I think the price sits logically lower to avoid these new shares being dumped immediately for profit. Plus it makes others think they're getting a bargain if they buy currently.

and then there's the slight disappointment sentiment factor for some.

probably now take about 6 momths - 1 yr to overcome unless some exceptional news hits

I agree, they are all fine qualities, but you need more than just those to run a very successful business.

Pretty sure around a year ago overly excited Craig was telling the market they wouldn't need to raise any money - perhaps needs to worry less about Trustpilot scores, broker notes and $1bln mkcap dreams and concentrate on the core business + sales.
