nothing, it all fell through, i'm still holding, got caught hold this when i should have sold, been really reluctant to put more in as my avg is still up around 1.59 but even if i avg'd down, with what i have it'd be £1 still
dunno where todays gain has come from though, this was dead in the water as soon as they cut the dividend, then removing it was the last nail in the coffin as far as a worthwhile investment
Hi to all if there’s anyone on here still.
Been a few months now..... I’ve tried checking but anyone know anything of late?
Frenkel , us, whoever else...
Who’s taking who over etc? Anything, basically?!
what's going on here ?
never get a warm feeling when i see SPREADEX LTD name in an RNS
this is looking more like a reverse take over type of deal.
God only knows where us holders will end up at, for me a massive loss whatever the outcome :(
Plenty of bombed out stocks .... just grabbed more of HSD today ... doing well 13.5% yield on the table now.
and i didn't avg down when it was at 35 cause i saw nothing to indcate it wasn't going to dip a little further, so this is going to cost me a few thousand as the offer will be no where near my avg
Need I say more. Check rns x 2
Results tomorrow think i missed the boat lol
Over a million pounds worth of buys on Friday may have something to do with today’s rise !!!!
a little over a month later, and i find myself asking the same question, 16.73 raise off no news, on a day when the ftse100 is on it's knees again, baffling
No news or RNS.... what's triggered this ?
yeah it's not looking good, but as i've held since early 2018, i'm kinda locked in unless i want to take an almost complete loss, so 30p if we get there is a point i may have to look to avg down.
I'm gonna guess the interim results will be around September some time inline with previous releases, or have they been pushed due to covid-19?
bad results ontop of an already falling SP could be dire, I think a lot of PI's got out as soon as the divi was cancelled and took their losses.
I was up around £10k at one point and bailed around 116 with a net loss of around £3k .....
.... if I was still in now, I would be looking at similar stocks with a heavy hit that have better chances of recovery .... lots of them around .... IPF was one I entered around the same time as NAH bailed IPF that went up to £2 as NAH sank to 125 a few years ago ... got back into IPF last year at 90p to 110p ... up it went to 150p and back in again at 35p last April.
I don’t like being a victim and holding a clear loser...
... will watch here for better news but don’t like competition in the sector.
BOOOOM
nope, i'm about 5k in the hole with this one, and at an avg we're very unlikely to reach in the next god know's how many years, and to get my avg down, i'd need to put a chunk more in, and i'm just skeptical there will be any return, the delay in the final results is very concerning, and smacks of more bad news or worse
Some movement UP since late yesterday and again today

Looks like board members have topped up at the drop off.
I am reaching the conclusion that the stock is heavily manipulated by the buyers
45 minutes without a trade, meaning withdrawn from the Level 2 order book
I bought some this morning, seller cleared it seems from that rns, gap upwards to fill and new holdings filled the sells. Could be a nice re-rate.
There is some interest in the shares once again, and about time for the bounce to take charge
I’m on the assumption they’ve bought according to how the tr-1’s work. Now above threshold that’s necessary to declare. So either they are straight in from nothing or were simply below threshold although I’d have thought the tr-1 would have on this occasion (from now reaching threshold) shown the lesser amount. Intriguing interested party buying in..... spreadbetting company in think mainly sports orientated gambling...so.... in for a quick buck? Genuine investing? Who knows, unless someone has better thoughts than myself
An acquisition or disposal of financial instruments
I wounder what they are going to do with these?
I’m long in the tooth ... and now simply give companies that issue profit warnings a wide berth ... I took a £2 k loss here altogether last year in April .. and bailed for elsewhere that pulled back £10 k ... that 50p could just as easily have been 40p today ... as happened last year when a 20p wipe out to 90p became 73p a week or so later.
Had I held, I would be down £50 k today ....
Why?
Bouncing strongly after the very large fall yesterday with the trading update. But Directors were buying soon after and the Lombard Odier Asset increased stake from 14.24% to 17.02% the same date.
The dividend suspension was expected but badly received by the market and with the large share fall NAH has become a BARGAIN.
Sympathies ... I was in here quite heavily at one time .... but at the end of the day it struck me that NAH was nothing more than a legal call center as the main business and that was in decline.
