Big volume this week, something is coming. Fingers crossed for positive news on Monday.
Or better still an elongated "shake" in preparation for news on Monday. I have to say i was half expecting the dreaded Friday RNS this a.m. Fingers crossed, have a great weekend
Small UT at 19?
But is it some thinking there's a placing selling in anticipation only to see a mega contract land on Monday - that's where my money is.
It’s Odds on a placing is coming , probably Monday / I only say that as I bought a tranche more this morning and my timing is normally impeccable:)
The level of selling has suprised me as well. Its a great and highly communitive BOD so I would be very suprised & disappointed if they have leaked a placing. Personally don't think so, if placing needed [and we are rev generating now], they would wait until another big contract - Craig's a holder as well. But I thought 20p would hold and since then quite big dumping. Could all reverse in a flash
Is there a whiff of a placing? or is it something else? I've checked my feet its not me
Not so sure
Blue finish today.
Hi
Another big order and the pants will fall down on the sellers ha ha
Gla
Yes, thought I did well at 20.36 lol
Vol very low though - I think the general market April surge is stuttering
A bit worrying the constant fall of the sp
Major US and European insurers leading the way.
Huge markets.
Hi
Water companies will not be able to detect household leaks as efficiently as leakbot and also struggle to provide a bespoke service for plumbing etc hence insurance companies love it
Gla
Personally i think insurers are key over water companies - a homeowner safety product
The leakbot part from that article says - "We carried out a trial with 1,000 customer households in which we provided some leak alarm devices, ‘Leakbots’. The trial demonstrated an overall saving of 30 litres per person per day
through a combination of leak detection (found in 24 per cent of homes) and nine litres per person per day through high use alerts – attributed to internal plumbing losses. We plan to offer 2,500 devices to customers during 2025-30 to help reduce leaks and save water in households ahead of the transition to smart meters for all. "
Also a good deal of water meters are outside the property and a lot of leaks can occur at the installation point of the meter,
The very first paragraph says Leakage and installation of a smart network by 2035 !! That’s some years away , Ondo is now
Sounds good but who and how long before they inform the owner of the property and who pays for the plumber etc Looking at property damage limitation with leakbot leak detected plumber called
Hopefully insurance claim / damage minimal

This question was asked on an investor meet. The ceo said a smart meter might be able to detect a leaking toilet but not a micro leak. It is a matter of sensitivity
You can now see why the price as dropped, to fill that large order
I cannot access this link. This is one of the key things the company has to really address.
Can algorithms just run kver smart meters and solve 80pct of the issue.
Looks like a great opportunity if they are significantly better than a smart meter
Can't find the part which says leakbots are being used as a stopgap before smart meters are installed. Two completely different functions. Smart meter measures usage a leakbot detects leaks. Correct me if I'm wrong.
I've never really thought the water companies will be as big a customer for leakbots as the insurers. It's not the cost of the leaking water in domestic properties its the damage it causes.
Another groups posted that Portsmouth Water are only taking about 500 leakbots a year, as a temporary stop gap, whilst they role out their smart meters over the next 5-10yrs.
Plus they’ve started talking directly to insurers about using their smart meters instead of Ondo’s Leakbot!

Not sure if that could have affected the price though?
Yes at a very good price!!!! Amongst mainly what appears to be ISA transfers!!!!! Dont you just love this..............
