bullish to bearish.
Simple really â due to all company red flags Iâve seen recently.
Iâve shared my concerns with rationale and links (facts) but some posters donât seem to accept them now?
Yet â when I was previously bullish, I was thanked and my research accepted as true!
Which is it â am I a liar or not?
I understand that you may not want to hear bad news about the company but that doesnât mean that the information isnât factual.
This is just an obscure chat board to discuss the proâs and cons of a company. I would hope the issues can be discussed without personalising matters and concentrate on the companyâs performance (or lack of it) accordingly.
I hope you enjoy the rest of your day.
Can we not let this BB reflect others on LSE.
There is, how we say a negative pattern
Shall we just leave it at that as gentlemen and gentleladies and try and keep this more fact based.
Just a suggestion
Jiggy Jiggster here is a compilation of some of your quotes on the board:
"E88 - 100% agree with you regarding Leakbot being superior" 23rd Nov 2023
(Quoting some Nationwide press stuff) - "Looks like Nationwide have already started up their marketing engine for water leak prevention!" 3rd Dec 2023
You started a thread titled "Rising Home Insurance Claims Favour Leakbot Technology" 3rd Dec 2023
You started a thread titled "Vast opportunities ahead for Ondo Insurtech" 5th Dec 2023
On the 15th December you linked to articles showing how Ondo was nr 5 on a list of the top 10 most innovative and disruptive Insurtech companies
"Bearing in mind that more contracts are already in the pipeline and are yet to be signed in 2024, I think the business growth is only just starting here!" 20th Dec 2023
20th Dec you also posted a 3 part post concluding that Statefarm was going to sign a deal with ONDO:
"Maybe it's just me - but everything he says he's looking for (Statefarms head of innovation) seems to perfectly match what Leakbot is offering!"
Another quote from that thread was "Should I buy now at a discounted SP (21.50) or try to fight forna few shares when the crowd arrive?? (Answer -the former!!)
You posted every time you saw a Leakbot plumber advert out. "Looks like some further expansion going on in the UL, Denmark, USA and Beyond!" 21st Dec 2023
Your thoughts about the water companies just a few short months ago was:
"Although this second huge new vertical revenue stream for Ondo is still in its early stages - if Ondo can ultimately combine the insurance and water utility industries I think the potential here is quite staggering! I believe that Lekabot will be the right product in the right place at the right time." 28th December 2023
"I think Ondos Capital light business model will see it through to profitability and beyond" 31st December 2023
"BBC Article out - fantastic PR for ONDO!" (Talking about the water companies use of the product) 29th Feb 2024
Same day "All helps to spread the word and engage potential new investors :) "
You then went silent for 6 weeks, and your posts since you came back have stated:
-Placing on the way and they need cash NOW (what happened to your love of the business model you previously cheered for?!)
-Smart meters are the future, Leakbot is crap! (What happened to all the arguments you previously gave about the exact opposite?!)
-Look at this competition for H2know! (What happened to your firm belief that Ondo was the best in class product?!)
2 days ago you said "My motives are to make sound investment decisions based on research"
No new news has been released, yet every - single - point of yours directly contradicts your "research" from just 6 weeks ago.
So I'm sorry but you're just a massive hypocrite which just spews absolute nonsense with a clear agenda.
And believe me I'll remind you of this any time you post in future đ
Very positive jigg at 23-24p the other month very strange turnaround without confirmed direct contact with Nationwideâs personal lines product development vice-president Sarah Jacobs who was the quoted Nationwide contact... beware of wolves in sheep's clothing
