MCAP just 480 million at £3 per share, GGP hit 1 Billion MCAP not that long ago remember. We have the backing of 2 majors vs 1 for GGP. Do your research and you will see how undervalued we are at the moment
I agree, as I've said, at minimum I see this will go to 60p in 2 years, which is still 100% return from current level. But, I also know from what I've learned through research and So behaviour, once the drilling starts and good result or two come out, with the tail wind of gold price, perhaps with directors purchase and big boys entry, I won't rule out another 5-10 folds from this level....particularly with the tight float and low Mcap and no further dilution...
I'm adding and my cost average has risen from 6p to 12p now....and will continue to go till I can afford to add more.
I rest my case with this thoughts.
Gla.
There is high quality information all over this board. Read the RNS's, read back over several days of content posted on here and then when the penny drops that this is about as much of a no brainer as you will ever see, buy in first thing Monday. Like any investment the huge gains will come from sitting on your hands and waiting, I am personally more than happy to accumulate and wait until this hits £3 when I will reassess.
Brazil, the boats not even in the water yet.
Drilling to start imminently, next payment due on the 6th from newmont showing their commitment to the cause.
Take a look at the historical grades, as per our CEO “in the top 2% discoveries in the world “
Check out Buritica our neighbours, mining to start this month with 11moz minimum.
I’d would expect us to be nearer £1 early new year.
It’s quite simple
Our market cap is jut 47m, anybody who researches Orosur in it’s current position will discover for themselves, the current purchase price is ridiculously cheap, and nothing else in the market can compare
When this is 150p people will have the same mentality wishing the entered at 30p.
The problem is even if you entered at 6p some will think I’ve nailed this one now and time to go rainbow chasing elsewhere.
Research is easier with this one as one can lean on the fact both Majors have the best in the business for carrying out DD and have the pick of the crop. They picked Anza.
Sometimes you have to forget about trading and not get dragged along with the casino boys mentality.
Enjoy the low entry level if you buy.
I am also on the sidelines and think I’ve missed the boat here and the chance to get in early.
DrRemington, am talking about getting early into a company early with million shares. I can't buy million shares at the current prices!
This is just the beginning... 4p to here was a re rate.
The real business starts in n a week or two.
Why try and find another OMI on AIM, when OMI still exists. The drilling has not even started yet. I’ve come to the conclusion a lot of people seem to think they’ve missed the boat here.... it hasn’t even began.
Toonarmy - good investment strategy - bad choice of Footy team - Ha Ha
I suppose you support your home town club - as do I - I'm a Leeds supporter. If there is ever an analogy for holding long term in an investment, it's being a Leeds supporter - Ha Ha
I've got 2 miners, an investment company and a troubled loan company. I am constantly mulling over my strategy. The majority of my spons are in the loan company but in the short term the 2 miners seem to be the performers!!!! The investment company is a punt based on a tip but the investments they have are varied and show promise.
Decisions decisions - what to do - suppose it's all part of the fun!!!!!! : )
Congrats to you and Bhargav for getting in so early and for identifying OMI so early. I hope to find a lucky one like OMI on AIM.
Where do you see OMI going from here? Keen to hear your thoughts.
Smalltrader, To be a successful trader you need to fully understand AIM and the strategies of MM's, in particular. Ideally you need to read all posts, good and bad for a few weeks before investing. All posters on LSE have an agenda, whether they want you to buy or to sell, to suit their market position. Avoid shares that have a history of dilution
After that I buy as heavily as I can into a maximum of 3 shares and wait for a few weeks, to decide which share is best. And you need to be lucky. I then load that share, as I did with OMI, when buying 1.25m at an average of 2.87p. What I couldn't understand was how I was able to buy as low as 1.9p, long after Newmont paid 5.5p. With the great exception of Bhargav, whose posts were always very positive, everybody else seemed to be missing a trick.
So good luck to each poster with whatever strategy you choose. I really hope it works for you.
