So knowing my water company is rolling them out, and they detect leaks apparently, how does that leave the likes of Ondo?

The negativity around that placing (which CF once stated wouldn't be necessary - oops!), plus all these new contract statements lacking figures to quantify their size - suspect these are why the SP does what it current does.
