IN BRIEF: NAHL extends credit facility to end of 2025, reduces limit

NAHL Group PLC - Northamptonshire, England-based claims management firm - Renews banking facility with Clydesdale Bank and Virgin Money UK PLC. The revolving credit facility was set to expire on December 31 this year, but has now been extended to December 31, 2025, while the limit on the facility has been reduced by GBP5 million to GBP15 million. Says this is in line with its medium-term plans and the 27% reduction in net debt to GBP9.7 million at December 31, 2023 from GBP13.3 million a year earlier. Says the interest rate on the facility remains at 2.25% above sterling overnight index average.

(Sharecast News) - Consumer legal marketing and services firm NAHL Group announced the successful renewal of its banking facilities with Clydesdale Bank, part of Virgin Money UK, on Friday.

IN BRIEF: Nahl annual revenue rises; profit remains flat

NAHL Group PLC - Northamptonshire, England-based claims management firm - Expects 2023 revenue to rise 2.7% to GBP42.2 million from GBP41.1 million a year before. Operating profit for the full-year is expected to be slightly ahead of market expectations, at GBP4.1 million. This would be a 15% drop from GBP4.8 million in 2022. Says 2023 pretax profit is expected to be flat year-on-year at GBP600,000, and in line with market consensus.
