Looks like a 9m share deal was done behind the scenes at 7am today, they are gathering any available shares while cheap and selling them to a big buyer.
Currently it appears they are trying to keep the share price pinned down to accrue.
last of the sellers clearing, available stocks being eaten up, nice consolidation, platform building.
nice consolidation.
Expect the price to jump up again soon.
seems like there has been a final burn off of shares from the initial drop, so would expect this final consolidation to create a base for the share to start moving back to the 120 regions?
looks like the initial drop all the "cheap" shares got purchased, and then sold over the whole day at 20%, hence why the share was locked at around 100 from 10.30am.
Looking at the forecast for Tech Shares, we are due to another major crash.
The problem with the tech sector is that its way over-saturated nowadays, and most major updates to tech infrastructure got done over 2020/2021 due to business operation changes.
Between now and August, we see more massive layoffs and profits warnings.
Likely to fall over coming week for 2 reasons:
L&G and Blackrock are big holders. Likely index fund holders. As NCC going to be kicked out of FTSE250, this will force sellers.
End of tax year approaching. Tax loss harvesting.
Say sometime during the Summer (ie after sell in May, go away), then might be time to pick up some shares.
is ex Dividend day on Monday...Maybe people are buying in today...to be eligible for the 3p dividend...Hence..no drop in price since opening....GL All OF
bought PSN just under £12 three days ago , up 50p already ,what to do and i am in LGEN as well just over 230p ,
i usually sit front of the computer eight hours every day ,she makes the coffee, lol . but EMG is down more than 3% and i don't know why , the USA dollar is strong today so blame that , lol
SWLC, sorry didn’t see your post I was on other thread, but thanks for the info, so L&G just under 5.
Volcano, not sure but L&G has around 5% I believe. EMG has fallen a lot from the highs, I’ve got an alert for 225 for it to go back on my radar. I want L&G to go to low 230’s on the new tax year! I was also hoping with the house uk house data this morning PSN to drop below 1200, that’s xdiv soon 60p final.

We may see the BOD purchases as well.
2x £250k buys have gone through in the last 30 mins, hovering up!
£1 and i am done ,thank you
is someone buying or is someone dumping, the static share price the past few hours is a real noddle twister?
i would take a £1 this afternoon thank you
Well overdone - should be around £1.30 or so IMO
chance of a pull back and drop with profit takers exiting their short-term positions?
Well I didn't expect to be out in one day thought it would take longer to get to 100.
profit shares kept in for the long term bag.
Not the general market, the particular market it is in.
This company must be a takeover target now. Hope so I have no faith in this management. Given the market has a very poor performance even before today. A long term holder that just wants to now get something like my money back.
The drop was way overdone, probably triggered by stop losses. The institutions hold 43.7% and I don't see them selling here.
Likewise Morbox, they are still turning a profit albeit reduced, I’ve taken a further punt and just strengthened my holding, hopefully a small recovery will negate some of the overall loss. It seems to have spooked DARK as well so a bit of a double whammy for me today but I’m still feeling positive(ish)
Onebar, it’s usually me holding the dog, but long term I can see a recovery. Went I first bought I spent time looking at the company and it does seem to have good prospects (may but it in green on my spreadsheet as a hold for now).
