Clarification:
When I say S*** or bust!
I mean I would not bother selling at anything less than £2.50+
Id rather hold until outcome, there is no pennies amount (not even 99)
That I would sell out at?
As I believe given time, the dhsc will pay up and this sp will retunr to the 2-4 range IMO dyor
MM’s banking on weakness of LTH
imo its sh 1 t or bust!
Want my shares make pennies POUNDS :)
Baby just hang in there, good time are coming and so is my £3.50. It will make me leave work, that I love
Well the market doesnt seem to think we are winning the court case judging by the share price. What do they know!
Had four at one point... (all rescues) now down to two... and probably one quite soon...
#worsepainthanthespgoingdown :(
I see you as a 3 pug man valju ...🤣👍....Irish terrier for me
LOL lets get to the decision first :) and pdws (pug dog welfare society) please :)
Hi valju ...yes ...I do ......R.N.L.I ...please ...
Valju , if i got 10p dividend for my shares i use it to lower my average even further
Giz, rebrand theory was just a "tongue in cheek" play on words... (at much lower sp) ie...
Your - Cyt (s h 1 t) or Nova Gene :)
Frankly I feel NovaGene has quite a nice ring to it... imo dyor #doesitreallymatter ? no
A company like ncyt making huge losses and bleeding cash should not be paying dividends. Do I want 10p a share or do I want £7m going into somehow growing this company? No brainer.
AIM stocks are boom or bust from a capital appreciation perspective, for regular dividends we need to be looking at proper companies in the higher leagues of the ftse.
Any lth sitting on massive losses here would be bonkers to feel otherwise
Hi HarChris ....why would novacyt after dispute victory need the stock market ....de- listing ..should maybe not be ignored as zero .... Valju's rebrand theory does not require funding or publicity ...
Well 210,000 x 10p would be worthwhile wbafc might pay for a nice ish rolex ?
#nottobesniffedat
Zero. It's not in the interest of the new directors to redistribute cash to shareholders as they don't own shares until December 2026.
They might distribute a small 10p dividend as a gesture but much above that isn't happening.
Amers , what's the chances of that happening ?
With the funds we get from the dispute, I would like them to return £1 per share to the long suffering shares holders. They would still have around 60 ml for the acquisitions. If not JM will just buy more Crispi Cream dougnets
Acquisitions is the only way this company is going to develop into a mid cap company . USA would be a good place to look for a decent company , and this is whee LR expertise comes in with acquisitions . £130M is a cash windfall to purchase 3-4 companies
Good luck to them. Got to be a better life over there than in this absolute dump. UK is finished so a good idea to seek pastures new! May get some appreciation over there than be treated terribly like over here with our terrible, terrible excuse of a 'government'. Government a very kind way of saying 'legalised crime syndicate'.
I am hoping Novacyt are more ambitious than going for GDR . I have friends who bought GDR shares and lost their money significantly.
I agree on the whole about going overboard on the acquisition front but boy will there be opportunities out there.
Remember we were talking GDR a few weeks, impressive progressive made but signalling their need to refinance in the very near term - share price continues to struggle, fighting to hold 5p now/£7m mcap. If you can buy a potential like that for sub £10m then let's say ~£70m post dispute is going to be quite the war chest for LR.
I am amazed how much money these BOD can earn . As a medical guy , we have huge numbers of young GPs now unemployed and cannot find work because the government have replaced GPs with Advanced Nurse Practitioners / Paramedics / Physician Assistants / Pharmacists. As a result of unempolyment , huge numbers of GPs are moving to Australia / New Zealand.
Neilrich , my thinking is this , the precourt hearing is relating to the DHSC £135M claim which will be dismissed. Then we have Novacyt's counterclaim of £81.5M + interest. I feel this could go to court because Novacyt have strong grounds for full amounts and I don't think they will want to accept anything less.
'Her name is Julie'
Should there be an out of court settlement, how likely that the DHSC shall settle in full? Any negotiated settlement would likely involve a compromise, I'd have thought. Also, pointless rushing into further acquisition, I'd rather hear something positive from the current stable, for instance growth in revenue for Q1 and an earnings estimate.
I am anticipating DHSC will withdraw their dispute and agree to pay Novacyt the £81.5M + interest [~£10M ] .
With this cash , which would amount to a total of £130M+ , I would be eager to see how quickly they announce further acquisitions and what revenue that would bring. I am sure over the last 6 months they would have been searching for companies that they could buy and grow Novacyt. We have a CEO now that is very experienced in acquisitions. I cannot imagine LR has not got something lined up to acquire.
